I work PRN as CNA at the hospital in Springfield which requires reliability, work ethic and compassion. I have a dog and a cat that live at home as well but not currently with me at college. I can promise you that your fur babies will be treated as if they are my own. Animals have a special place in my heart, they become more than pets, they become family and I intend to treat and care for them as such. I will be starting classes again soon, which are online so pet care fits perfectly into my daily/weekly routine. I'll be able to create a schedule that works well for school and being able to give the best attention I can to pet care. Currently I am able to care for pets at the client's home if it is for dogs. For cats special arrangements can be made for me to watch them here at my home. I have quite a bit of experience with house/pet sitting for current clients. Starting with a visit to the clients home to go over anything they would like to discuss, meeting the pets, and I also bring some questions of my own. To make sure I have all my bases covered. My main goal is to make sure the clients feel safe with me taking care of not only their pets but also their home. For cats here I have plenty of room for a cat to roam and play with plenty of sunlight and a cat box and food/water bowls if the client does not want to transport their own. We do have an older husky (incredibly friendly and quiet), but my room is on the second floor and has a door that I can shut to keep the downstairs (where our dog spends 99% of his time) closed off if your cat does not like dogs.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have always loved caring for them. I’ve also watched dogs for friends, family, and others who needed someone they could trust. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playing, and giving plenty of love and attention. I also have a 4-year-old who absolutely loves animals and has grown up around dogs. Caring for animals is something we both enjoy, and your dog will be treated with lots of love and attention while in my care. I understand every dog has their own personality and routine, and I’ll always follow your instructions to make sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable.
