“Kimberly and her family were so good to our little Molly that I was worried she wouldn’t want to come home. It was a true blessing finding Kimberly on Rover. I hope she has room for her the next time I need a dog border. Thank you so very much Kimberly.”

“Can’t say enough good things about the service level. I rebooked with Angie the day I picked my dog up. If you select her and by extension her family you will not be disappointed.”

“We were very comfortable leaving Ursa with Rebecca and her pack! Ursa seemed to enjoy her visit and was well taken care of. We definitely recommend Rebecca and plan to be repeat customers!”

“Stacey and her family took great care of our pups. She sent photos and gave regular updates of how they were doing. Both dogs were happy and comfortable in their home.”

“The dogs both loved the environment in the home and seemed comfortable and content. There were enough people present to give them the attention and care they needed. She sent frequent updates with pictures of the way they were behaving. Overall very pleased with how they did.”
“Rosemarie and her husband were very flexible and accommodating to help care for our pup, Rookie! Our family received plenty of updates and pictures. We are so excited to have someone we trust to care for our pup. She is the best of the best! ❤️”

“I was impressed with Sasha from the very beginning. She started off our interaction by inviting me over a few days before Fort's scheduled stay to get him acquainted with her home, family, and her dog, Barack (who is delightful). I really appreciated her taking the time to introduce our dogs slowly and properly, and we talked at length about Fort's care, temperament, and behavior. After we addressed each other's questions and concerns, we were confident that Fort would fit in well with her family, and we solidified our plans for her to watch him while I was gone on vacation. Throughout the week, Sasha sent me lots of photos and updates on Fort to show me what a great time they were having. He got to go on lots of adventures, long walks, trips to the park, play fetch, have playtime with Barack, and even got to sleep on her bed! Knowing he was having a blast helped put me at ease and enjoy my trip. When my flight home got rescheduled, she was very accommodating and was able to watch Fort for an extra day, offering to pick up some more food for him or share Barack's since I didn't pack enough. She even offered to give him a free bath before I returned. Sasha said she and her family enjoyed Fort's company, and I am thrilled by the care and attention she gave Fort during his stay. For all of my future trips, she will absolutely be my first choice sitter. If my travel plans work out, he will be seeing her again this summer!”

“This is the second time that my two little dogs have boarded with Laura and her family. They did a great job again taking care of our fur babies! I appreciate how careful and conscientious she is about checking in on the dogs preferences and sending lots of pictures. We will definitely book with her again!”

About: My property has 1-acre of fenced space where your pup can run around until their heart’s content. If you have a senior pup, a young puppy, or a dog with complex medical needs, you have found the right home. Having loved and cared for my own Akitas through major health challenges—including blindness—I am completely comfortable managing complex medication schedules, topical treatments, oral meds, and injections. As an experienced dog and puppy foster (who even once fostered a litter of nine puppies!), I understand canine body language and know how to support anxious or transitioning pets. Rest assured, your pup will be cared for and welcomed with open arms no matter their situation. Pet care is my full-time job right now. I am generally away from the home for no more than a couple of hours, and if I do need to be away for longer, I will ensure you are aware in advance. I have a fenced backyard and three dogs of my own who will keep your pup company. My own dogs are a senior male, fully blind American Akita, an adult female pug mix, and a male puppy pug mix (the adult female’s puppy). I ensure all dogs are kept separate during mealtime and, as needed, during playtime where dog toys may be involved. I have crates and playpens, extra dog dishes, and plenty of indoor and outdoor toys for your pup to use as much or as little as they want. My own dogs love to cuddle and sleep on the couch and bed, and your pup is welcome to as well, as long as it’s okay with you. I’m happy to provide updates throughout your pup’s stay based on a frequency you’d prefer to ensure you feel comfortable with their time in my care.

