About: Labs have been in my life since I was born, but I got my kitten at age 6, so I'll say that's when my real pet care experience began! Animals are such a significant part of my life that I got my bachelor's degree in zoology. I've practiced dairy goat husbandry, studied monkeys in the Surinamese rainforest, and worked as an animal keeper at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. Not only do I understand how to care for animals, but I'm a truly playful and active person. There's nothing better than romping around outside with a pup and wearing one another out! I've dealt with young puppies all the way to old dogs who don't get around well to dogs who don't accept new people right away and dogs who are all up in your face! I love them all! About: I have had dogs all my life. I grew up with a small dog, rescued a dog 12 years ago, and currently have my own dog that I raised from a puppy, Archie. Together, Archie and I have taken numerous training courses, such as: FIT dog, Canine Good Citizen, Therapy Dog, Beginner 1 & 2, Agility, and more. Archie is well trained and I can work on commands with your dog, too, if you'd like. I have been watching dogs of all ages for roughly 12 years. I have experience giving medication. When your dog stays with us (me and Archie)- they will get plenty of exercise and are welcome to go on car rides with us. I work full time during the school year. I live close to work and can stop home if needed. My work day is roughly 8-3:30 Monday-Friday. I do not work weekends and will be available to spend the majority of the weekend with your pup! I can easily crate your dog if needed. I live in a duplex on the ground floor (so minimal stairs). I can close doors as needed to keep the dog in a smaller space. I have a front yard and a small, unfenced backyard, but your dog will be on the leash at all times for safety reasons.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since i was a little girl, they’re an important part of my life. Every dog that visits will receive a bath if requested! Very good with senior pups! I have a very flexible work, as well as my husbands schedule so always there to do potty breaks and just give some love and attention! I have one dog right now, he’s a 6 year old lab. He’s pretty chill, likes to play & would love to have a buddy to play with!
