When we got married, we adopted a greyhound racer. We had him for 7 years and lost him unfortunately due to cancer. About: Your pet is treated as my own and a family member. Your fur baby is not crated unless you request that and provide the crate. Your pet gets to go outside and run and play several times a day. I go out and encourage playing and running for exercise. When the weather permits, we walk through the field and explore along the canal. If your pet is older and doesn't want to play or explore, that's ok. I have plenty of shaded areas for them to just lounge and take a snooze while I sit with them and read. I would love to share your fur babies with you. Must provide proof of all shot records (including Kennel Cough vaccine). I insist on a meet and greet to make sure that your fur baby is going to be a good match with our family. I do not board pit bulls (or pit mixes), German Shepherds, Rottweilers it any aggressive dogs for my safety as well as my pup. I am retired. I never leave your pups alone. If I need to run to the store, my husband is here with the pups. When the pups are outside, I'm outside work them. I have a large fenced in back yard and a standard poodle that would love to play with your pup/pups and keep them company. She loves having new playmates.

About: Hello!! I have been caring for all kinds of animals since growing up on a small farm as a child. We always had many different farm animals and lots of cats and dogs. As an adult I have always had at least a cat, and currently have 3 dogs and 4 cats...basically a small zoo hahaha. I am used to dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Currently, I have a 9 year old German Shepherd that weighs 120 pounds...he's a very gentle giant that we have had since he was a pup. He has bad knees(has had multiple surgeries) so I'm used to caring for his special needs and giving daily meds. (Pupdate on my 120 lb bff - I lost my baby boy pretty unexpectedly March 31, 2025- he had just turned 10. My heart was torn to shreds from his loss😭) We also have a 7.5 year old German Shepherd. She weighs 85 pounds and is a rescue with extreme anxiety. We call her our backyard/house dog only. It is where she is most comfortable so that's where she stays to fit her needs!! And last but not least, we rescued our baby girl almost a year ago. She is likely a lab mix and around 50 pounds/ 1.5 years old. She needs lots and lots of exercise and attention!! I am very familiar with puppies and the extra needs they require. I've also cared for really senior dogs as we lost our Lab boy of 14 years to cancer not long ago. I decided to look into doing this as we are always looking for someone reliable to help us out when we need to leave our animals. I realize they are not just part of your family...they are family and it's hard to leave them and be comfortable with it. I would love to meet you and your pets before we set up to determine that everyone is comfortable and compatible and to make your leaving them with me stress-free! I look forward to hearing from you! About: I’ve taken care of animals of all kinds since before I was in elementary school. I have had a dog of my own for 10 years and I have been relied on by friends and family members to watch their animals when they are away. I’m currently a full-time college student at Ohio University, so taking care of pets is more of a weekend or holiday gig for me! I could fit a daily walk in to my schedule too! I am incredibly patient when it comes to animals and am willing to do just about anything to make them happy, comfortable, and well taken care of.
About: I can't remember a time in my life when I didn't have pets. I truly love caring for pets of all kinds. Dogs, cats, fish, etc... My schedule is extremely flexible, so I'm able to fit into whatever time slot is needed to best care for your pet, and keep them on a schedule. I feel the best way to care for pets is to earn their trust. It's never a good idea to force yourself on a pet, but to read their body language and take it from there.
About: Pets are family, and they deserve to be treated like family. I have doggy sat for a family friend for 3yrs, Zoe, and Zarley. They go out 4 to 5 times a day, they get treats for going boo boo outside. We run around the apartment and play as much as my bones will let me. I am able to brush the furbabies every day, and multiple times a day if needed. I do talk to them like they can answer me…..😂😂. Animals understand more than we think they do. I love animals so much. I wish I could get one for me. But at this time, I am unable to afford one. I will not get any animal that I know I can’t pay for what they need. I was working up until 09/2025. I got hurt at work, and I’m unable to return. I am available 24/7 now. I have plenty of time to give ALL of my time to furbabies now. I have a full time job working midnights. I get off at 7am, but don’t usually go to sleep till around 10am. I do not work Friday nights. My part time job is just Mon., we’d., and Fri, from 9am to 1pm. I have every other weekend off. I always put fur babies first in my home. I play with them as often as I can. They are allowed on the furniture and bed. No matter what I am doing, I will stop to take them out, or play with them. I DO NOT give for babies ppl food, their little digestive system mite not be able to handle it. If there is something extra that you say they need, and you don’t have, I will buy it for them. I remove any and everything off the floors, so they cannot get in it. If there is a special diet that they have, I will just need written instructions on how to prepare it.
About: I have taken care and loved animals for as long as I can remember walking. Young, old, on a diet? I can do it all! I am a full time student at Youngstown State University. I currently am on summer break, and free about all week except for weekends. There is lots of space for pets to run on our property, and I will be attentive at all times! I have watched dogs at others houses for years, along with taking care of my own animals at home! I have administered medication intake for animals, followed strict diets, and made sure they all get their energy out!
