About: I have taken care of animals since I was a little girl and that has been many many years ago. I have also worked as an animal tech and research assistant where I maintained animal colonies and worked with large animals. I believe having animals in your life is a blessing. I am retired and I love animals so I thought I would give some love and attention to the animals that need some attention while the owner is away from them. I have a fenced in yard that the dogs can run and play. I am also there with the dogs most if not all of the day.

About: I've had a lot of different breeds around me growing up and, I love every kind! I've helped family and neighbors growing up. I used to help shelter animals as a volunteer because I have big heart for all animals. Im not currently working right now. So I'm picking this up as a weekly job with full open availability, except for Friday,Saturday and Sunday. I hope to have a pawsome time with your puppy! I don't have a fenced in yard but I have enough yard for any dog. I will be able to accept more than one family's dog at a time but, only up to 3 and only if the others pet is pet friendly. They get let out every other hour to two hours. 2-3 meals a day depending on the dogs diet or size. We also go on walks and play a few hours of the day.

Guest dogs are rarely left alone for more than a couple of hours, and if I do need to step out, all dogs are safely crated for everyone's security. Outside breaks are offered every 2–3 hours (or more often if needed), with plenty of opportunities for sniffing, play, and relaxation. Most days include two walks, enrichment activities, and, when weather permits, a longer hike or adventure around the adjoining 150-acre property using secure long lines. Every dog's activity level is adjusted based on their age, fitness, personality, and your preferences. Your dog's safety and comfort always come first. Every new guest is required to complete a meet-and-greet before booking so we can make sure everyone is a good fit. Because my own dogs share the home, I look for guests who are dog-friendly or dog-tolerant. New dogs are introduced gradually, and crate-free time with my dogs only happens after I've assessed everyone's comfort and temperament. Dogs are continuously supervised while together, and I carefully manage interactions to keep the environment calm and positive. My home features approximately half an acre of securely fenced outdoor space, along with access to 150 acres for on-leash adventures. Guest dogs are never off leash outside the fenced yard; long lines are always used when exploring. Dogs are welcome on the furniture unless you prefer otherwise, and I'll happily follow your household routines and care instructions to help your dog feel at home. Please note this is a hobby farm with chickens and sheep on the premise. They will be secured away from the guest dogs.
