He sent so many photos and made sure that we knew that were well cared for during their first stay with him. There was no doubt. About: As a teacher and animal lover, I have a niche for caring for kids and animals. I love dogs and can provide the love and attention they need thanks to my own dog and taking care of the pets of friends and family. I’m currently a full-time teacher, so I can only offer 24 hour boarding on the weekends and holidays. I am, however, available to do stop ins or walking after 5pm on weekdays. 🐶Due to an influx in last minute stay requests, acceptance of a last minute request without a required Meet and Greet will result in being charged DOUBLE for the service! (Last minute, 1st time bookings put both myself and my dog at risk—if the guest is not a good fit!)🐶 My home offers an unfenced backyard for your dog(s) to run and play, but if your dog(s) is not trained, they will have to stay on leash. With this in mind, I frequent the dog park at Huron Park and take frequent walks to maintain exercise and help to release pent up energy. I also have a small, 12 pound Poochon to keep your dog(s) company. Animals in my care have free range and will not be crated unless necessary due to behavior or if it is an established routine (for bedtime, etc).

About: I’ve had cats and dogs all my life, and currently only have cats but would love some dogs in my life, even just to walk or board :) I walked many dogs and developed close relationships with them at the Licking County Humane Society for four years, and currently dogsit, walk, and take care of my friends’ dogs. About: For three years I walked two leash pulling cocker spaniels. I turned to watching Cesar Milan for tips, soon I had the dogs walking next to me with the leash loose in my hand. Their owner knew when I’d come to walk them, because they would be barking then quit, due to my entrance with no eye contact. As Cesar says dogs sense with their nose, eyes and ears consecutively. The owner made a comment once “oh, Ruthie must be here”. I’m currently working full time. I would be available after 4 pm Monday - Friday. I travel out of town every other weekend for family. It would work better if I could come to your place. I live in a small condo. That way your pet is kept in it’s familiar surroundings.

About: I've had a full house of "fur kids" for over 15 years. With the same cat that started my pack, Eko Donald, Annie Rose, whom I've had for 5+ years, with two of her babies, Garfied & Binx, the past 3 years. In additional to my feline pack, current Pooches include, Herbie Don, Athena Marie, Piddle & Frank Barone. Yes! I currently have 4 dogs and 4 cats! Herbie, my "vicious" Pitbull Terrier, came as an abandoned 1 year old, now 7, through the "Lorain County Dog Kennel". Athena, my Senior Farm girl, came 2 summers ago, knocking at deaths door, from a divorce case gone bad for the "fur kids" in a state, KY, that does not protect their furies. So bringing her to the great state of Ohio, protected under Goddards Law, was a no brainer. Piddle, my 4 yr old Shorkie, whose legal name is Thor, was a token of appreciation from one of my School Bus. kiddos. Frank Barone, a 2 yr old Spaniel mix of some sort, the "baby" of the pack, came through the APL, from a hoarding case gone terrible. My "fur kids" are truly the "kids", I was not able to have beyond the only 1 I was blessed with who is now an adult. As a Substitute Teacher, my schedule is very flexible and open to just about anything; especially, during those high in demand, and popular vacation times! Yup! Im an introverted, homebody, who doesn't go too far, often enough. I'm open to individual requests per family, as I've learned, just as humans, fur kids are no exception, in the fact that no two pets, or pet families are the same.

About: Our Goldendoodle pup Laska has helped fill the void of recent loss in our lives. She fills our heart with joy and is the talk and walk of the neighborhood! About: I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life. I absolutely love animals and my close friends call me “Brigitte Bardot” for an obvious reason. Plus your pets will become bilingual as I’ll speak French with them! I’m retired but still want to remain active. Caring for other people’s pets seem like a good way for me to do this. I am an honest person with no criminal record. I’ve never even been stopped by a police man driving. I am offering watching your pets in your home. Their surroundings are important to reduce stress. About: A little about me! I have been dog sitting for over four years and truly enjoy caring for animals. My professional background includes working with children through the Boys & Girls Club of America in both after-school and summer programs, as well as working in senior assisted living communities, where I currently work full-time. “Ralph was amazing, he accommodated our girls and treated them as if they were his own. He ensured that they were the only clients he had during their stay to make sure they were comfortable. He sent so many photos and made sure that we knew that were well cared for during their first stay with him. There was no doubt. Our large breed is shy and after our first meet and greet, she warmed up to Ralph so easily and she does that with no one. He has a way with animals that makes them feel so comfortable.
