Your peace of mind is my priority. I work from home, which means your dog will have plenty of companionship throughout the day and frequent opportunities for potty breaks, outdoor time, and play. I have a large fenced in backyard with plenty of room to explore and play, and I can also provide up to two walks a day depending on your dogs normal routine and needs. “Jalaina did a great job looking after my dog Baxter. Typically, I board him with a kennel, but he hates being in a cage and restricted. Jalaina was all I could have hoped for. She sent numerous pictures of Baxter that allowed me to have peace of mind when I needed a last minute sitter and a “homey” environment for Baxter. He warmed up to her immediately and even got comfy on her couch. Also, she walked him daily and when I picked him up he wasn’t anxious as he has been in kennel environments. I almost forgot to mention that she watched my Mom’s dog as well in the same weekend. We wanted to board them together because they are with each other most days. I can’t say enough about Jalaina and her sweet and gentle spirit which is why I think both dogs had such an enjoyable stay and I will not hesitate to book her again.”

We live 3 minutes from 2 vet clinics and we use them for our own dogs. We have security cameras in the house with 2 way speakers if we need to step out for any reason. About: Hello!! I have been caring for all kinds of animals since growing up on a small farm as a child. We always had many different farm animals and lots of cats and dogs. As an adult I have always had at least a cat, and currently have 3 dogs and 4 cats...basically a small zoo hahaha. I am used to dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Currently, I have a 9 year old German Shepherd that weighs 120 pounds...he's a very gentle giant that we have had since he was a pup. He has bad knees(has had multiple surgeries) so I'm used to caring for his special needs and giving daily meds. (Pupdate on my 120 lb bff - I lost my baby boy pretty unexpectedly March 31, 2025- he had just turned 10. My heart was torn to shreds from his loss😭) We also have a 7.5 year old German Shepherd. She weighs 85 pounds and is a rescue with extreme anxiety. We call her our backyard/house dog only. It is where she is most comfortable so that's where she stays to fit her needs!! And last but not least, we rescued our baby girl almost a year ago. She is likely a lab mix and around 50 pounds/ 1.5 years old. She needs lots and lots of exercise and attention!! I am very familiar with puppies and the extra needs they require. I've also cared for really senior dogs as we lost our Lab boy of 14 years to cancer not long ago. I decided to look into doing this as we are always looking for someone reliable to help us out when we need to leave our animals. I realize they are not just part of your family...they are family and it's hard to leave them and be comfortable with it. “Jalaina did a great job looking after my dog Baxter. Typically, I board him with a kennel, but he hates being in a cage and restricted. Jalaina was all I could have hoped for. She sent numerous pictures of Baxter that allowed me to have peace of mind when I needed a last minute sitter and a “homey” environment for Baxter. He warmed up to her immediately and even got comfy on her couch. Also, she walked him daily and when I picked him up he wasn’t anxious as he has been in kennel environments. I almost forgot to mention that she watched my Mom’s dog as well in the same weekend. We wanted to board them together because they are with each other most days.
