“Jennifer is the best! She looked after my 2 cats while I was away on a trip across the country. Neither had ever been without me before and one requires medication and can be a bit stubborn, so I wasnt positive how it would go, but Jennifer went above and beyond in doing everything possible to make sure they were beyond well cared for. She kept me informed on their well being and solicited feedback on administering meds when one got finicky. She sent lots of photos and the pictures with updates gave me so much peace of mind. She stayed with Luna, sent me photos and updates, and even cleaned out a very unpleasant litter box that I truly didn’t expect anyone to deal with. That alone meant so much. “I was coming to a Dayton Ohio for work and I was bringing my mini golden doodle pup along. I needed someone trustworthy to watch my baby boy, Arlo. I came across Katherine’s profile and immediately had that instinct that she was the one 😊 she was accommodating to my over protective mommy needs and agreed to hop on a zoom call with me beforehand. She was warm, nice and kind. It also helped she has 3 adorable little fur baby girls too. For the 4 days I was here for work she would take care of Arlo for me all day. I work from home full time, so I am able to have a very flexible schedule. If you need your animal cared for in my home, I am able to provide that service. I get off of work in the early evening, which gives me plenty of time to do drop in visits after work. My yard is fenced in, which is great for your doggie kiddos. I also do not let my cats outdoors, so any cat staying with me will be safe in the home. I have a dedicated room in our home where I house all of my rover guests away from our pets. Small dogs are okay to be boarded in my home, as well as any cats as long as they are litter box trained.

I went to do an introductory meet and greet. Her house was immaculate, very clean and organized. Hatsuki had printed (let me say it again, she printed a sheet!) a profile of clutch so she can make notes about his needs. Again this was just a meet and greet, she also made a thumb drive with a tag that had clutch’s name. About: I’ve loved and cared for animals since I was a child. We have chickens/ducks, cats and dogs currently but have also had rabbits if you’re looking for someone with experience outside the norm. I can administer oral medications if necessary. I currently homeschool my two children so we’re home most of the day and evenings so adding in a pet is no problem at all. I have a fully fenced back yard and two dogs to keep yours company. I also have an extra large crate if requested to make your dog feel more comfortable.

About: I've had dogs ever since I was 10, but my experience with them goes far beyond that. When I was a little kid, before I ever had a dog, I would go to this read with a dog program called "Paws to Read." I would spend countless hours reading to the dogs and befriending them, along with a cat or two here and there. When I was 10, I got my first dog, a husky, and gave him a wonderful life. He had quite a few medical issues and behaved older for his age because of it, so I know how to provide senior pet care. He has since passed, but my two current dogs, one pitbull and one pitsky, remind me every day how important pets are to me. I've had them both for eight years now, during which we've taken numerous car rides, walks, enjoyed outside and inside playtime, movie nights, and anything a dog could dream of. Now, while I've never had a cat because of the majority of my family being allergic, I never turn away from a cat. I'm a regular at the Gem City Catfe, where I play with the cats often and have gone so often that they are comfortable with me. I keep cat and dog treats on me in case I come across a stray, because all cats and dogs deserve to feel some love. I've also dog-sat and house-sat for a few friends before, so I know how to handle situations like pets not getting along, bathroom accidents, and being a bit of a picky eater. Currently, I am a full time student and work full time at UDRI (UD's Research Institute) from 8:30am - 3:30am. During the summer I won't be taking any in person classes, just two online. But when I return to UD for my final year, I will be taking classes again and may be slightly more limited. When it comes to my pets and caring for clients pets, the comfort of the pet is most important to me. Personally, my two dogs don't get along with each other very well, so they typically have to be separated. Even so, I always make sure to treat them both equally and give them lots of love! If I take one for a car ride and ice cream, I bring ice cream back for the other and take the other for a car ride later that week. If my client has dogs similar to mine, who need to be separated, I would be sure to treat them equally and split my time with them according to my client's requests. Given single-pet households, I'd spend a lot of my time with them! In my downtime, I'd make sure to sit with them while I work on coursework. I'd be sure to take them on walks and go for potty breaks. And of course I'd make sure we get a lot of play time in and lots of love!
About: Back home my family has 2 dogs, a 13 yr old chihuahua spaniel and a 5 year old pit bull. I have experience with dogs of different ages and breeds as well as house training puppies. I work as an aquatics director at a YMCA so I have the freedom to come and go from work for the most part for doggy potty breaks. I love playing with dogs and will play with dogs for hours. Due to COVID-19 I will be offering virtual meet and greets prior to a stay. I can use Messenger, Zoom or Google Meet. I also offer contactless drop off and pick up if you'd prefer that. I am now also allowing face to face meetings held in my back yard. A well socialized and exercised dog is a happy dog! (Also, please know that my cats are “dog-raised” since birth and they are extremely dog friendly, so please don’t worry about your dog bothering them) Please feel free to contact me with ANY questions you may have! I look forward to meeting you and your pet soon! Your pets will get plenty of playtime and are well rested afterwards. Great care is given to ensure the safety and enjoyment of your furry loved one. My yard is fully fenced and dogs are watched diligently when outside. The above ground pool my pool has a fence that prevents any pup from accessing the water without me present. Dogs are fed separately and there is always fresh water available both inside and outside through automatic waterers. All water play (splash pad or doggie pool) is supervised.

About: I've been a devoted dog parent to my own pup for 3 years, who truly means the world to me. I’ve also volunteered with rescue shelters and animal sanctuaries, helping care for dogs and supporting animals in need. About: I have worked at two credible boarding/animal daycare facilities. I worked at both of these facilities for one year each. I worked with puppies, senior animals, kittens, large animals, and small animals. The first facility I worked at was connected to a vet clinic where I also gained experience. I worked with animals recovering from surgeries and animals with different emotional behaviors. I have been petsitting for 7 years. I am available to work around my class schedule to petsit and have a flexible schedule to watch your pets and care for them like they are my own! I have a six year old dog who I take for a walk 3-4 times a day when I am home from college. I love him so much and he is like my other half! He’s a jack russel with a lot of energy and a huge personality. When I am working with my clients pets, I hangout with them for the majority of the day and treat them like my own!
