“Very caring and kind people. I had my boy, Little Buddy, do an overnight stay as a test run for when I go on vacation in a few months. I've never "boarded" my dog before. When I Google searched, most of the places showed pictures that seemed so sterile, concrete and linoleum, with so many dogs milling around I was afraid Buddy would be intimidated, overwhelmed, scared, and well, unhappy. About: Over my lifetime I've had the pleasure of raising four cats. The cat I have now is possibly the wildest out of the bunch, even at the age of 6. I have never seen a cat maintain this degree of energy into adulthood. He loves to play and cuddle, and will get up to all kinds of mischief when bored. Recently, I've taught him to sit, jump, and offer his paw on command via clicker training which has been very entertaining for both him and I. About: I currently have 2 kitties at home, one senior cat (13+ years) and a 3 month old kitten! I volunteer at the Humane Society of Greater Dayton and foster bottle babies and kittens with them as well. I am currently a full time grad student, so I have a flexible schedule for any cat care needs.

“I was coming to a Dayton Ohio for work and I was bringing my mini golden doodle pup along. I needed someone trustworthy to watch my baby boy, Arlo. I came across Katherine’s profile and immediately had that instinct that she was the one 😊 she was accommodating to my over protective mommy needs and agreed to hop on a zoom call with me beforehand. She was warm, nice and kind. It also helped she has 3 adorable little fur baby girls too. For the 4 days I was here for work she would take care of Arlo for me all day. About: My wife and I have been taking care of our dog and foster dogs for the past 6 years. We've taken care of dogs ranging in size of French bulldogs to Siberian huskies. We have experience with high maintenance dogs and giving medications as well. My wife and I currently work from home and have plenty of time to play and take care of your pups. During the week boarding availability is best in the evening after 5 but accommodations can be made if needed. Weekends are 100% free and open. I went to do an introductory meet and greet. Her house was immaculate, very clean and organized. Again this was just a meet and greet, she also made a thumb drive with a tag that had clutch’s name. About: I’ve loved and cared for animals since I was a child. We have chickens/ducks, cats and dogs currently but have also had rabbits if you’re looking for someone with experience outside the norm. I can administer oral medications if necessary. I currently homeschool my two children so we’re home most of the day and evenings so adding in a pet is no problem at all. I have a fully fenced back yard and two dogs to keep yours company. I also have an extra large crate if requested to make your dog feel more comfortable.
About: I've had dogs ever since I was 10, but my experience with them goes far beyond that. When I was a little kid, before I ever had a dog, I would go to this read with a dog program called "Paws to Read." I would spend countless hours reading to the dogs and befriending them, along with a cat or two here and there. When I was 10, I got my first dog, a husky, and gave him a wonderful life. He had quite a few medical issues and behaved older for his age because of it, so I know how to provide senior pet care. He has since passed, but my two current dogs, one pitbull and one pitsky, remind me every day how important pets are to me. I've had them both for eight years now, during which we've taken numerous car rides, walks, enjoyed outside and inside playtime, movie nights, and anything a dog could dream of. Now, while I've never had a cat because of the majority of my family being allergic, I never turn away from a cat. I'm a regular at the Gem City Catfe, where I play with the cats often and have gone so often that they are comfortable with me. I keep cat and dog treats on me in case I come across a stray, because all cats and dogs deserve to feel some love. I've also dog-sat and house-sat for a few friends before, so I know how to handle situations like pets not getting along, bathroom accidents, and being a bit of a picky eater. Currently, I am a full time student and work full time at UDRI (UD's Research Institute) from 8:30am - 3:30am. During the summer I won't be taking any in person classes, just two online. But when I return to UD for my final year, I will be taking classes again and may be slightly more limited. When it comes to my pets and caring for clients pets, the comfort of the pet is most important to me. Personally, my two dogs don't get along with each other very well, so they typically have to be separated. Even so, I always make sure to treat them both equally and give them lots of love! If I take one for a car ride and ice cream, I bring ice cream back for the other and take the other for a car ride later that week. If my client has dogs similar to mine, who need to be separated, I would be sure to treat them equally and split my time with them according to my client's requests. Given single-pet households, I'd spend a lot of my time with them! In my downtime, I'd make sure to sit with them while I work on coursework. I'd be sure to take them on walks and go for potty breaks. And of course I'd make sure we get a lot of play time in and lots of love!

About: I have been taking care of animals my entire life, I have experience with cats, bunnies, dogs, ducks, chickens, and snakes! About: I have been pet sitting since I was 10 years old! I absolutely love animals, especially dogs and have grown up in a dog household (my family currently has three dogs of our own-a lab/aussie mutt, a mini-aussie, and a doodle). Additionally I always make sure to give my dog specifically but also the other two dogs my family owns, plenty of exercise and enrichment through walks and playtime. I also make it a point to brush my dog every day since her hair frequently knots otherwise. All these habits are reflected in my care for my client's pets, if not magnified by my sense of duty to ensure the safety and well-being of the pet I have been entrusted to care for.

About: I have had animals since as far back as I can remember. When I was a kid I wanted to be a vet I love all animals, I own a standard poodle myself. I have over 30 years of experience can work with training, leash pulling, etc as well I currently work as a spark driver an I have a small baking at home business I am working on making successful. I have plenty of time to make sure your fur babies are well taken care of. I have years of experience caring for an array of animals from dogs and cats, to reptiles small mammals, and fish. My animals are spoiled my poodle is known as the princess. I think animals should be respected an cherished we don’t understand the amount of love an help they bring us.
