“I typically don’t leave reviews, so this is special. Our family has a super sweet dog named Abby, who is everything to us. I’m very protective of her and always super nervous letting her stay with a stranger. I was going to use my first and only other rover sitter but they were already booked up and she wouldn’t be able to stay the whole time. What a relief finding David, he has a very structured approach to introducing his dog which I have never done before. I can’t say enough positives about this experience. He and his family very loving to our girl. I counted no less than 33 pictures he sent throughout the 6 days Abby’s was there. The home is very clean and tidy similar to ours. Overall, I would not hesitate in sending our dog Abby to David in the future. Sorry for the long review, but I’m not good at leaving these.”

I grew up fostering dogs out of our childhood home. I was very involved even at the age of 6. We stopped fostering when I was around the age of 19. As of right now, Rover is my full time job. We know your dog may need a different level of attention than others, we will make it feel at home by treating it just like you tells us to. We won’t just throw it out back with some food and water, it will get personal treatment just like our Piper does. She doesn’t work and only leaves home for a few hours to go to the store or doctor. Your dog will have supervision most of the time. Bring its favorite toy or bed, it can play fetch, ball, tug of war with Piper. The fenced yard has access via a doggy door or a human door. Piper sleeps in a crate in her own bedroom but your dog can sleep the same way it does at home, just tell us what it prefers. Bring its food and water Bowls. We will consider dogs from 40-100 lbs in case by case review. We DO NOT accept Pit Bull dogs. We request a meet and great visit prior to scheduled stay to make sure your dog is a good fit in our home.

About: I have loved animals for as long as I can remember! My family has always had multiple pets in our home at a time. I currently own a dog named Jax, and two cats named Milo and Lee! I have experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperament. I have taken care of puppies, blind/deaf dogs, big dogs who like to take you on a walk instead 😅, cuddly and energetic labs, shy dogs who may hide, and I love them all the same! I’d love to meet your pup! I work a 8-5 so I could walk before work at anytime. I could also walk at 6 or 7 during the week after work! I love a morning walk with a pal. With a lab I know all about it a ton of energy and how to handle it. We have worked a ton on leash and he is 60 lbs.

About: I grew up around pets since before I can remember and I love hanging out with any animals! I love playing and cuddling with them! I am currently a third year at OSU home for the summer. I also work at 17 Public Square. I am open almost everyday all day besides when those shifts are scheduled. I have two medium size dogs that I play with often and are crate trained as well. Therefore I can play with them, give them breaks in their crates or anything else!
About: My pet care started when I was 6 years old, I was known as the neighborhood dog catcher. If any of my neighbor's dogs got loose/ran away they would call me to bring them back. I had a 100% success rate every time! I have a love and passion for all animals and it has shown since I could talk. I have 2 dogs of my own, a snake, and fish! One of my dogs is reactive and I have taken online reactivity classes to recognize dog body language and how to work with triggers, so the "problem" dogs are no problem to me!
