About: I’ve worked with dogs and have been a dog lover almost my whole life. We have helped train 3 dogs and each of them are now amazing in their own way! We have also cared for so many of our friends and family members dogs in our home and in theirs. We have a large fenced in yard as well for them to run around and play fetch a lot! Our golden retriever specifically loves this so much! I’m currently working part time, early in the mornings, so I would have plenty of time throughout the rest of the day to attend to and love for your doggos! My wife, Hannah would also be able to help play with and care for them, especially if they are staying here for the day! But either way, they would get so much love and attention, that’s a guarantee! I have a large, fenced in yard with 2 other dogs that would be such great company to yours! If I’d be visiting your doggos in your home or giving them a walk, they would get the attention and love they deserve!

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have always loved caring for them. I’ve also watched dogs for friends, family, and others who needed someone they could trust. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playing, and giving plenty of love and attention. I also have a 4-year-old who absolutely loves animals and has grown up around dogs. Caring for animals is something we both enjoy, and your dog will be treated with lots of love and attention while in my care. “Emily did a wonderful job of adapting to the unique situation I have with one indoor "invisible" cat (Cosmo) and two mainly outdoor cats (Captain & Martini). Cosmo is usually under the bed when strangers are in the house, so that was expected. Emily let me know that Cosmo's food, water, and litter boxes were used so I knew she was okay. She sent many photos of the outdoor cats, so I knew they were okay. Emily kept everything tidy at the house and sent me many notes on her visits.”

About: I have spent a lifetime caring for my own pets as well as rescuing animals. I think pets are an extremely important part of my livelihood and good mental health so I understand that your pet is an integral part of your family as well. I also understand that I am a guest in your pets home and will treat your home with the utmost respect and privacy. I am a mom, a wife and an Air Force veteran and I understand that schedules change due to work, family needs, and sickness. Being a stay at home mom with school age children allows me to be flexible and reliable. I also received my OH-EMT Intermediate medic training at WPAFB while serving in the military. I am very comfortable administering medications and any treatments. As of 2023 I also obtained my Instructor Animal CPR and First Aide Instructor Certification. I am a full time pet care specialist/trainer. I specialize with dogs that have anxiety disorders that can show themselves as aggressive behaviors which I believe are actually unmet needs. Starting April 4, 2024 we begin construction on a fenced in yard so we can provide day training/daycare while you are at work and boarding!
“I was coming to a Dayton Ohio for work and I was bringing my mini golden doodle pup along. I needed someone trustworthy to watch my baby boy, Arlo. I came across Katherine’s profile and immediately had that instinct that she was the one 😊 she was accommodating to my over protective mommy needs and agreed to hop on a zoom call with me beforehand. She was warm, nice and kind. It also helped she has 3 adorable little fur baby girls too. For the 4 days I was here for work she would take care of Arlo for me all day. She was extremely responsive and would send me pictures and videos all day without me even having to ask. She has a nice big fenced in backyard that Arlo loved running around freely in all day. Each evening I would pick him up he was exhausted from having fun playing all day. (His besty was her dog, Vanilla) 😊 I cannot recommend Katherine enough. She made my experience great and worry free. I went to do an introductory meet and greet. Her house was immaculate, very clean and organized. Hatsuki had printed (let me say it again, she printed a sheet!) a profile of clutch so she can make notes about his needs. Again this was just a meet and greet, she also made a thumb drive with a tag that had clutch’s name. This was so she can give me all the pictures she would take including the ones she would send me as updates throughout the day. Thank you Hatsuki you were amazing!”

About: Dogs have been a part of my life since I was a teenager and I cannot imagine life without at least one. I have seen an uptick in requests from family and neighbors to take care of their furry friends when they are away and am always happy to do so. I am dedicated to making sure that their pets feel as comfortable in my home as they would in their own. I currently work from home the majority of the time and my wife works from home full time. Between the two of us we have enough flexibility to let dogs out in the yard to play or take them on short walks. I have a fenced in yard and a dog of my own, Smokey. If house-trained, I like to let dogs have the run of the house. I will crate dogs if I have to leave the house, at least until I get a sense of how they do on their own.

Hers is more of a boarding situation with a separate building and individual kennels with several dogs present. This was intimidating for both of our smaller dogs, especially our rescue, but they calmed after a bit. Angel did put them in a back kennel away from the other dogs which helped.”
About: I’ve always been exceptionally empathetic towards animals, and I’d like your pets to feel as if they’re on vacation when they’re with me. When I first started rover, an owner saw how well I cared for their dogs, and they became like my second family during college. I still visit after moving away. My family dog is a husky, so I can take on big energetic dogs, and my first dog ever was a Yorkshire terrier with medical problems, so I know how to administer medication if needed (I have a background in the medical field as well). You can have a stress free day knowing your animals are safe and well cared for with me. I will be with your pet the entire stay, so you don’t ever have to worry about them being left alone for long periods of time. I live in a townhouse, so I have two levels, making it larger than your average apartment. I also have a back yard with a lead allowing your dog to run around without being hand held on a leash for every potty break. I also enjoy to walk the dogs around the complex, as they get “new information” and excitement from smelling new experiences around them.

About: I have been a lover of pets my whole life. Grew up with a few family dogs, pet rabbit, and birds. Now I have my own puppy and know how important it is to find someone you trust to take care of your precious pets! I work from home, so my schedule can be flexible depending on the day. I can do set weekly scheduled walks or in home boarding for a weekend away. I live in a townhouse in a very walkable neighborhood. It is dog friendly and I love taking my own pup for walks. I have a nice big living room and bedroom with a set of stairs for them to run around. My dog gets along great with any dog- big or small. We frequent the dog park 2-4 times a week.

