About: Hi there, my name is Kristen and I have a slight dog obsession. November 2024 started year four of me owning and operating a pet care company that is listed as an LLC in Ohio, and I have loved every single second of it! While on a walk your dog will be my sole focus. I will be sure to select a different route (if possible) during each walk to help them get familiar with their area, but to also help stimulate their brain with the different scents. If you have multiple dogs that need to be walked separately, for any reason, I will rotate my routes so that each dog is exploring a different area instead of where their fur sibling just was. I am happy to go as fast paced, or as leisurely as Fido wants to take our time together. My typical drop-in (play date) visit consists of the following: enter and greet your beloved furkid who will be totally excited to see me (hello treats!- only if it's okay with you first), and then take them outside to potty. While outside I am happy to play fetch, or any other activity they're interested in. Once we come back in I check the water/food situation, and am happy to take care of any medical needs that may be required at this time from giving pills to injections. There's time for a snuggle, or a game, and then it's one last potty break before I head out for the morning or afternoon. I send detailed Rover cards after every visit, and will include as many photos as possible. Dog walking/pet sitting is my passion and full time career. Even while having a steady schedule I have the flexibility that allows me to get to your VIP quickly while maintaining a high level of quality care for all of the animals I care for. About: If there’s one thing I know, it’s pets. I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life, and helped friends foster possums and raccoons growing up. I currently have a 16 year old cattle dog lab mix, an 8 year old boston terrier, and a 3 year old bobtail cat. Raising a senior dog has taught me many things including oral med administration for animals, as well as how to handle general health ailments and emergencies that naturally come as dogs age. I work from home and have a fenced in yard. My animals have free rein of the home, and furniture. Working from home allows me to cater to any dogs schedule. The front half of my yard has a puppy picket fence so that small dogs can not get out, the back yard has a normal picket, but is six feet so that bigger dogs can roam comfortably without being able to easily jump over it. I try to find things to do or in nature with my animals as much as possible. I'm 46 and my dog is 8. I am offering boarding and day care. I wake up at 7am for the day. Feed at 11am and let dog out as much as every 2-3 hours. I also will do a 30 minute leash walk down the road. Feeding playing with and making sure they are comfy before I leave. I also will text if I have a question about something I don’t know about their pet The picture on my profile is the spot where they’ll be boarded at during night and if your dog and mine don’t mix well your dog will be just have that whole room to himself with baby gates. About: All my life I've been interested in animals. I grew up with a dog, a cat, and a snake, and my work in the field has involved all sorts of animal husbandry, from shearing sheep to catching alligators or banding songbirds. Sometimes I feel I understand animals better than people which helps me provide specialized one-on-one care to meets your beloved pet's needs. About: Hi there, my name is Kristen and I have a slight dog obsession. November 2024 started year four of me owning and operating a pet care company that is listed as an LLC in Ohio, and I have loved every single second of it! While on a walk your dog will be my sole focus. I will be sure to select a different route (if possible) during each walk to help them get familiar with their area, but to also help stimulate their brain with the different scents. If you have multiple dogs that need to be walked separately, for any reason, I will rotate my routes so that each dog is exploring a different area instead of where their fur sibling just was. I am happy to go as fast paced, or as leisurely as Fido wants to take our time together. My typical drop-in (play date) visit consists of the following: enter and greet your beloved furkid who will be totally excited to see me (hello treats!- only if it's okay with you first), and then take them outside to potty. While outside I am happy to play fetch, or any other activity they're interested in. Once we come back in I check the water/food situation, and am happy to take care of any medical needs that may be required at this time from giving pills to injections. There's time for a snuggle, or a game, and then it's one last potty break before I head out for the morning or afternoon. I send detailed Rover cards after every visit, and will include as many photos as possible. Dog walking/pet sitting is my passion and full time career. Even while having a steady schedule I have the flexibility that allows me to get to your VIP quickly while maintaining a high level of quality care for all of the animals I care for. From how your pets eat their meals, to sleeping arrangements I try to keep things as normal as possible for them. During my time with your pet they have my undivided attention.
