“Christy was great! We booked her while we were passing through town for a few days. Immediately I knew Zoey would gravitate toward her cheerful yet calm energy. She sent me 3 photos and gave a thorough review of what Zoey enjoyed doing during her stay. Zoey apparently was a social butterfly, mingling with kittens, cats, dogs and even pumpkins during her stay. She warmed up to her not long after we left. I felt at ease knowing Christy fosters dogs from a local rescue, but I felt even better when she correctly read Zoey’s body language upon meeting her of being nervous about being in a new place. She let Zoey come to her, rather than overwhelming her by approaching her and assured me she would introduce her three dogs gradually once Zoey was feeling a little less shy. About: I am a Veterinarian Technician been doing this for about 5 years -Pet sitting -Walking/Feeding -Entertaining -Senior care -Puppy Care -understand the needs of pet -Love snuggles I am currently working full time as a veterinary technician. I am free every weekend Friday-Sunday and I am also available throughout the week early morning and after 6pm I am willing to let the pet out multiple times a day, feed and play with pet however long it would want to play. I will be able to follow special instructions, give medication if needed. Can’t forget to give them the snuggles they need while their parents are not there!
About: Not only am I a mother of three furry friends, but I also take the time and effort to consider each pets needs based on their age, comfort level, and personality. Please don’t be worried that because I’m new to Rover I won’t be able to carry out good care. Caring for animals (even farm animals), has been something that’s been carried throughout my family. I will make sure your pet gets stimulated the way YOU want. Whether that’s walks or relaxation. Or whether that’s helping a puppy get adjusted to the leash correctly. I have passion for this field, as well as love for the animals. My average day consists of not only caring for myself, but my furry friends as well. Taking care of animals helps me get set up for my future career, (vet tech) as I’m currently enrolled in colleges courses. My pets travel with me, but when I’m assigned to others care I will occasionally leave them at home. When I’m at home, my babies get all of my attention and as many belly rubs as they want. Safety around animals is a huge component of sitting. I would not just trust anybody with my babies. Supervision 100% of the time I’m in charge of the furry friends. I never want to overstep an animals patience, so learning to trust and cater to the animal is something I’ve adapted to doing. When I’m at others homes, I always take into consideration each pets comfort levels and needs so I can make sure they’re taken care of as much as possible.
About: I've been around dogs my entire life and have been a dog owner myself since 2020. I genuinely love spending time with animals. Friends, neighbors, and family regularly trust me to watch their pets, and I understand how important it is to leave your animals with someone dependable. I’m comfortable with walks, feeding routines, playtime, and administering oral medications if needed. I’m also patient with senior dogs or pets that may feel anxious when their owners are away. As a responsible parent and homeowner, I’m organized, attentive, and respectful of both your pets and your home. I follow your pet’s routine closely so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re gone, and I’m happy to send updates so you know they’re doing well. I am available before and after work (8-4) on weekdays, and during lunch if close enough. I live in Bexley and work in New Albany. I love to keep pets on their normal schedule as much as possible, following your instructions carefully and making sure they are safe, comfortable, and happy.

Most of my days are very flexible and I am open to new short and long term clients! On Visits: I’m down stop in and visit your dog, or take them out on a walk in the yard or neighborhood. Feeding, playing, walking, trick training, giving medicine, and having hang time are all in my comfort zone. I can follow specific directions and trust my gut instincts. I love all dogs, big and small. They all have different personalities and I like to take my time to learn a dog and their preferences and tendencies. I always bring a treat with me on meet and greets if allowed, and I understand dog behavior enough to interpret their mood. For Dog Boarding: At my house, we have baby gates to separate the floors of the house, the cat stays upstairs most of the time. I like to have dogs meet on leashes or through a gate, I never leave unfamiliar dogs alone together, and my house is very dog friendly, with hardwood and linoleum and not much floor clutter. Outside, my dog is off leash trained (I know I am spoiled), but all other dogs I keep on a leash if we are outside or on an 100ft rope when we take walks through the field.