My dog is allowed to go outside on the leash because he is old and does not go very far anymore, but I can keep your pets on a leash while in my care. I can also crate your dog.

I have more experience with senior dog care but I do have some knowledge in puppy training and care. I've only taken care of two cats. About: First and foremost I am a HUGE animal lover. I grew up with dogs, cats, chinchillas, and rabbits my whole life and know how to care for them and make sure they are provided for. I have some basic dog training experience as well. I dog sit for my neighbor quite frequently because she travels a lot. I have a labradoodle who is almost 3 and is literally my best friend. I am available Monday-Friday 8am-6pm to walk your dog, take them to a park, or do drop- in visits. Whatever your needs are, I can handle them. I have a 3 year old labradoodle that loves playing with other dogs. I live in an apartment but there is a dog park in the complex that I frequently take my dog to. There is also another park by my place that I go to that dogs can run off leash.

I am attentive to routines, feeding instructions, and any special needs your pet may have. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or cuddles, I will make sure your pet feels comfortable and cared for at all times. As an online graduate student I am home most of the day. My schedule is flexible which allows me to plan my day around pet care needs. Regular potty breaks, daily walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. My apartment complex also has a dog park, which I can use for supervised play and exercise when appropriate.
About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and helped at the local vet clinic growing up. My last dog passed away from heart failure in 2022. It’s a busy time for my sons activities so it’s not a good time to bring a full time dog into our home at this time but would love to help others out. I work full time outside the home M-TH from 8-3 and half day Fridays (occasional Fridays totally free). I am willing to be flexible with week day stays if they can manage being alone during those hours. Our yard is unfenced but I would walk or chain them out depending on owner preference. They would be treated like they were my own.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats of all kinds and ages since I can remember. We had cats growing up and they were the light of my life. Every day I looked forward to coming home and knowing they would be there waiting for me to give them all the love. Starting in high school is when I began to get familiar with dogs as well. Neighbors, friends, and family have all taught me so much and then began relying on me to love and care for their fur babies. Which included anywhere from walking, feeding, grooming, and overall well-being. I've done quite a bit of house sitting recently and have no problem with cleaning when needed as well. I can promise you that your fur babies will be treated as if they are my own. Animals have a special place in my heart, they become more than pets, they become family and I intend to treat and care for them as such. I will be starting classes again soon, which are online so pet care fits perfectly into my daily/weekly routine. I'll be able to create a schedule that works well for school and being able to give the best attention I can to pet care. Currently I am able to care for pets at the client's home if it is for dogs. For cats special arrangements can be made for me to watch them here at my home. I have quite a bit of experience with house/pet sitting for current clients. Starting with a visit to the clients home to go over anything they would like to discuss, meeting the pets, and I also bring some questions of my own. To make sure I have all my bases covered. My main goal is to make sure the clients feel safe with me taking care of not only their pets but also their home. For cats here I have plenty of room for a cat to roam and play with plenty of sunlight and a cat box and food/water bowls if the client does not want to transport their own. We do have an older husky (incredibly friendly and quiet), but my room is on the second floor and has a door that I can shut to keep the downstairs (where our dog spends 99% of his time) closed off if your cat does not like dogs.
About: I have a Jack Russell Terrier named Snoopy who loves long walks in the park and plenty of attention. I also have experience caring for Siberian Husky and a Shiba mix. Also taken care of gerbils, hamsters, turtles, and parakeets. I'm currently available with a flexible schedule. About: I have been around dogs my entire life. I have been training and showing my Aussies since I was little. I wash and groom my own dogs. I am currently training and showing my dogs in agility, rally, obedience, scentwork, and conformation. We compete in AKC (American Kennel Club), ASCA (Australian Shepherd Club of America), and UKC (United Kennel Club). Both have titles in rally obedience, obedience, barn hunt, and trick. My services could include: walks, baths (depending on breed), and basic obedience and trick training. I’m a SAHM with a two year old boy who is dog savvy and would come with me on visits and walks. He either walks on his own or is in a stroller. I have a fenced in yard and all of my dogs are crate trained (Snap doesn’t crate anymore though). I can help with crate training.

About: I’ve worked with dogs and have been a dog lover almost my whole life. We have helped train 3 dogs and each of them are now amazing in their own way! We have also cared for so many of our friends and family members dogs in our home and in theirs. We have a large fenced in yard as well for them to run around and play fetch a lot! Our golden retriever specifically loves this so much! I’m currently working part time, early in the mornings, so I would have plenty of time throughout the rest of the day to attend to and love for your doggos! My wife, Hannah would also be able to help play with and care for them, especially if they are staying here for the day! But either way, they would get so much love and attention, that’s a guarantee! About: Dogs have been a part of my life since I was a teenager and I cannot imagine life without at least one. I have seen an uptick in requests from family and neighbors to take care of their furry friends when they are away and am always happy to do so. I am dedicated to making sure that their pets feel as comfortable in my home as they would in their own. I currently work from home the majority of the time and my wife works from home full time. Between the two of us we have enough flexibility to let dogs out in the yard to play or take them on short walks. I have a fenced in yard and a dog of my own, Smokey. If house-trained, I like to let dogs have the run of the house. I will crate dogs if I have to leave the house, at least until I get a sense of how they do on their own.
