“Ollie is a very scared and timid cat. He’s a rescue and was returned a few times to the shelter before my dad adopted him. He doesn’t come out for anyone else but my dad or if my dad is home. Brittany somehow had him out and playing with her. Idk how but I’m so glad that she did. I cannot express the relief we felt when she messaged us the video of him playing with her! About: I’ve taken care of pets basically my entire life, there wasn’t a time in my life where my family didn’t have a dog or cat. To me animals are just like family! “Absolutely ZERO complaints or issues with Nicole. She watched our cat for a week during a recent vacation. My wife and I are super early risers. Typically waking up around 3am. We got lucky with Nicole, she has a similar schedule and was able to feed our cat early mornings consistent with our daily feedings. Our meet & greet was great as well. We have never used Rover and were really unsure what to expect. Nicole answered questions via messaging before scheduling a meet. A few hours before our scheduled time, Nicole reached out to confirm our appointment. Nicole asked many questions about our cat, home, plants etc. Asked if she should shovel snow, water plants, take garbage to curb etc. Nicole really put my wife and I at ease after talking with her. Nicole gave us great report cards with her daily check-ins. Always received multiple pics of our cat in our home. We are new cat owners and were nervous on what to expect. When we travel in the future, and will not be able to bring our pets with us, we will definitely rebook with Nicole. All said, Nicole is a great reflection of Rover and what they offer pet owners. She cared for our diabetic cat and carefully recorded his medicine doses, as well as ensured she spaced the doses out at the proper time intervals. She cleaned up after them both, let us know of any concerns (such as them throwing up) and sent updates and pictures twice each day. She was very attentive when we did a meet and greet with them and the cats seemed to have really enjoyed her company. I would highly recommend Kay for any future pet care needs!”
About: I just moved back to Ohio and I have had pets my whole life and lost my baby a bit ago. I know how they are family and deserve all the love. My dog was older and had a lot of health issues so I am familiar with different medication that may be needed. I’m currently in grad school for nurse anesthesia and study most days from home. I have a pretty open schedule except Thursday and Friday morning-afternoon but can be available early in the am or that evening. Happy to answer any questions. Anytime except Thursday and Friday 6am-4pm (I have clinical at the VA for grad school) I have online lectures so I can have open availability during the rest of the week and weekends. About: I’ve been around all animals my whole life, My friends and family have always called me an animal whisperer because I’ve never met an animal that didn’t like me. I’m skilled in reading body language and respecting animals so they feel comfortable with me. About: I always bring a treat depending on the pups diet. There will always be plenty of kisses given. I like to help with training. I can have Spot sitting on command after 30 minutes. Playing indoor or outdoors is my favorite thing to do. Especially hide and seek or playing in the pool. I’m good at observing dogs habits to understand what they do and don’t like. I volunteer with a local rescue and have helped with fostering. I am more than happy to help with an special needs and understand that they are all different. About: Since I was 11 years old putting dog walking flyers on my neighbors porches, I have always had a passion for taking care of animals. I still have people contacting me to cat or dog sit for them, and they love to recommend me to their friends. I love animals, and I know how to handle them safely and responsibly. From working with horses to dolphins, I have been around many different animals. I have owned reptiles and guinea pigs as well as dogs and cats, I have been working with and riding horses since 2018, and every summer since around 2020 I have gone to the Florida Keys and learned about training dolphins, I have aged out of that program now. I also volunteered at an animal shelter when I was younger. I am looking for a job to use my skills with animals. I work at a veterinary practice for a large animal veterinarian currently on Wednesdays and Fridays. I am looking for another job that I can work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. I can also do weekends if you are looking for someone who will stop by and take care of your animal for 30 minutes to an hour, but I like to have time on my weekends to spend with my loved ones, so the activities that take longer I would like the save for weekdays. I promise to love and take care of your animal as if it is my own until their favorite person comes back! I have my own reliable transportation, I can take your dog to a dog park if it is dog friendly, or I have a lot of land at my house. I also could take it to any walking paths. I know how to handle animals of all temperaments, and I am a good communicator and will keep you updated. I would love the opportunity to take care of your animal! I work at a veterinary practice part time on Wednesdays and Fridays and I generally start early in the morning around 7, and it’s a 40 minute drive. My hours can vary but I’m usually done sometime before 4pm. I can do drop by visits on those days early in the morning and after 5pm. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, I can do dog walking, dog sitting, or doggy day care at my house! Anything that generally takes a decent amount of time I can do on those days. On the weekends, I can do house visits for 30 minutes to an hour, but I would like to keep my weekends open as much as possible to spend time with friends and family and go to the barn. I have my own cat as well as 4 other cats, an english bulldog, and a french bulldog owned by my boyfriend’s family that I live with. I generally feed and take care of my cats and the other cats, but I used to pet sit for them and took care of their dogs as well. As far as caring for animals in my own home, I live on 8 acres of land, some of which is a field blocked off by tree line that would be a perfect place to play. I also have a fenced in concrete and grass area for the dogs to use the restroom. I have crates in my house where I can separate dogs if needed. I also know of lots of places to walk dogs, and live by a couple of dog parks. As for care in a clients home, I have lots of experience. I can do litter boxes, feed and water animals, and give enrichment and treats if requested by the owner. I can also let dogs outside on leash, or in a fenced in backyard. I’d rather be safe than sorry, so I avoid taking a dog off leash if they do not have a fenced in or secluded area. I can take them on walks around your neighborhood as well. I am also willing to take care of exotic animals or livestock, as I have plenty of background in that as well.

If your dog is a senior or a puppy, then their play schedule will be adjusted according to their activity level. I will keep your dog on a leash while playing in our back yard, since the entire five acres is not fenced, unless you specifically tell me that it's okay to take them off the leash to play ball. About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs since I was a child, and they have always been a very special part of my life. Back home in Thailand, I have four dogs who are truly part of my family. I cared for them from when they were little puppies through their senior years before I moved to the U.S. to study.🫶🏻 . I usually start my day around 7:30 AM, and one of the first things I’ll do is take your pup outside for a morning walk. On Mondays and Wednesdays, I have class for about three hours from 9am -12pm. After class, I’m available until around 4:00 PM, when I leave for my part-time job and get home around 8pm. On Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, I go to work from 11-2pm & 4:30-8pm. I do get a break from 2:30-4, so I’ll be able to come let your pup out for a potty break on those days & I’ll also be able to walk and play if weather permits. I’m off on Saturday & sundays 🏡 My Home & Safety I have a spacious home with a large, fully fenced yard, giving your pup plenty of room to play, explore, and enjoy time outside safely. My neighborhood is peaceful and dog-friendly, with many families, children, and dogs around, making it a great environment for walks and outdoor time. Your dog’s safety and comfort are very important to me.
