On top of being just 4 miles from my home, Susan was just wonderful to us during our meet and greet, where we met her 2 dogs and 2 cats (can't say we really met the cats, since cats don't do meet and greets). We're always concerned about Abby and other dogs but once Susan's dogs met Abby, sniffed her once or twice, the novelty was gone and they all settled down. This was the first time that we had left Abby with anyone she doesn't know, and I can say that I was a little anxious, but Susan was fantastic! About: I am over the top when it comes to animals. I typically go above and beyond in play and in care. I love to groom them, go hiking or on extended walks and cuddle! I am currently a nursing student who is trying to make extra money so I can stop working during clinicals. Also I have a small child that I could always use extra money for! About: Grew up with dogs. Haven’t had as many dogs as cats as they required more attention than cats and Rover didn’t exist when I was younger. I had 3 dogs in my young adult life over the course of 30 years. Currently we have a 9 year old pittie rescue and she is well cared for. I’m recently retired so my schedule is very flexible. Rover has made it possible for us to travel with peace of mind that our pets would be cared for. So I figured it would be a good fit as a retirement job and now I can give others the same peace of mind. The retired lifestyle has left me very flexible for going to people’s homes to help with their cat and dog maintenance while they travel. Currently not looking to offer in home services.

I will keep your dog leashed the entire time we are out of the house, unless we are in an enclosed backyard. I do not take dogs to dog parks, unless have a well-established recall and if you request me to. However your pet wants to play, I am game- we can play ball, tug of war, hide and seek, or treat puzzles- whatever gets them excited! I am happy to medicate and feed your pet as needed. I prefer to meet you and your fur baby beforehand to ensure safety and it is a good fit! I currently work from home full time and pick up shifts at clinics when I can. My schedule hours vary so I can be available at normal or obscure hours. As long as we can find a window to make it work, I am happy to be flexible for you and your fur baby! About: I’ve helped out with family pets my entire life (dogs, cats fish, guinea pigs, birds, rats) but in my early 20’s rescued a Doberman/blue heeler mix on my own. He is high anxiety and medicated twice daily for epileptic seizures, so medicine is also something I’m comfortable with. I also now have a Maine coon cat who is 10, a 3 yr old shepherd, cane corso, mastiff mix with 3 paws and a 3 yr old golden/ Pyrenees mix. I work daytime hours MWF, so I’m available for drop ins before and/or after work on those days. On T/TH, I’m available for drop ins or walks during the morning and afternoons :) For the care and safety of both the clients pets and my own, I would prefer to care for clients pets in their own homes.
About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up with pets and even adopted my own dog in college. I bring years of hands-on experience and genuine care to every pet I look after. I’m currently available most days of the week and would be happy to find a schedule that works best for your dog’s routine, comfort, and care. I am a part-time student and will be starting classes this fall, so I’ll be unavailable on Tuesdays from 10:00 AM–2:30 PM and Thursdays from 10:00 AM– 4:30 PM. Outside of those class hours, my schedule is flexible, and I’m happy to coordinate a time that works best for both you and your pup. I treat every pet like my own. My weekly schedule is flexible, so I am able to give your pet much time and attention during the week and on weekends when they stay in my home. My partner, who also has over 20 years of experience caring for dogs, works with me to care for your pet. We alternate times during the day to care for your pet so that he/she has full time care and each of us has time to tend to other duties. We ensure that dogs and puppies in our home are supervised at all times. We allow each adult pet the space to roam freely and close off any rooms or areas we want restricted. With puppies, we restrict them to the room where we are as we like to closely monitor the babies. If we have multiple dogs/puppies in the home during your pets visit, feeding and potty breaks are done separately. We may crate or restrict a pets access to roam if we are receiving another guest pet or person 🙂 or if we have to run out of the home to run an errand. We try and follow your indicated pets schedule as closely as possible. You can assured that your pet will receive lots of love and attention while in our home.
About: I have had many different kinds of dogs since I was a child and have grown to love them ! I have been working at a dog daycare part time since January and have learned a lot about managing and caring for dogs. I work part time and am in college right now but am available the weekdays after 3 and anytime on Friday. Saturdays and Sundays I have work but can still squeeze in time. About: My family has had dogs since before I was born! I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and know how to take care of fur babies of all ages :) Almost four years ago I adopted my first cat. Fast forward to today, I am now a mother of two orange special needs kitties. They are my world 🌎 ❤️🐾 I currently work part time and go to school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On school days, class starts at 9 and I will have an hour and a half between classes to let a pet out to go to the bathroom, feed them, or give them medication. Then I have another class from 1-3. After that, I will be totally free to assist any pets. I also work part time 3-4 days when I do not have school. These are usually 6-8 hour shifts, but I can adjust feedings/walking/medication administration around these times. And when in doubt, I have several well regarded Rover friends that are willing to help out on my longer shifts, with client approval. :-) I have space to keep a crate for overnight visits and live in an apartment complex with some green space to walk and explore. I am also only a few minutes away from five different parks, so lots of options to check out. I have two cats that are dog friendly, but can be separated if the dog is not cat friendly !
About: I have a little over 3 years of experience caring for my friends and family’s dogs. They have entrusted me in walking their furbabies when they are unable to, feed and bathe them while they are away, and watch them for extended periods of time. I am currently available Monday-Friday after 4 pm to walk your dogs, or check in on them and feed them if you are away. Weekends I have an open Availability. And for extended stays I am available whenever. I do have a full time job however, I work 10 mins up the road and can check in on the dogs while on break. I live in a gated community and we have plenty of outdoor space to walk your dogs or let them out for some freedom. I do have a 7 yr old son who loves to play and entertain dogs.& I have a cage available if need be however they are free to roam the house.

I was always the one to jump up when it came time to feed/walk/bathe/pill/groom the dogs around my family and the neighborhood. I’ve fosterf puppies, fostered and retrained aggressive adolescents, and nurtured seniors. They give true unconditional love, I only wish to return it. I have a pretty open schedule currently, so I can easily adjust my schedule to make sure your pet gets the most fulfilling experience with my time with them. Although I cannot watch your dog at my own home, I am willing to monitor your dog through the entire visit to ensure they do not cause damage at your home or to themselves. I know plenty of ways to stimulate your pet inside and outside.

I’m an early bird and love to stay busy! I work as a bartender so I have plenty of time on my hands and have a flexible schedule to take great care of your loved ones I have two wonderful fur babies that I walk regularly.
