“We can’t say enough about how great Dawn was with our two little dogs. They stayed with her for the first time for 5 days at the end of April. Since both are senior dogs, one is 16 and one is 14, we were a little concerned about how well they would do. And unfortunately, one morning, one of the dogs woke up having some rather serious issues. But Dawn was right on it! She immediately put him in the car and rushed him to MedVet, as we would have done. She called us on the way there, very calmly explained the situation and continued to keep us informed the entire time. She brought him home with medication and continued to give it to him until we could return the following day. All in all, as scary as it was, we couldn’t have asked for anyone to be more attentive or caring. We will definitely be leaving our two dogs with her again and have learned to trust that she is a true and kindhearted dog person. And by the way, all turned out well.”

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 8 years old. I have 4 dogs and 2 cats right now, 4/5 of my pets are rescued animals. Two of my dogs have been to obedience classes and get along well with other animals. The other two are still a puppies. I’m very active and love walking and running the dogs on a daily basis. About: I think it’s very important that dogs get their daily exercise! It’s always a bonus for treats. They need their playtime and I ensure they are happy! I would like the flexibility to be able to care for dogs after my full time job Monday through Friday. Mostly evenings will be beneficial for me. I think dogs deserve to be loved and shown attention! I ensure they don’t get into anything they shouldn’t eat and that they are shown affection as well.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 8 years old. I have 4 dogs and 2 cats right now, 4/5 of my pets are rescued animals. Two of my dogs have been to obedience classes and get along well with other animals. The other two are still a puppies. I’m very active and love walking and running the dogs on a daily basis. I currently work full time however work from home at my convenience. I am flexible for the most part and will work around your schedule and needs. I have a fenced in yard and live on over 5 acres. I enjoy walking and/or running with the dogs. My husband and my son love animals and will give them so much love and attention.
About: I have had plenty dogs around me my whole life, my mom has had small to large breeds of dogs of different sizes. Dogs are such smart loving animals! I feel that they deserve love and the same care as A human. They are family and I love doing it as it relieves alittle tension if I’m having A bad day. I work as a veterinary assistant at an emergency hospital, and I’m going to school to become a veterinary technician. So, I have a lot of knowledge caring for dogs with medical issues, ones who need medicine given to them, and other things! I’m also able to help owners with nails trims too! I’m working part-time and currently going to school, but I still have plenty of time in between to care for anyone’s animals in between! About: My rates are flexible, I charge an extra fee per dog and for puppy’s under 1yr and for dogs bigger than 80lbs. And if you have multiple dogs and want them walked separately I will also charge an extra fee. I have owned several dogs and other animals. I was in 4-H and FFA. I have dog sat and have loved it. About: I have experience with many breeds and ages, and have been the primary carer for our current two dogs since birth. What can I say dogs just like me . Retired from my chosen career path now full-time homemaker. I currently watch our two pups and we would love a new friend to play with! I have a nice, big fenced backyard, and a fenced in front porch. My current dogs go out about every 2-3 hours during the day, but I can adhere to your dogs schedule if different. About: Hi! I’m Heather — a stay-at-home foster mom, runner, dog lover, and experienced foster/service dog handler based in Batavia, Ohio. After years in corporate recruiting, I’m finally leaning into a life that feels a little more like me — being home with our foster son, spending more time with dogs, being outside, going on walks, and building something slower and more meaningful here in Ohio.