About: Hi I’m Zoë! I love all animals, big and small and have been around them my whole life. >I have owned many different types of animals: dogs, cats, fish, a ferret, guinea pigs, a hedgehog, ect... >I have experience with a spectrum of ages, sizes, and breeds of dogs. I am good with puppies in training, as well as senior dogs who need accommodations. >Right now I have a dog (Bailey, 3), a farm cat, a fish, and also a flock of ducks. >I also offer yard clean up services and homemade dogfood! >I have been working for Rover since 2023 after I graduated from OSU >I moved to Fairfield County in 2024 I currently work part time at a greenhouse and run my own business. Most of my days are very flexible and I am open to new short and long term clients! On Visits: I’m down stop in and visit your dog, or take them out on a walk in the yard or neighborhood. Feeding, playing, walking, trick training, giving medicine, and having hang time are all in my comfort zone. I can follow specific directions and trust my gut instincts. I love all dogs, big and small. They all have different personalities and I like to take my time to learn a dog and their preferences and tendencies. I always bring a treat with me on meet and greets if allowed, and I understand dog behavior enough to interpret their mood. For Dog Boarding: At my house, we have baby gates to separate the floors of the house, the cat stays upstairs most of the time. I like to have dogs meet on leashes or through a gate, I never leave unfamiliar dogs alone together, and my house is very dog friendly, with hardwood and linoleum and not much floor clutter. Outside, my dog is off leash trained (I know I am spoiled), but all other dogs I keep on a leash if we are outside or on an 100ft rope when we take walks through the field.

About: Hello, I grew up with a houseful of pets and now I am an owner to 3 small dogs and 3 kitties. As a mom to four daughters and six pets, I understand the stress of trying to plan a vacation away from home. I have dealt with my share of good and bad Pet Sitters over the last few years. I am 41 years old and have strong moral values and am very compassionate/ empathetic to all people and I feel that it is important to say about my character in these wild, uncertain modern times. I do have a full-time job that is 100% remote and very flexible in my daily schedule. I would like to meet new local families and help provide reliable, trustworthy care for your beloved pets! I have a fully remote, flexible schedule. My kids do not play any sports so I don’t have extra curricular activities to attend regularly. I’m hoping to find people in my area or surrounding neighborhoods. I am not ready to board in my home since it is a full house here with four kids, three dogs and 3 cats but I have the freedom and ability to come to your home, let your pets outside, feed them, give medicine, take a walk and give lots of pets and belly rubs.

“Highly recommend! Great care and affordable. I received pictures and video of my dog during her stay. It was like having her stay with family. Already planning to bring my dog back for our next trip. Thanks Richelle!”

About: I've had the joy of owning and caring for cats on and off for over 20 years. Taking care of them has always come from the heart—this isn’t just a job to me, it’s a passion. My own fur babies—Oreo, Garf, Lou, and Peppa—are living their best lives because I believe in giving cats the love, attention, and comfort they deserve. About: I have been a dog lover my entire life. I am known as the dog whisperer. It' is rumored amongst pets of the existence of a dog petter who has the most loving energy. Many dogs only believe it to be legend. It is a real live person. It is me the dog whisperer. I have experience walking, administering meds through mouth and providing exercise and treats. There is no pet to big or small. I love them all. I have a rather flexible schedule due to working online. Only times I am not available when traveling for business as host for a travel group. I care for pets to the instructions of the pet owner. I know most dogs that are properly cared for require a lot of attention and prefer to be in the company of someone. I enjoy the company and love to give quality time to dogs. Such as playing fetch tug a war or long walks.

About: I have 2 cats of my own, one of which has an imbalanced pH. He takes daily medication to keep that under control and a special diet. I have experience in administering vaccines and oral medication. I scoop litter boxes daily and take great pride in the care I can provide.

