I was supposed to pick Duke up at 7pm, but Arya had an engagement and would not have been home then, and so he offered to keep Duke an extra day free of charge. Since I was driving home from an event in PA, I accepted his offer. It all worked out; Duke had a great time as usual. I live 40 minutes away, but I bring my dog to stay with Arya because he does a great job with Duke who has some socialization issues. Arya is reliable and professional and I will continue to use his service when I need a sitter.”

“This was my first time using Rover, although many friends us it or are hosts, and this was all new to my corgi, Paisley. We did a pre-visit to make sure she would fit in with Wendy’s two small dogs and her cat, which was great. She was a little overwhelmed and anxious for the first couple of days without me being there, with 2 more dogs boarding too but Wendy handled it well (lots of communication between us, crating for some downtime) and Paisley settled in.”

“First let me start off by saying when you first meet Isabel you automatically know that she is a cheerful caring person. Zoe stayed at Isabel's for a little over a week. Isabel was very good about giving us updates and pictures about the status of Zoe. And all of the updates and pictures Zoe always look content and comfortable. When we got home from our long vacation Zoe was very tired and exhausted! and so were we. So that is exactly what we were hoping for. We will definitely be using Isabel in the future for all of our dog sitting needs and I would highly recommend her to anyone I come in contact with!”
About: I have always had pets . I grew up helping my mother groom and take care of dogs. I would do anything for an animal. I am available all 24/7 everyday. I am willing to work any day of the week. I am availability because this is my only job, and I am passionate. I have been lucky enough to be raised with dogs my entire life. My family were breeders for standard poodles at one point, which was amazing to watch and learn about. I am no stranger to special needs, administering meds, able to provide short term care until help arrives. I love all dog breeds equally and will treat your dog like my own. This is my passion. I have 2 guest rooms that can be turned into private doggo apartments. If your pets need exercise I can provide. If they need relaxation, I love cuddles on the couch. We have crates of all sizes, beds for any size dog, dog gates for stairs, enough rooms to spread out and separate if needed, and live minutes away from a fenced in dog park. We live 3 minutes from 2 vet clinics and we use them for our own dogs. We have security cameras in the house with 2 way speakers if we need to step out for any reason. Please let us know about your dogs temperament with other dogs ahead of time. If your dog has special needs or quirks around certain people. We are happy to share our dogs food but would prefer food is delivered with the dog for stays. We are used to dogs that have a tendency to run if given the chance but appreciate heads up so we can be extra attentive.

About: I’ve been around all sorts of animals for my whole life and have a passion for caring for them. My family used to have horses, goats, birds, turtles, hamsters, squirrels, dogs, and cats growing up. My mom has been breeding German Shepards consistently for about 5 years now. I’ve helped her raise numerous litters and have spent countless hours playing with puppies. We also have 9 dogs total, 8 being German Shepards and one little dog, so I am more than comfortable taking care of dogs and happy to do so. If I were to stay over to watch your animals I could provide care for them up until 9 in the morning and when I return home from work at around 3:30. That would be Monday through Friday and then I have complete availability on the weekends. A few of our dogs stay inside during the day and night. Then our other dogs each have their own kennels that are big enough to run around in. We crate them separately at night. We also have a big backyard that is fenced in, where they can roam around and play.

I’m a very big cuddled especially with dogs so I would mostly sit on a couch or table and keep an eye on the pet while I work and if there’s a communicative sign that they need to go outside I will take them right out. I am not on a tight schedule so I can take your pet out as often as they need.

I’ve successfully raised and trained five dogs from puppies and I have experience with rescue pups who may not feel entirely comfortable in their new environment. I’ve experienced small and large breeds alike, with my current pup being a King Cavalier Spaniel. Goose’s cousins who we see weekly are two Golden retrievers and one rescue mix. I’m able to be flexible or rigid when it comes to your pets schedule, and am knowledgeable in special diets, fresh pet food, administering meds if needed. I have the luxury of working from home and creating my own schedule which makes my days very flexible! I currently can accept pets for boarding, play dates or walks Sunday through Thursday, 9:30am to 10pm. I have a fenced in back yard and a puppy who loves to play with other dogs of all sizes. My dog is allowed to be on all furniture and sleep in the bed and your pet would be permitted to as well if that is your preference! Goose and I take several walks a day and love to take day trips to various area dog parks and hiking trails or enjoy a lazy afternoon on the couch.

Because of the extreme flexibility, I am able to play with, walk, run or whatever your pet prefers, as often as they need! Our home is on a 1 acre grassy plot, on a quiet street. There are only 2 other houses on our street, so there is zero traffic! It is a quiet, safe neighborhood and a child-free home. We will gather information from you ahead of time to make sure the house is safe from any allergens, hazards or other standards you may have.

About: Hi everyone! Our names are Karen and Chad and we’ve always had a love for dogs since childhood. The thought of caring or rescuing a dog has always been top of our minds. When we got married, we adopted a greyhound racer. We had him for 7 years and lost him unfortunately due to cancer. Since we lost him, we’ve wanted to continue helping/caring for dogs and can’t think of a better way then helping others with their fur animals. About: I’ve been around all sorts of animals for my whole life and have a passion for caring for them. My family used to have horses, goats, birds, turtles, hamsters, squirrels, dogs, and cats growing up. My mom has been breeding German Shepards consistently for about 5 years now. I’ve helped her raise numerous litters and have spent countless hours playing with puppies. We also have 9 dogs total, 8 being German Shepards and one little dog, so I am more than comfortable taking care of dogs and happy to do so. If I were to stay over to watch your animals I could provide care for them up until 9 in the morning and when I return home from work at around 3:30. That would be Monday through Friday and then I have complete availability on the weekends. A few of our dogs stay inside during the day and night. Then our other dogs each have their own kennels that are big enough to run around in. We crate them separately at night. We also have a big backyard that is fenced in, where they can roam around and play.

Drop-ins are similar where the pet will be taken outside for the restroom if needed and have some playtime to let out some energy. For pet sitting jobs, I tend to ask more questions about your pet to get a better understanding of their needs as well as anything else that will need taken care of such as collecting the mail, or watering plants. No matter the species, each visit will include playing, treats, and lots of pets! When entering or leaving your home, I ensure that the key is placed in the correct spot (to prevent lockouts!) after locking to keep your pet and home safe.
