She came prepared with thoughtful questions at drop-off and even reached out when Kepler started chewing on a deer antler, just to double-check with us. That level of attentiveness meant a lot. Previously, I fostered large dogs with behavioral issues for the SPCA for 5 years. I have experience with dogs that are reactive, anxiety ridden and once with medical issues. I fostered the dogs until the issues are either managed or resolved and they are ready for adoption. I have experience primarily with large dogs. I am used to long walks and hikes with dogs. I primarily keeps dogs on leash but in the right circumstances I will let them off leash. However, I am very picky. I am open to walking l, check-ins and boarding. I’m in class a few times a month and working 1-2 days a week so I have times of availability to care for your pup. I enjoy finding engaging activities that keep them mentally stimulated. I would like to get a sense of your pup and aspects of their care that are most important to you. About: I always had a dog growing up, and I've had one consistently for the last five years. I spent a year fostering before I adopted my current pup, so I've had experience with a lot of different kinds and sizes. I'm happy to run around with a puppy or younger, energetic dog, or chill out with an older buddy who just wants love. I'm open to all kinds, but I've always had a soft spot for bullies or other big dogs, because they're frequently misunderstood as dangerous when, more often than not, they're just big babies. My dog is reactive, so I know how to deal with dogs who need extra care and special protection, including from themselves. I firmly believe every dog deserves love, empathy, and care, even - maybe especially - those that might have been overlooked or dismissed. I have hardly ever met a dog I didn't like, and I can't wait to hang out with yours and give them all the play and love they deserve. I work from home, and I have a flexible schedule. I'm allowed to set my own hours, so I'll be happy to come visit your furbaby whenever they need it. I'm happy to come over and walk your dog, drop in and hang out with them in your home, or both. I unfortunately can't board your dog, nor can I spend the night house-sitting.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have always taken great care of them! Since high school, I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and spent time walking dogs for local organizations. While I don’t currently have a dog of my own (I’m saving for one!), this gives me plenty of free time to help care for others’ furry family members—especially since I work remotely. I have 3 lil kitties who I love- I can definitely work with any animal ranging from reptiles to horses :) volunteering at sanctuary’s and zoos helped me gain that experience. I work full time, but remote/hybrid. I have the ability to schedule many breaks within my schedule for play time and potty breaks. About: I’ve had multiple cats and dogs growing up! My animals are one of my top priorities. In the past I would stay in homes of families who were in need of a pet sitter. I did this for multiple years before I began to work at a pet store. During this time, I continued to board puppies for multiple weeks at a time. I have flexible availability throughout the weekday. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since i was a little girl, they’re an important part of my life. Every dog that visits will receive a bath if requested! Very good with senior pups!
