Also, they hadn’t had a bath or groomed in awhile and their fur was starting to get matted so thought I’d get that done also. I messaged Kayla asking if she was available that week to watch them/bath & brush them. She offered to take them immediately that day! She was very nice when I met her and made me feel comfortable. She took so much care and time with grooming them while also making sure they were comfortable to make sure that she got all the matts out that she actually kept them until 9pm with no extra charge. She also kept me updated every step of the way. My boys came home so soft and clean and I could also tell she tired them out because they both came home and went straight to sleep. About: Hi there, my name is Kristen and I have a slight dog obsession. November 2025 started year five of me owning and operating a pet care company that is listed as an LLC in Ohio, and I have loved every single second of it! While on a walk your dog will be my sole focus. I will be sure to select a different route (if possible) during each walk to help them get familiar with their area, but to also help stimulate their brain with the different scents. If you have multiple dogs that need to be walked separately, for any reason, I will rotate my routes so that each dog is exploring a different area instead of where their fur sibling just was. I am happy to go as fast paced, or as leisurely as Fido wants to take our time together. My typical drop-in (play date) visit consists of the following: enter and greet your beloved furkid who will be totally excited to see me (hello treats!- only if it's okay with you first), and then take them outside to potty. While outside I am happy to play fetch, or any other activity they're interested in. Once we come back in I check the water/food situation, and am happy to take care of any medical needs that may be required at this time from giving pills to injections. There's time for a snuggle, or a game, and then it's one last potty break before I head out for the morning or afternoon. I send detailed Rover cards after every visit, and will include as many photos as possible. For boarding and daycare we are located on 30 acres in Tipp City, with 6 private fully fenced dog parks to choose from. We have 10 kennels, and pups are kenneled during enrichment and overnight with an on-site team member who stays with them. I treat every pet in my care with the same patience, attention, and love that I give my own pets. I’m available as needed for any pet sitting. If you have a specific schedule that is needed, I’m more than willing to abide by it. I currently have dogs in my own home and have had a cat. I have picked up some of my clients animals from their home to watch them at my house, as well as going to their house and caring for them in the comfort of their own home. I also keep the home clean by picking up after pets, cleaning food and water bowls, and respecting the client's space. About: I grew up with 3 large breed dogs and have done 2 years of dog walking / pet sitting! During my 2 years of pet sitting, I took care of puppies from 6 weeks old to senior dogs. Things that fell under the description of ‘took care of’ are; picking up poop, feeding / following dietary schedules, administering medications, walks, play time, bathroom breaks, training work, mental stimulation (snuffle mats, kongs, etc.) I do daily dog walks, and am helping my parents raise and train a German shepherd! I work and I'm a homeschool educator however I have no issues with adjusting my schedule to care for pets and am available to communicate with every day In home dogs sleep in our room unless crated, and eat table scraps when we aren't fast enough, we let the, free roam the house once potty routine is established and that time frame depends on dog. We don't allow dogs on furniture but cover the furniture for animals trained that way to reduce stress on trying to keep them down. In your home, routine is maintained and extra treats given, time outside is always encouraged for high energy and down time is enforced when bad behavior is being modified
About: I have always had at least one dog in my home ever since I can remember. My parents kept me and my siblings responsible for them as far as feedings, exercise, and attention. My grandmother owns a grooming shop that I have loved to help with. I have also had experience helping in a dog kennel and taking care of cats. I also participated in training my 100+ lb. male golden doodle (who was too smart for his own good but has now passed sadly). I have always had a love for animals, dogs especially since they have been a big part of my life, I have spent a lot of time also at my grandparent’s farm helping with goats and horses as well. Currently I have my own sweet little kitty.
