About: I have taken care of cats and dogs for 15 years. I have also worked at a vet clinic on kennel stuff and have administrated medication for both cats and dogs. I am currently working part time, and I’m in the process of starting my own business at home so I will be home mostly all day. At home I have a fenced in backyard with lots of room to run. I like to have dogs meet on leashes or through a gate, I never leave unfamiliar dogs alone together, and my house is very dog friendly, with hardwood and linoleum and not much floor clutter. Outside, my dog is off leash trained (I know I am spoiled), but all other dogs I keep on a leash if we are outside or on an 100ft rope when we take walks through the field.

She sent me 3 photos and gave a thorough review of what Zoey enjoyed doing during her stay. Zoey apparently was a social butterfly, mingling with kittens, cats, dogs and even pumpkins during her stay. She warmed up to her not long after we left. I felt at ease knowing Christy fosters dogs from a local rescue, but I felt even better when she correctly read Zoey’s body language upon meeting her of being nervous about being in a new place. She let Zoey come to her, rather than overwhelming her by approaching her and assured me she would introduce her three dogs gradually once Zoey was feeling a little less shy. About: I have 5 animals- 4 cats & 1 dog. I have always had such a connection with animals, I enjoy taking care of them & bonding, I have fostered dogs & my animals were all adopted from shelters. I am able to sit for several animals, cats included- as well as walking the animals, feeding, bathing, playing, you name it! Outside, my dog is off leash trained (I know I am spoiled), but all other dogs I keep on a leash if we are outside or on an 100ft rope when we take walks through the field.
