“I recently booked Kate on Rover.com to watch my dog, Herbie, and she was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, Herbie felt right at home with her. Kate clearly has a natural way with dogs, providing so much love and attention that Herbie didn’t even want to come home with me at the end of his stay! Kate kept me updated with plenty of messages and photos, so I always felt reassured that Herbie was happy, safe, and well cared for. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dedicated”

“Veronica was a so communicative and easy to work! We were a challenging case - five cats, all with different needs and temperaments, some that had to stay separated, one that needed medicine, and a couple who don't drink water if it isn't fresh. We will definitely book her again!”

“Shandra is absolutely amazing. She took the time to come and meet our very shy cat beforehand which led to a great experience for everyone. Would definitely hire her services the next time we take a trip.”

About: I grew up with cats and dogs, and although I don't have any of my own right now, I love taking care of the pets of my friends and family. I work full-time, but have a fairly flexible schedule, allowing me to drop in throughout the day and spend as much time as needed with your pets! I understand how important routine and familiarity are for animals and will follow any instructions you have for the care of your pet. I also understand that this is your home and will respect your space.

“Lexie was fantastic with daily check ins for my sweet cat while we were away for almost two weeks. She gave her a lot of loves, playtime, and special treats, sending me lots of pics each time so I got to stay updated on her happenings. I’ll definitely rebook in the future and highly recommend!”

“Sarah treated my dad’s cat like a prince! She was so good and patient about giving Harpo space while he acclimated to the new surroundings. Harpo fell completely in love with Sarah and he is going to miss her so much! I will definitely book with her again.”

About: I've had a family cat, Penelope, since I was in college, cared for cats while house sitting and while working at an animal hospital. My family cat recently passed away but I would previously care for her whenever my parents went south for parts of the winter, either checking in on her or having her stay with me. Towards the end of her life, I would have to administer daily medications in her food. I also have regularly cared for my sister's cats when she is out of town (one of which is pictured here!). I've administered diabetes medication by injection and also administered oral medication through food. I'm happy to provide any care needed for your cat including providung lots of extra attention (like my sister's cats need) while you're away!

About: I have a high-energy dog that has prepared me in all aspects of pet care! I am well-versed in on- and off-leash exercise and have plenty of ideas for indoor enrichment activities. Having raised my own dog from 6 weeks old, I’m familiar with all of the accidents that can happen when pets are home alone. I’ve also cared for elderly and medically-complex dogs. I work remotely during the school year and have summers off. My work is in pacific time, giving me plenty of time in the morning to take your pet on a walk, play outside, or just keep them company. Of course, when I’m off in the summer, I have all the time in the world to spend with your pets! I am open to the safety, trust, and environment guidelines set by each pet owner. As the owner of a needy dog, I understand that each family has different preferences for keeping their home and pets safe!
About: As a lifelong animal lover, I understand that pets are family, and I strive to provide the same level of care, attention, and patience that I would want for my own. My background in healthcare has taught me how to be responsible, detail-oriented, and attentive to the unique needs of every individual, skills that translate naturally to pet care. I am comfortable caring for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies who need patience and consistency to senior dogs who may require a gentler pace and extra attention. Whether it's daily walks, drop-in visits, feeding, administering oral medications, reinforcing basic training, or simply providing companionship, I prioritize your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness. I am currently a Master's student in Medical Physiology at Case Western Reserve University, which has helped me develop strong time-management, responsibility, and organizational skills. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine because I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals as a balance to my studies. Despite a busy academic schedule, I am very intentional about managing my time and maintaining commitments. Whether it's morning walks, midday drop-in visits, evening care, or weekend sitting, I enjoy incorporating pet care into my routine because it allows me to spend time outdoors and connect with animals while helping pet owners have peace of mind. Caring for pets is something I genuinely enjoy, and I treat every pet with patience, attentiveness, and compassion. As someone pursuing a career in healthcare, I value reliability, clear communication, and attention to detail, and I bring those same qualities to caring for your furry family members. I am committed to ensuring pets feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for while their owners are away. When caring for pets in a client's home, I prioritize maintaining their normal routine to help them feel comfortable and secure while their owner is away. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any specific preferences or needs. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and mental stimulation while also keeping their environment clean and safe. If providing care in my own home, I would ensure pets have a safe, clean, and comfortable environment with plenty of supervision, exercise, fresh water, and opportunities for play and rest. My goal is always to make pets feel as relaxed and loved as possible, whether they are in their own home or mine.

She has been willing to go the extra mile to work with us on using the ecollar for our dog, which is not something I would trust just anyone to do. I know my dogs had a blast being there for daycare, coming home happy & exhausted. She does a fantastic job caring for our crazy pups & communicating with us. I feel comfortable knowing she’s spending some time with them on my long work days. Highly recommend!!”

