I'm familiar with grooming dogs for show. But I am now retired from all those things. But I still retain my skills. Not to toot my own horn, but I have had 1 dog invited to West Minister. I am a retired school teacher. So I am usually very flexible. With my animals. Currently my. Project is working with. A new toy poodle I got. Training him. In obedience. I have one puppy, toy Poodle. I currently have 4 cats that have rescued. My puppy is doing well. I have had him for a year still working at potty training. In the evening. I usually spend time watching TV with Tallow (puppy). About: Your pet is treated as my own and a family member. Your fur baby is not crated unless you request that and provide the crate. Your pet gets to go outside and run and play several times a day. I go out and encourage playing and running for exercise. When the weather permits, we walk through the field and explore along the canal. If your pet is older and doesn't want to play or explore, that's ok. I have plenty of shaded areas for them to just lounge and take a snooze while I sit with them and read. I would love to share your fur babies with you. Must provide proof of all shot records (including Kennel Cough vaccine). If I need to run to the store, my husband is here with the pups. When the pups are outside, I'm outside work them. I have a large fenced in back yard and a standard poodle that would love to play with your pup/pups and keep them company. She loves having new playmates.

About: I've had dogs growing up, five of them being German shepherds and the other four being a lab and two mutts and a dachshund, and we've had tons of cats. We currently have two German shepherds and I walk them a ton and I spend a lot of time taking care of them, and then we have a dachshund who I just rescued from the place I work at. The place I worked at does dog boarding/daycare/training. I was a kennel tech so I just took care of all the boarding and daycare doggies. And on the weekends I also took care of all the training dogs when/if the trainers were away. I worked there for over year and loved it, only leaving because I started college and moved away. I have had to deal with so many different dogs and their personalities and I've definitely learned to have a ton of patience with the job. I have been working in general since I was 14. I started at some neighbouring farms, doing farm work so I could ride their horses and earn some money. I then did a couple restaurant jobs and then found the place I currently work at. I have done dog sitting and cat sitting before many times, sometimes for family or friends of family who I don't know but I am happy to help out. The most I have dealt with at one time was seven dogs in total. I have watched people's dogs get trained while at work and I have been trained to use an e-collar and a prong collar so I am able to use those correctly! I really loves my job, it means a lot to me I get to be in that environment and I'm depended on to keep them all safe and happy. And I am a second year student at Muskingum University, I am majoring in Animal Studies in hopes of having an animal conservation related job. I'm a college student and normally drop in between classes and have the rest of the day to tend to pet's. Your furbabies will have fun running and playing outdoors and indoors! If you would rather me come to your home, I’m familiar with taking care of other dogs in the safety of their current environment including over night stays!

About: I love any type of animal and will provide it with the best care possible. We would go on long walks and play all day! Big, small, medium you name it I will love your dog or cat! I have been around dogs my whole life and would love to care for yours. I am currently a nurse in the area and use Rover when I am away at work so I would love to give back to the community and watch other pups while you are away! I know how difficult it is to find a trustworthy and reliable sitter and always want to treat your pups like my own! I will make sure to treat your home and pet with respect and follow all instructions left to properly care for your fur baby and make sure they get everything they need!

“Connie is a dog whisperer! This was the first time Connie cared for my dogs, and I knew as soon as I met Connie that they were in capable hands. On our meet and greet, Connie gave the dogs and I a tour of her basement which is a great space for pets as the walk-out opens to a beautiful fenced in wooded lot. Connie also has large crates inside and dog runs outside, basically many different options depending on the dogs' needs. Connie is a dog groomer and trainer, and she works in this space, so my dogs often were around her, which I know they loved. I will definitely ask Connie to watch my pets, Ethel and Tawnee, again. About: I have done drop in and overnight care for family member's pets for many years. I am a life long animal lover and have cats and/or dogs my whole life. I also did some volunteer care at an animal shelter while in college. I am a stay at home mom of three (9, 7, and 5 year olds) kids who also love animals so I have the availability to provide a lot of time and attention. I have a fenced in yard in a beautiful country setting and two playmates for your pup. Robin is 13 year old chocolate lab mix, who we rescued from the roadside. She gave birth to 8 puppies about 2 months later and we were able to find loving homes for them all. We also have Emmett, who is a shepherd/spaniel mix that we adopted as a puppy during covid. He can be shy around new people, but loves to play with any dog he has met.

I am my animal activist and national Crossposter for shelter dogs out of high kill shelters I help rescues with fosters and I find dogs homes that are in high kill shelters across the country. My schedule is always open when there’s a need to help someone out last minute, especially for my lil furry friends. I treat every animal as if it were my own, I save animals weekly, so there safety and well being is my first priority, they have to be on a lease at all times when walking.
