About: As an adult, I had 4 kitties for over 20 years. (I miss them every day.) Not only can I handle feeding, watering, and scooping, I can give oral medications and do subcutaneous injections as well.
“Absolutely ZERO complaints or issues with Nicole. She watched our cat for a week during a recent vacation. My wife and I are super early risers. Typically waking up around 3am. We got lucky with Nicole, she has a similar schedule and was able to feed our cat early mornings consistent with our daily feedings. Our meet & greet was great as well. We have never used Rover and were really unsure what to expect. Nicole answered questions via messaging before scheduling a meet. A few hours before our scheduled time, Nicole reached out to confirm our appointment. Nicole asked many questions about our cat, home, plants etc. Asked if she should shovel snow, water plants, take garbage to curb etc. Nicole really put my wife and I at ease after talking with her. Nicole gave us great report cards with her daily check-ins. Always received multiple pics of our cat in our home. We are new cat owners and were nervous on what to expect. When we travel in the future, and will not be able to bring our pets with us, we will definitely rebook with Nicole. All said, Nicole is a great reflection of Rover and what they offer pet owners. About: I have grown up around animals and when I was 6 years old my family adopted our first dog. Since then, I have understood the importance around having an animal in your life, yet also the responsibility it brings with it. At the age of 12 I joined my sister in her dog walking business. Each day we would walk our neighbors dogs after school whilst making sure they went potty and were properly cared for via instructions given to us. As we grew older we started to watch them over night on weekends, and go with our neighbors to places where they needed help with their dogs. Dogs are not just pets…they are family. I have used that time as a dog walker to grow my own personal experience watching other families pets. I have since watched one family’s two dogs for three summers in a row due to the amount of trust and loyalty I have built with them. I can take care of any type of dog that you may have. Small, medium, large; young, adult, senior. It does not matter to me. I love them all and would enjoy watching as well as taking care of them. I am currently working part-time at Kent State University as a Graduate Assistant. The most time I spend in my office is about 4-6hrs per day. On the weekends I am home in Chardon. I will be able to accommodate your animals needs if needed on the weekends, and during the week. I will be home for the summer, but I will be moving down to the Kent area in the fall I always make sure that I meet the dog before I ever start taking care of them. As for walks, I would be sure to give them love before and after long walks. If I were to stay with them, I would ensure the pet and I would have time to play, go potty and a walk, as well eat dinner together so a bond and trust would be built. About: I've had dogs off and on my entire life but it wasn't until we adopted our baby girl Coco that I really fell in love. We had 13.5 wonderful years with her, then after she passed we decided to foster dogs in her honor and have been doing this since Sept. 2020 with several local organizations. We have fostered 25 dogs and have sat 26 dogs to date, including puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with behavioral and medical special needs. About: My goal is to make sure that pet parents like me have someone they can trust to help care for their babies. I have two years of experience working at a boarding/daycare facility where I was a supervisor for 1.5 years there, this means that I have experience working with dogs who need to take any type of medication- like insulin. I have been working at an animal shelter for 6 months where I’ve grown to learn more about the body language of dogs which has made me more confident in making sure the animals are comfortable and I can tell when they are starting to get overstimulated. I treat every fur baby like my own just as I would hope anyone else would mine. I am currently doordashing, actively seeking more work. My schedule is very flexible so I am able to do last minute drop in’s if needed! I have a fenced in property where your dogs would be safe from getting out and wandering around, I have 3 very social dogs who love to have friends but I could also keep everyone separated if that is what’s needed. I also have crates if your pet needs to go in one. If I were to be at my clients home I would make sure that your pets are able to go potty at a scheduled time either going in your backyard or bringing them on a walk to get everything out of their system. I can make sure that your pet will not have anything in their area that could hurt them or be eaten which could cause more damage as well.

