I have 4 of my own furry friends now (3 cats and a dog), one of which is chronically ill so I have experience with sick pets. I also have valuable experience watching over friends' beloved pets for extended periods at a time. About: I have been a dog guardian for 40 years including two Huskies for 10 years. I spent 25 years in San Francisco where my dogs went to the dog park twice a day. I was also a volunteer at the SPCA in California where I helped care for the dogs waiting to be adopted. Your best friend will get one on one and 100 percent attention from me. I worked for 5 years at a kennel, and my work there ranged from being a part of the doggy daycare in the back to customer service up front. We love to hike, go swimming, go to the dog park and run around together, and we both would enjoy having some extra company along the way! At home, we have tons of cuddles and love to give. We go on walks often and many other adventures. For example, the dog park, hikes, bike rides, runs (etc). About: I am a dedicated petsitter who provides excellent services to your furry friend. I pay attention to detail in their behavior, health, and even the routines. As you choose my services, you can trust that your furry companion will receive the love and attention they deserve and that you'll always be in the loop about their care. I currently have plenty of time to play and take care of your fur baby. I do take same-day visits, however, please note I will not always be available due to my work schedule. Rest assured the fur baby will always be played with and snuggled from time to time. Do let me know if they have a restricted schedule. I normally help with refreshing my clients dogs water bowl at every meal, take them out to use the restroom, and play with them. If there are set guidelines, a printed form of the steps would be highly suggested. In addition, you always will be communicated.
About: Ive been pet sitting since I was 12 years old and have only gained experience and skills since then. Ive been boarding, training, walking, and feeding animals of all sorts for years. I’m a very flexible person. If your baby needs multiple walks, a strict schedule, or just a lot of affection I’m enthusiastic to fill their needs. I have experience with all ages, blind, deaf, and other needs, various breeds, and sizes. I also have experience with emergency medical care and administering medications. My work history also includes handling and caring for multiple dogs at once. In addition to that, I also have experience working with animals that cannot be around other dogs or animals and know how safely care for them. Safety, health, and happiness of the animals is my priority in that order. I can make my own schedule so I have open availability. Evenings, weekends, or holidays. None are a conflict. She asked lots of questions and made sure she knew how Simba was and made sure I was comfortable with what she had planned while Simba was there. She sent pics throughout the day and treated him like her own! Simba will be going back next week for a longer stay as I know he will be happy at Kiersten’s!”

About: I’ve owned cats and dogs over the years. My family raised kittens for years when I was in high-school. I also had a dog of my own for 15 years. I’m always the first to volunteer to care for friends and family members pets when they are out of town or need extra help walking them during the work week. I am currently pet free and miss having furry friends around! I work evenings so I have plenty of time during the day to walk pets and take them on adventures! I’m happy to house sit or keep pets overnight as well, as long as they can be left for 4-6 hours in the evening! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. I have a dog park at my apartment complex, and take lots of daily walks as well. In your home, I make every effort to keep your pet on their normal schedule, including feeding, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and plenty of affection. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so I’ll always treat them like one of my own and keep you updated with photos and messages while you’re away. My 14-year-old son is gentle, respectful of animals, and has grown up around both dogs and cats, but all pet care and responsibility is handled by me.

“Rodriguez is very sweet, kind, patient, and caring. I have a husky mix who is very sassy and dramatic. Rodriguez was very patient with her and understanding. She took her on walks to the park, visited a lake, and played games togethers. Rodriguez takes amazing care of Celeste and updated me daily on their adventures and her meals. She is very experienced with rescue dogs and dogs that have been exposed to abuse. Rodriguez is great at giving Celeste her medications and made sure she took them. Her and her husband are very sweet and helpful. Celeste had a blast with them!! The BEST doggie sitter ever!!”

Nya got lots of play with Lauren’s dog as well which calmed my mind because she played well with other dogs. I got videos and photos all the time which let me be at pease of mind while I did my work event for the weekend. Also, she has a screen door that Nya could look out when I arrived and to see her excitement was just awesome. I will definitely be picking Lauren again in the future. Very simple. Very easy.
