“Kayla was awesome! My dogs are very “needy” (lol) and require a lot of time and attention. I needed a day where I could just solely focus on work and getting things done. Also, they hadn’t had a bath or groomed in awhile and their fur was starting to get matted so thought I’d get that done also. I messaged Kayla asking if she was available that week to watch them/bath & brush them. She offered to take them immediately that day! She was very nice when I met her and made me feel comfortable. She took so much care and time with grooming them while also making sure they were comfortable to make sure that she got all the matts out that she actually kept them until 9pm with no extra charge. She also kept me updated every step of the way. My boys came home so soft and clean and I could also tell she tired them out because they both came home and went straight to sleep. About: Hi! I’m Cassie, a senior in college and a huge animal lover! I spent this past summer living in Charleston, South Carolina, where I cared for multiple dogs through Rover. I absolutely loved the experience and getting to know each dog’s different personality, routine, and needs, so now that I’m back at school, I’m excited to continue pet sitting through Rover in Oxford! I live in a house with other roommates and my roommate and best friend Maggie will be helping out with caring for your furry friends, but I do have my own private apartment-style unit attached to the house with a separate entrance, giving me a comfortable and more private space. My class schedule is also very flexible, so I have plenty of availability throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, playtime, overnight stays, and lots of attention throughout the day. I know how important it is to feel completely comfortable with the person caring for your pet. I always make sure to follow each pet’s normal routine, give them plenty of love and attention, and keep owners updated with pictures and messages while they’re away. I truly loved the dogs I got to care for this summer and would love the chance to meet and care for yours! 🐾 I’m currently a college student with a very flexible class schedule, which gives me plenty of availability throughout the week and on weekends. I’m able to spend lots of time with the pets I watch and can easily work walks, potty breaks, playtime, and feeding into my daily routine. I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and at home while they’re in my care. I follow all care instructions closely and do my best to keep each pet’s normal routine consistent. I live in my own private apartment-style unit attached to a house, so pets can have a comfortable and calm space with me. About: I have had so many different types of animals growing up ranging but not limited to as big as dogs to as little as frogs haha! I have also worked in the pet care industry so I can administer medication if needed. i’m usually pretty available, on the weekends. But I’m willing to work weekdays into my schedule it all depends on the timing for full transparency. I always make sure the dogs have the love and attention they would get from their parents. I always talk to the parents to get a good feel about the type of energy their dog enjoys. Individual care will depends on the dog (or cat) itself.

About: I have always cared for my friends animals when they are traveling and I also have had my cat Nola for 5 years. I’m also familiar with animals having anxiety and how to care for them by creating a routine that’s safe and fun. I have an open schedule currently so I’m open to flexibility during the day and some afternoons. I’m on break from my Masters program so my time is pretty open. I would make sure that any special needs your sweet baby needs is taken care of with extreme amount of love and care. I understand how important it is to be gentle especially when meeting new pets who might have anxiety.
About: Things to know about me: 1. I’ve been dog-obsessed since before the age of 5. I’m now 40(ish), and still have to control my natural and immediate impulse to pet every dog I see. And cats…and goats. Mostly dogs. 2. I have extensive experience with dogs of all kinds. I spent years volunteering at the SPCA. I’ve fostered, dog-sat, socialized and walked all kinds of dogs - large to small, long to short, elderly to puppies. I’ve been bitten more times than I care to admit, and I’ve still NEVER met a dog I don’t like. 3. They belong indoors, in the bed, and on the furniture. They deserve the cheese tax and also the chicken tax. There’s no such thing as a bad dog. I said what I said. In short, if you’re in or around the Dayton area and you need a walker or a day-sitter, I’ll be happy to. And I’ll love your dog like they’re my own while I’m with them. I’m currently available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. throughout the day.
