“We needed one day boarding while visiting family. A friend recommended Rover. Kaitlyn was our first choice as she had so many very good reviews. The photos of the large yard and that she had her own dogs and cats helped with our choice. She was very communicative. Photos were sent of our puppy ripping around the back yard (she needs a lot of exercise), playing with other dogs and we learned Sabie likes kiddie pools. She looked very happy. Please know that if you have an iPhone, use the Apple Maps app. Very easy to find the house using that app. Mapquest is a big nope. We will use Kaitlyn again next time we visit the area if we need help with Sabie.”

I’ve successfully raised and trained five dogs from puppies and I have experience with rescue pups who may not feel entirely comfortable in their new environment. I’ve experienced small and large breeds alike, with my current pup being a King Cavalier Spaniel. Goose’s cousins who we see weekly are two Golden retrievers and one rescue mix. I’m able to be flexible or rigid when it comes to your pets schedule, and am knowledgeable in special diets, fresh pet food, administering meds if needed. I have the luxury of working from home and creating my own schedule which makes my days very flexible! I currently can accept pets for boarding, play dates or walks Sunday through Thursday, 9:30am to 10pm. My dog is allowed to be on all furniture and sleep in the bed and your pet would be permitted to as well if that is your preference! Goose and I take several walks a day and love to take day trips to various area dog parks and hiking trails or enjoy a lazy afternoon on the couch.
About: I have owned dogs and cats since 1985 and was on a K9 Search and Rescue team for 18+ years so I have worked with all types of dogs and have a lot of experience with training. I currently work outside the home M-F 9-5 but can work from home upon request. Weekends I am home the majority of the time and spend most of my time hanging out with my own dogs (two labs) I have hosted a variety of dogs in my home including corgis, labs, goldens, frenchies, pitties, mals, and other assorted breeds. I treat everyone's pets just like my own - lots of treats, snuggles, couch naps, and of course sleeping on the bed if they want. Both of my labs are extremely friendly and love pretty much all dogs, but I do have experience sitting some dogs who preferred to be separate from my boys via either baby gates or kennels (depending on what the dog is comfortable with). I have a large fenced in backyard and a smaller fenced in front yard. The backyard has a doggie door that allows the dogs to go in and out at will, although when I am not home, I do not give any dogs access to the yard (even my own dogs as a safety issue).

She took time to ask questions and fill us in on their process of handling a guest dog in their home. Her home is beautiful (I said I wanted to take his place being boarded there lol), it looks like actual doggy heaven. She sent videos and pictures that made our hearts so happy while out of town, and we could visually see how great she treated our little guy (who can be difficult to say the least). About: My name is Ronda. I have been pet sitting for friends and family for years. I have also been a foster for a rescue group for years. Your animal will be taken care of and loved as if they were my own. I do not currently have any pets. I recently lost my 2 senior dogs. I have a large home and fenced in back yard. I also have a doggie door if that is something your dog is used to (if not, it will be closed up). They will have free roam of the house when I am gone or can be crated if that is what they prefer. I own my own photography business so this is something I would like to do when I don’t have any sessions. I also do hair We have a invisible fence, and we have baby gates in areas so she can not get into anything. Our cat stays in the house.

We live 3 minutes from 2 vet clinics and we use them for our own dogs. We have security cameras in the house with 2 way speakers if we need to step out for any reason. Please let us know about your dogs temperament with other dogs ahead of time. If your dog has special needs or quirks around certain people. We are happy to share our dogs food but would prefer food is delivered with the dog for stays. We are used to dogs that have a tendency to run if given the chance but appreciate heads up so we can be extra attentive.