“Tori was great with my little dog Jingles. Tori has two friendly larger dogs herself, and they were super great with my little dog. After meeting Tori and her dogs, I had no concerns about leaving my dog with her and would happily rebook her in the future.”

About: Through years of dog training, fostering, volunteering, and working at a dog daycare, I have interacted with and handled hundreds of dogs in my life. I own Beegan K9, a dog care services company that emphasizes lower volume than other local competitors. My 4000 square-foot facility located at 2080 West 110th street serves as a dog daycare and boarding facility. For daycare, we take on only 12 dogs a day. I am at my facility every weekday from 6am until 6pm. Throughout the morning I handle daily daycare dropoffs and work with my training dogs. In the afternoons, we run small, highly-supervised playgroups. Members of my community trust me to take care of their dogs and I take that responsibility very seriously. Before Beegan K9, I had house sat and fostered dogs for around seven years. I also have three dogs of my own. Working with dogs is an integral part of my life and I take their care very seriously.
About: Hi. My name is Kim and I have been surrounded by and loved all types of animals since the day I was born. I've raised, fostered and lived with all types of dogs, cats and other pets, mostly rescues, so I have tons of experience when it comes to understanding and respecting their individual personalities, needs, etc. Over the years some of my pets have had some serious health issues (including cancer), so I know what that is like too, and have no problem caring for dogs and cats with special needs and am meticulous in following directions concerning medications and special care. My pets are loved and are part of my family and as such I only ever treat them with the utmost kindness and love. Please by assured that I will show the same love and respect to your pets. In fact, I look forward to becoming their new favorite buddy! I am extremely reliable and for sure one of the biggest animal lovers you will ever meet. I love to walk and go to the park but am also happy to just hang out and spend time with your older or more mellow dog(s). I am big on communication so whenever the situation warrants or whenever you desire it, you will always get updates, photos, etc. so you can be sure that your pets are safe, happy and well-cared for.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for both cats and dogs. I grew up around cats and have been a dog owner myself for the past 5 years, in addition to regularly caring for friends’ dogs. I work a 9–5 job from home, which means your pet gets plenty of company throughout the day rather than being left alone for hours. I’m also able to take dogs on an extended walk during my lunch break, so they can get some exercise, fresh air, and attention in the middle of the day. Whether your pet needs a long walk, some playtime, a cozy companion while you’re away, or just a little extra TLC, I’ll treat them like they’re my own. I’m dependable, attentive, and happy to follow your pet’s normal routine and preferences. Most importantly, I know how much trust it takes to leave your pets in someone else’s care. My goal is to make sure both you and your pet feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for! My weekly routine is pretty consistent, which is great for dogs who love having a predictable schedule! Every workday I start each morning with a trip to the gym, then come home and take the pups on a nice, extended walk through the Metroparks near my house. Once we’re home, I settle into work for a few hours while the dogs get some downtime. I have a fenced-in yard, so I like to let them out regularly throughout the morning to stretch their legs, sniff around, and get some fresh air. Lunchtime means another extended walk! It’s a great way to break up the workday and give everyone a chance to burn off some energy. Afterward, my own dog usually settles in for a well-earned afternoon nap while I finish up work. Once the workday wraps up, we usually head outside for one more walk before settling in for the evening. If everyone’s feeling a little less energetic, we’ll skip the walk and have some backyard fun instead, such as fetch, tug-of-war, or just general goofing around. Basically, your pup can expect plenty of exercise, fresh air, playtime, and company throughout the day, with lots of opportunities to relax and recharge too. As a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to feel confident that your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. My goal is to provide a comfortable, low-stress home environment where pups can feel like part of the family. I have a fully fenced yard where dogs can safely get outside for fresh air and playtime, along with plenty of opportunities for walks and exercise throughout the day. Since I work from home, I’m also around to keep an eye on things and make sure everyone is doing well. For daycare and boarding, I’m happy to follow your dog’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, medications, walks, crate time, and any other preferences or house rules you provide. I’ll also make sure dogs have time to relax and nap when they need a break from all the excitement. When introducing dogs to my home, I prioritize compatibility and a gradual introduction so everyone feels comfortable. I want every pup staying with me to feel safe, supervised, and genuinely at home, not like they’re being dropped off somewhere unfamiliar.
“Mariia was amazing with my dog for our weekend trip. She left multiple updates a day with videos and had so many toys/puzzles for her to enjoy. I also appreciate how she took the time to learn all about my dogs needs and quirks right away with her thoughtful questions. Thank you Mariia!”

“Lenny and his wife were awesome! My two pups came back so happy to see us! We’ve struggled with them not eating in the past when we’ve boarded them. But they ate the whole time they were with them! I will definitely be using them again!”
