I have a very sweet dog of my own (his name is Cooper and he gets along very well with other dogs, if your dog ever likes playing/walking with other dogs). He is full of energy, so I am used to long walks and lots of play time. I am also willing to run with your dog if you want / if they enjoy that! Our sweet Lola (pictured with me above) crossed the rainbow bridge on Aug. 20, 2025. She was a beautiful 18-year-old "super senior" who received thyroid medication several times a day. About: Dogs have always been part of my life and my family. I am retired now, so my schedule is very flexible. My husband and I lead an active lifestyle and will make sure your dog is taken care of like family. We have a large backyard with access from a doggy door. We will keep you posted with photos and feedback on a daily basis. We have raised all breeds over our years as dog owners and have been blessed with wonderful senior rescues. Since my husband and I are both retired we are very flexible in our schedules and should be able to accommodate any timeframe that is needed. Our backyard is spacious and fenced in. There is access through a doggy door if that is negotiable for your dog. It can also be blocked if if required. We are very close to a beautiful park, which is wonderful for some nice long walks. We recently lost our 10 year old bull terrier to cancer and so our house feels empty without our beloved Walter. We will make sure your furry friend feels like family.

About: I have my own dog and two cats, I can pick up after and play with your pets. I am easily adaptable, so if your pet requires things like medications I am willing to help. I currently have a part-time job, so I will only be available during weekdays. I am mostly available around midday hours, but can be flexible if I can work it in my schedule. “We’re really happy with Debra and how she handled everything for our dog while we were out of town. We arranged for a meetup before the stay to ensure this would be a good match. When I dropped off our dog there was an introduction to the other pets in her home so our pup could get acclimated. About: I've been around and taken care of animals for over 20 years. I've cared for dogs, cats, donkeys, pigs, birds, bunnies, fish & plants! I'm reliable, flexible and truly enjoy getting to spend time with these animals; they bring me joy and I care for them like they are my own. I work remotely and have a flexible schedule. I am available mornings, evenings, but can be flexible in the afternoons during the work week. I am available on weekends. I provide daily walks, play and feed our family dog plus cats/dogs for other family members & friends. I'm affectionate, calm & enjoy cuddling with them!
“Seymour is my shadow at home and we were nervous how he would do with the separation anxiety of a week away from us. He had an absolute BLAST staying with Tongyezhi and her family. He got walks, romps in the fenced in back yard and plenty of snuggle time. We got lots of incredible pictures which was great peace of mind knowing we didn't have to worry about him missing home. Tongyezhi is the absolute best and we will always go to her for any future boarding.”
“There’s not enough superlatives to describe the job done by Tove and Gerald. From our first discussion to final pickup, they were attentive to our wishes and some of the special needs of our dogs. On top of just ensuring regular needs were met, they took our dogs on walks, taught them to use a doggy door, and provided us with photos/videos of the dogs while we were out of the country in order to provide us piece of mind. We cannot recommend Tove and Gerald enough!”