About: I have cared for pets as a very young child. I have always had at least 3 or 4 pets in my home. I am educated in dog training, grooming, and worked many years along side a Veterinarian. I always helped My neighbors with their pets as well when they needed a sitter. I am a true animal lover and they are cared for as family members. After high school, I would pet sit for teachers who went on vacation—and through word of mouth, became a regular on call sitter for 3 different homes with multiple pets. I have cared for, mostly, senior dogs but am so happy to give puppies the attention and energy they need. I especially love going on long walks. I am currently in nursing school and, because it’s an online hybrid program, I have lots of free time during the day and evenings. I have clinicals during the weekend but will be sure to block those days off when I get my schedule. I do not offer boarding for pets in my own home, since I live in an apartment, but am happy to do whatever you need to care for your little (or big) family members! About: I am a Certified Professional Dog Trainer who has worked with animals for over 20 years. I am knowledgeable about many breeds large and small! I will treat your pet with kindness and respect. I am very fluent in dog body language. I can care for senior dogs or puppies and all others in between. I am also Canine CPR certified and training in first aide as well. I love dogs and want to help keep your pet safe! I want to continue working with dogs and helping animals. I will be leaving my full-time position training here in the next day. I am big on safety and two layers of protection for the dogs. I would care for them as if they were my own dogs.

When I became a Mom and my youngest son begged us to get a dog, I was so happy. We added Rocky to our family 12 years ago and he’s been my companion ever since. The photos of the large yard and that she had her own dogs and cats helped with our choice. She was very communicative. Photos were sent of our puppy ripping around the back yard (she needs a lot of exercise), playing with other dogs and we learned Sabie likes kiddie pools. She looked very happy. Please know that if you have an iPhone, use the Apple Maps app. Very easy to find the house using that app. Mapquest is a big nope. We will use Kaitlyn again next time we visit the area if we need help with Sabie.”

About: I’ve had a fur companion all of my life! I’ve successfully raised and trained five dogs from puppies and I have experience with rescue pups who may not feel entirely comfortable in their new environment. I’ve experienced small and large breeds alike, with my current pup being a King Cavalier Spaniel. Goose’s cousins who we see weekly are two Golden retrievers and one rescue mix. I’m able to be flexible or rigid when it comes to your pets schedule, and am knowledgeable in special diets, fresh pet food, administering meds if needed. I have the luxury of working from home and creating my own schedule which makes my days very flexible! I currently can accept pets for boarding, play dates or walks Sunday through Thursday, 9:30am to 10pm. My dog is allowed to be on all furniture and sleep in the bed and your pet would be permitted to as well if that is your preference! Goose and I take several walks a day and love to take day trips to various area dog parks and hiking trails or enjoy a lazy afternoon on the couch.
About: I have owned dogs and cats since 1985 and was on a K9 Search and Rescue team for 18+ years so I have worked with all types of dogs and have a lot of experience with training. I currently work outside the home M-F 9-5 but can work from home upon request. Weekends I am home the majority of the time and spend most of my time hanging out with my own dogs (two labs) I have hosted a variety of dogs in my home including corgis, labs, goldens, frenchies, pitties, mals, and other assorted breeds. I treat everyone's pets just like my own - lots of treats, snuggles, couch naps, and of course sleeping on the bed if they want. Both of my labs are extremely friendly and love pretty much all dogs, but I do have experience sitting some dogs who preferred to be separate from my boys via either baby gates or kennels (depending on what the dog is comfortable with). I have a large fenced in backyard and a smaller fenced in front yard. The backyard has a doggie door that allows the dogs to go in and out at will, although when I am not home, I do not give any dogs access to the yard (even my own dogs as a safety issue).
“10/10 Jamie was AMAZING from booking to pickup! She was gracious through our need to book last minute (which nobody enjoys having to rush to find a dog sitter, so this was greatly appreciated). She took time to ask questions and fill us in on their process of handling a guest dog in their home. Her home is beautiful (I said I wanted to take his place being boarded there lol), it looks like actual doggy heaven. She sent videos and pictures that made our hearts so happy while out of town, and we could visually see how great she treated our little guy (who can be difficult to say the least). They treated our dog as if he were a part of their family in a short period of time and we couldn’t be more grateful to have found her! Oh and a bonus was after we picked our little guy up he behaved SO WELL, like way better than usual…..I think he was missing Jamie, her family, and her dog ❤️ You cannot go wrong with booking with her!”
