I wanted someone here for them whose heart was truly in this job, and her’s really was. She also not only answered all of our questions, she asked some that we weren’t even thinking about (lights, plants) and took detailed notes. About: I have taken care of pets my whole life. I love animals and have pet sat for friends and family in their home so as not to stress out their animals. I am happy to either pet sit at your home or take care of your pet at mine. Either way, they will get excellent care. I work from home so I have the ability to work from anywhere as long as there is Wi-Fi. My work schedule is also fairly flexible if need be. I have a fenced in yard and a loving pup who would welcome a playmate. I also can sit in your home as I work from home.
“Kayla was awesome! My dogs are very “needy” (lol) and require a lot of time and attention. I needed a day where I could just solely focus on work and getting things done. Also, they hadn’t had a bath or groomed in awhile and their fur was starting to get matted so thought I’d get that done also. I messaged Kayla asking if she was available that week to watch them/bath & brush them. She offered to take them immediately that day! She was very nice when I met her and made me feel comfortable. She took so much care and time with grooming them while also making sure they were comfortable to make sure that she got all the matts out that she actually kept them until 9pm with no extra charge. She also kept me updated every step of the way. My boys came home so soft and clean and I could also tell she tired them out because they both came home and went straight to sleep. About: Hi there, my name is Kristen and I have a slight dog obsession. November 2025 started year five of me owning and operating a pet care company that is listed as an LLC in Ohio, and I have loved every single second of it! While on a walk your dog will be my sole focus. I will be sure to select a different route (if possible) during each walk to help them get familiar with their area, but to also help stimulate their brain with the different scents. If you have multiple dogs that need to be walked separately, for any reason, I will rotate my routes so that each dog is exploring a different area instead of where their fur sibling just was. I am happy to go as fast paced, or as leisurely as Fido wants to take our time together. My typical drop-in (play date) visit consists of the following: enter and greet your beloved furkid who will be totally excited to see me (hello treats!- only if it's okay with you first), and then take them outside to potty. While outside I am happy to play fetch, or any other activity they're interested in. Once we come back in I check the water/food situation, and am happy to take care of any medical needs that may be required at this time from giving pills to injections. There's time for a snuggle, or a game, and then it's one last potty break before I head out for the morning or afternoon. I send detailed Rover cards after every visit, and will include as many photos as possible. For boarding and daycare we are located on 30 acres in Tipp City, with 6 private fully fenced dog parks to choose from. We have 10 kennels, and pups are kenneled during enrichment and overnight with an on-site team member who stays with them. Disney Channel + YouTube classical music plays while pups rest in their kennels between private park playtime and playgroup. About: I’ve worked with dogs and have been a dog lover almost my whole life. We have helped train 3 dogs and each of them are now amazing in their own way! We have also cared for so many of our friends and family members dogs in our home and in theirs. We have a large fenced in yard as well for them to run around and play fetch a lot! We both work remotely and have been watching family and friends pets while on vacation or out of town for the last year or so! We have an acre lot (not fenced in) but plenty of room for us to play and walk around during the day. About: I truly love animals, and have some training background. I always had my own personal dogs, until recently, so I am open to caring for yours. Your animals will be well taken care of, and I will provide consistencies they are use to at home upon request. I work from home 4 days a week, but my mom who works from home is home daily. Animals are never unsupervised! I get home around 5pm when I go into work. I walk dogs as much needed and have necessary needs provided in house (leash, bowls, mid size cage, brush, yard, etc). “Emma was great with our dogs, however. We met with her prior to booking so we could get to know her and our dogs could meet her as well. We spoke about the time being 12noon and that was not a problem. The first day (Monday) she was here on time, the next 3 days she arrived at 1pm. 1 hr later then discussed. Then Friday morning she texted us stating she was stuck at a house she was cleaning and was not gonna be able to make it. My wife had to rush from work in Sidney to take them out, then rush back. Keep in mind we had already paid for the entire week.”

About: I have taken care of and been around animals for as long as I can remember. Family, friends, and neighbors have trusted me to take care of, feed, and play with their pets. I have been on rover since the beginning of June 2025 and have had many successful stays with multiple clients and their wonderful pets! About: Started working with dogs when I was in my early twenties. I stated out as a dog bather and pet care at Petsmart. I then started spending my free time at Sunrise Sanctuary taking care of their rescued livestock. The job that taught me so much was being a dog warden. I learned how to handle emergency calls but also took care of the dogs at the shelter. I work a fun and open schedule so I have more flexibility on dog or cat sitting time frame. My dogs wake me up bright and early at 5am and going to bed around 10pm. So I’m able to check in on dogs within that big time frame. I have a 6 foot wooden privacy fence that I will allow my dogs to go outside in for potty breaks to the dogs playing in the puppy pool. Dogs will not unattended while in the yard.
About: My family has had a dog since before we were married, almost 29 years ago. We lost our last German Shepherd, Greta, in June of 2025. While this has left a huge hole in my heart, I don't feel like we are to a place where we can open our home permanently to another. We will get there but not yet. In the meantime, I'd love to love on your pup! We have had GSD's or GSD mixes for over 25 years. We LOVE the breed and their loyalty. I know that they have to be worked and engaged in order to be "good" dogs! So, let me help you get some of their energy out and give them some of the mental stimulation they need. Our Greta was very well behaved. She did have formal training but as you know, that means I was trained as well. While we got very lax in training (she was 11 years old), I am willing to bring back some of that knowledge and work with yours while on a walk. That is the best time as the reset (calm, rest) afterwards is so important. While I don't mind other dogs, GSD's are definitely my favorite! I'm willing to walk any age and know the demands of stimulation at each age is so different. I occasionally walk my friends Golden Retriever. He is such a good boy but really just loves leisurely strolls while checking out all the pee-mail! I will be walking your dog while my husband is at work and I will come to your home to get the pup! I currently work a seasonal position January through April. The kids are now grown and either out of the house or in college. So, that leaves me somewhat flexible. I do have family out of the area that I will be going to help occasionally but I am definitely looking forward to working this into my weekday mornings and early afternoons. Since I'm only offering dog walking at this time, I'll plan to come to your place, retrieve your dog and head out for a walk! You would just need to provide a collar, leash and bags to clean up! Your dog will be returned at the desired time and will continue his/her napping until you return!

About: I love animals! I've taken care of all kinds of domestic pets for 15 years now. I've also worked for a small zoo and cared for cows, donkeys and Nigerian Dwarf Goats, as well as owls, hawks and an eagle. I have cared for exotic animals too! Ostriches, African tortoises, an African sand cat, African black-backed jackals and porcupines. I will give loving and attentive care to your pets. You can rest easy. I love animals and they love me! Pet care is all I do, so your pets will get personal immediate attention. I have been doing pet/house/farm sitting part-time for over 10 years. I'm now going into this full-time. Your pets will get my undivided attention! I have a reliable car and am easy to get ahold of anytime day or night. I do a meet and greet with you and your pets so we can get to know each other and I can make sure we are compatible and learn about your animals routine and any special needs so I can care for them safely and well. This first meeting is where we develop that initial trust and bond.