I am a true and genuine animal lover. I prefer the floor to the couch and enjoy spending time with anyone who has scales, fin, feathers and especially fur! What makes us different? There are four of us! There is always extra support. My young adult children, husband and I support each other with specific clients in order to make sure pets always have proper care. My young adult children care for pets in their own environment in order to not disrupt routines. We stay as close to THEIR schedule as possible with little interruption. Note: We have experience with specialty care; blind and/or deaf dogs. If you have any questions and would like to talk; I would welcome your call. Thank you, in advance, for your time! I own my own business and work part-time from home. I schedule myself in order to be available to my furry clients. Their well-being is my priority! I live on several acres and of that space have one acre completely fenced, which I host on SniffSpot. I keep my home very clean while still keeping it animal-friendly.
About: I’ve had a wide array of animals my whole life. Nothing gives me greater joy to take good care of my pets and to see them happy, healthy and thriving. I would love to have the opportunity to take care of other people’s pets because I know how busy life can be and I would love to help out with keeping all animals happy and thriving. I’m currently working part time so I would have lots of time to keep your pet fit, happy and healthy. I am available for walks/check-ins all week long. I strive to give my 2 senior chihuahuas and my cat the best life possible. I have always kept my dogs active and they are 15 and 12 years old and thriving. I believe dogs need walks every day and unfortunately a lot of people have busy enough schedules that’s not always possible. That’s where I come in to help!
About: Since I was 11 years old putting dog walking flyers on my neighbors porches, I have always had a passion for taking care of animals. I still have people contacting me to cat or dog sit for them, and they love to recommend me to their friends. I love animals, and I know how to handle them safely and responsibly. From working with horses to dolphins, I have been around many different animals. I have owned reptiles and guinea pigs as well as dogs and cats, I have been working with and riding horses since 2018, and every summer since around 2020 I have gone to the Florida Keys and learned about training dolphins, I have aged out of that program now. I also volunteered at an animal shelter when I was younger. I am looking for a job to use my skills with animals. I work at a veterinary practice for a large animal veterinarian currently on Wednesdays and Fridays. I am looking for another job that I can work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. I can also do weekends if you are looking for someone who will stop by and take care of your animal for 30 minutes to an hour, but I like to have time on my weekends to spend with my loved ones, so the activities that take longer I would like the save for weekdays. I promise to love and take care of your animal as if it is my own until their favorite person comes back! I have my own reliable transportation, I can take your dog to a dog park if it is dog friendly, or I have a lot of land at my house. I also could take it to any walking paths. I know how to handle animals of all temperaments, and I am a good communicator and will keep you updated. I would love the opportunity to take care of your animal! I work at a veterinary practice part time on Wednesdays and Fridays and I generally start early in the morning around 7, and it’s a 40 minute drive. My hours can vary but I’m usually done sometime before 4pm. I can do drop by visits on those days early in the morning and after 5pm. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, I can do dog walking, dog sitting, or doggy day care at my house! Anything that generally takes a decent amount of time I can do on those days. On the weekends, I can do house visits for 30 minutes to an hour, but I would like to keep my weekends open as much as possible to spend time with friends and family and go to the barn. I have my own cat as well as 4 other cats, an english bulldog, and a french bulldog owned by my boyfriend’s family that I live with. I generally feed and take care of my cats and the other cats, but I used to pet sit for them and took care of their dogs as well. As far as caring for animals in my own home, I live on 8 acres of land, some of which is a field blocked off by tree line that would be a perfect place to play. I also have a fenced in concrete and grass area for the dogs to use the restroom. I have crates in my house where I can separate dogs if needed. I also know of lots of places to walk dogs, and live by a couple of dog parks. As for care in a clients home, I have lots of experience. I can do litter boxes, feed and water animals, and give enrichment and treats if requested by the owner. I can also let dogs outside on leash, or in a fenced in backyard. I’d rather be safe than sorry, so I avoid taking a dog off leash if they do not have a fenced in or secluded area. I can take them on walks around your neighborhood as well. I am also willing to take care of exotic animals or livestock, as I have plenty of background in that as well.

Dogs were perfect little angels and never showed distress as they were made to feel at home during their stay. Great communcation via messages, videos and pictures. They shared any concerns they observed during the stay and checked in to make sure it was normal behavior and one of our dogs health was okay. They were amazing and accomodating. Their house is clean!! I can't say enough things about them! Will definitely book them again!”