About: Hi! My name is Amber. I am a teacher-turned-author looking to serve your every doggy need. Growing up, I thought I wanted to be a Vet. I spent every Saturday volunteering at the Ross Country Humane Society from ages 10-18 and was part of the Humane Society of the United States Advisory Board. I have spent thousands of hours with animals in shelters/rescues. After much prayer and consideration, God led me to writing instead of Veterinary work. I have experience in pet and house sitting, boarding, and walking. I love pets of all ages, breeds, and sizes, but have a particular soft spot for goldendoodles. As an author, I love showing love to animals and find it to be an excellent and comforting mind-break. Since getting married, I currently offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and house/pet sitting in Chillicothe, Ohio. I do have one pet- Oso, a standard goldendoodle. I have worked with large and small pets and enjoy spending time with them. From pen to paws, I love serving your dogs through walking, feeding, bathroom breaks, running, and playing. I'm your sitter with a smile and an author who lives to serve! :) I am a full-time teacher-turned-author so I work from home. Pet care fits pretty easily into my routine as I make my schedule. I offer complimentary photos and videos, check-in texts and messages, lots of love, walks, exercise, treats, and fun! Every pet has a stay like they are one of my pets.
“If we could give Rose and her husband 1000/10 stars we would! We are very picky with where we board our dogs and they fully exceeded our expectations! They totally saved us last minute when our plans changed unexpectedly. Our dogs had so much fun and have been asleep since we picked them up a few hours ago. We definitely recommend them and will be using them for all of our boarding needs the next time we’re in town!”

About: I have experience in home health care for the elderly, often providing support that extends to their pets as well. My experience with pets have been primarily dog walking for clients, feeding, pet/home maintenance I’m currently making myself entirely open to this experience into pet care as to making this my career. I enjoy being connected more with present life, and I feel as taking care of animals would set me on that track. I offered care to pets by fulfilling their needs, wants, and offering companionship. I also intend on extending care to making the environment more hygienic for the pet.
“After 2 walks with Mallory, I'm pleased. Jimmy knew what she was here for the second walk. He's tired after, which is what I wanted. I added a pic of him sleeping tonight (1 1/2hrs) after his walk. His eyes are rolled back in his head, and snoring. Mallory is very kind and obviously loves animals. I'm so grateful to have found a great match. Excited to see Jimmy be more active.”

About: Hi! I’ve been caring for dogs, cats, and other animals since I was about 15 years old. I’ve always had a genuine love for animals and enjoy making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I also have experience working as a beginner-level dog groomer, which gave me even more hands-on experience with dogs and their individual needs. I eventually left grooming to pursue my career as a CNA, but my love for animals has never gone away. I’m patient, responsible, and caring, and I would love the opportunity to treat your pets like they’re my own! My schedule is very flexible, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care\. I understand that every owner has different schedules and needs, and I’m willing to work around those schedules whenever possible\. My flexibility makes me a great fit because I can provide consistent, dependable care without rushing or leaving pets alone for long periods of time\. I’m happy to give each animal the attention, love, exercise, and care they deserve while their owners are away\. want every pet and pet owner to feel comfortable and confident when choosing me for their pet’s care. I provide a calm, clean, and welcoming environment where pets can feel safe, relaxed, and cared for. I understand how important it is to trust someone with a beloved pet, so I treat every animal with patience, attention, and the same love and care I would want for my own.
“This was my first time using Rover (and the first time having anyone outside of family care for my puppy), and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I have a young Doberman with a lot of energy, and Arya was patient, calm, and firm in just the right way—which is exactly what she needs. He took her on a nice long walk, and I really appreciated the videos he sent along the way. They gave me peace of mind and made the whole process so much less stressful. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable and confident with energetic dogs!”

Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me time and time again to care for their pets like they’re my own. I’m confident, calm, and genuinely passionate about animals of every shape and size. Pet care fits naturally into my schedule. I work a part-time job and also run my own pet care services, working closely with VIP clients and even a few politicians. I’m used to managing a flexible, yet reliable schedule that allows me to prioritize each pet’s needs with care and attention. Whether it's daily check-ins, walks, or extended stays, I make sure every animal I care for feels safe, loved, and well looked after. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or my client’s home, I prioritize comfort, safety, and consistency. I treat every pet like family, following their routines closely—whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, medications, or playtime. Since I work with high-profile clients, I understand the importance of trust, privacy, and professionalism. I keep spaces clean, calm, and pet-friendly, and I always ensure pets feel secure and loved while their owners are away.

“The dogs both loved the environment in the home and seemed comfortable and content. There were enough people present to give them the attention and care they needed. She sent frequent updates with pictures of the way they were behaving. Overall very pleased with how they did.”
