If your dog is selective, reactive, or has shown aggression toward other animals, my home may not be the best fit. For your dog’s stay, please bring their food, vaccination records, and any medications they may need along with clear instructions. If your dog requires a crate for sleeping or when left alone, please bring one, as I do not currently provide crates. You’re welcome to bring a favorite bed or blanket to help your dog feel more at home, although I have plenty of beds and blankets available. You do not need to bring bowls unless your dog uses a slow feeder or a special bowl. I recommend leaving favorite toys or valuable items at home. Dogs love to play, and toys can sometimes get worn out or misplaced. Don’t worry though—I have plenty of toys and enrichment activities to keep everyone entertained! My goal is to make your dog’s stay as safe, comfortable, and fun as possible while giving you peace of mind when you’re away. I work from home, which allows me to provide flexible scheduling, frequent potty breaks, regular supervision, and plenty of attention throughout the day. About: There has never been a time in my life without a cat in the house. I grew up in a rural area where people would dump kittens so we always had cats we took in, and once had to bottle feed a little of 7. We still have one of the cats from that litter she is turning 11! About: I have taken care of a dog in some capacity my entire life. I have experience with dogs of all ages, especially senior pups. My 17.5 year old shih tzu mix, Daisy, that I had since she was 8 weeks old, passed away in June. She required round the clock care in her last year. I am comfortable administering medicine and tending to any special needs your pet may need. I have a 6 year old Boston Terrier, Rambo, and a 6 month old Shih Tzu mix, Penny. Unfortunately, I am currently unemployed, but that’s good news for you. It leaves my schedule wide open and very flexible to make any time work for a drop in visit, walk or play date. You can rest assured that when your pup is in my care they will be loved and spoiled like my own. *please note that with the cost of gas, my rate may need to be adjusted based on distance and the number of visits needed. I am currently unemployed, so my schedule is flexible to meet your needs. I am able to schedule multiple visits a day or stay longer than 30 minutes. While at the client’s house, I follow the pet’s routine. I always schedule a meet and greet before any booking to learn the pet’s personality and schedule.

About: I've had dogs growing up, five of them being German shepherds and the other four being a lab and two mutts and a dachshund, and we've had tons of cats. We currently have two German shepherds and I walk them a ton and I spend a lot of time taking care of them, and then we have a dachshund who I just rescued from the place I work at. The place I worked at does dog boarding/daycare/training. I was a kennel tech so I just took care of all the boarding and daycare doggies. And on the weekends I also took care of all the training dogs when/if the trainers were away. I worked there for over year and loved it, only leaving because I started college and moved away. I have had to deal with so many different dogs and their personalities and I've definitely learned to have a ton of patience with the job. I have been working in general since I was 14. I started at some neighbouring farms, doing farm work so I could ride their horses and earn some money. I then did a couple restaurant jobs and then found the place I currently work at. I have done dog sitting and cat sitting before many times, sometimes for family or friends of family who I don't know but I am happy to help out. The most I have dealt with at one time was seven dogs in total. I have watched people's dogs get trained while at work and I have been trained to use an e-collar and a prong collar so I am able to use those correctly! I really loves my job, it means a lot to me I get to be in that environment and I'm depended on to keep them all safe and happy. And I am a second year student at Muskingum University, I am majoring in Animal Studies in hopes of having an animal conservation related job. I'm a college student and normally drop in between classes and have the rest of the day to tend to pet's. About: I have been a dog owner for all 30 years of my life and love dogs! I have owned all breeds and sizes of dogs but currently have a Cavachon, Australian Shepard Mix and a Heeler Mix. My dogs are very active so we take multiple walks a day and play lots of fetch. I will make sure your dog will have lots of excercise and play time while they are with me! Your pup will feel like they are part of the family when they come to stay with us. I strive to provide the best experience and atmosphere your pup can have. If this sounds like something your pup would love then I can’t wait to meet them! I currently am a stay at home mom so my schedule is pretty flexible. Your pup will not go more than 2 hours without a potty break. I have a small fenced area around part of the outdoor yard but do not leave any pups unattended in there since it’s only knee high. If your pup is a runner I will ensure to keep them on a leash at all times outside and walk them for their potty breaks! While at my place your pup will feel like they’re at home and have the run of the house. They are only crated if you request them to be for any reason.

About: I have had almost every type of animal there is from hamsters to horses! I am currently in college to become a vet tech. I have been walking dogs as a side job but I’m working to build a bigger clientele. Currently in college and I have morning classes from 8:30-11:30 Monday through Thursday. I already walk dogs once a week but I am hoping to get more work as I’m working to make this my main job. I baby my pets a lot they are very spoiled and I will treat yours the same! About: All K9 Solutions is fully insured and licensed here in Akron OH. I've been training dogs for 6 years and professionally for 4 years. After I worked for reputable training companies, one here in Akron area as the head trainer, I decided to open my own company called All K9 Solutions. I grew up with dogs, and have experience with cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, horses, chickens, and ducks as I used to manage a farm as well. I personally network all over the US with other dog trainers. One of my recent travels has been to Kansas to help host a working dog workshop with a few small departments. I have two Belgian malinois who I strive for their needs to be met daily. From mental stimulation to physical stimulation while giving them a “job”. My youngest is 3 years old and does many sports (PSA, AKC sports, and has been dabbling in odor work), and my oldest is 10, he’s a retired military explosives K9 who served on the boarder of Jordan up until 7 years old. Both the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet. All of my dogs have off leash obedience training that is kept up with. I have a background in dog training, boarding, and daycare; from puppies all the way to seniors. I strive for knowledge with dogs as there’s always new information to learn and dogs aren’t cookie cutter. I’m also an STSK9 MVP student for advanced obedience. I’m very passionate about teaching others about dogs from genetics and breeds to how their psychology works. My business hours run from 7am-10pm. My availability is open from the afternoon to night time, this way all morning routines are completed, walks, potty breaks, feeding, training sessions etc. All dogs are boarded in a home environment instead of a facility. This way your dogs aren’t as stressed being away from you, and they can comfortably enjoy their vacation too. All dogs are kenneled to ensure safety (not investing anything they shouldn’t, no free roam 24/7 with other client’s dogs you don’t know, and they have their own space to decompress). Since the yard isn't fenced in, all dogs must be leashed with a properly fitted collar with a longline when going outside, a harness, or a slip lead. However, a good peaceful walk with all the smells is always more mental and physical stimulation for the dogs than a fenced in area with limited access. Reactive dogs and fearful dogs are welcome as I have years of experience with them, and training them to grow confidence and obedience. I also have experience with special need's animals. Loud dogs are welcome too. If your dog(s) show healthy body language and do well with other dogs, my two malinois are gentle beings and always love a play mate. Minka especially, she follows the other dog's pace and reads their body language. I do ask that you leave your vet information with me and emergency vet information as well for an emergency contact if ever need be. Better safe than sorry. I also do ask for a second choice of contact incase the primary owner is unable to be reached. All dogs must be up to date on vaccines and bordetella for boarding and daycare. Safety precautions are always taken. For the well being of the dogs and myself. Please note that I do require all important behaviors are made aware of by the owners before hand and I will notify owners upon any concern of sickness or bite risks. I send updates each day as well or will add photos to your rover card.
