About: I’ve had many cats and dogs growing up! I have experience caring for chickens, Guinea pigs and just about anything in between! For the past year I have also provided care for two dogs almost everyday to let them out. Would love to work with you! I'm currently an MFA student at The University of Iowa! About: Life long animal lover, I have experience with dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, ducks, fresh water aquariums and hamsters. It delights me to give other pet owners peace of mind while they are away from their furry, feathery or even scaley family members by providing care, companionship and security. Pet care is my main schedule priority, I also work as a wellness counselor part time but generally have a lot flexibility in my schedule as I mainly operate remotely for that and I am happy to work with you and your furbabies schedule needs. I’m available for boarding on weekends and weekdays after 2pm, with flexibility for drop-off and pick-up times. Dogs are rarely left alone for long periods, and I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and calm downtime throughout the day. My home is set up to be safe, structured, and comfortable for dogs of different temperaments. I have a fenced yard for secure outdoor time and two friendly dogs who are used to being around others. I closely supervise all interactions and can separate or crate dogs when needed to ensure everyone stays safe. I follow each dog’s routine carefully and pay attention to behavior and body language to prevent issues before they start. Owners can expect regular updates and a calm, well managed environment.
“Andrea was great, she is knowledgeable about dogs and worked with our dog. She was sitting a couple other dogs at the same time and the day I dropped her off , she introduced Daisy to a dog of a similar temperament so Daisy would have a friend. Also we were later than expected getting home and when I asked Andrea said we could pick Daisy up the next morning instead of the night we planned to pick her up.”

“Super nice/living family. After initially meeting them, I was very comfortable leaving my Murphy with them. They have two lovely Beagles and children who obviously love the dogs as well & a perfect indoor & outdoor setting for playing and roaming. They sent me photos and a video which made my day. Nathan even slept downstairs on the couch when my pup seemed worried without having anyone around as it was his first night away from home in several months since a horrific extended stay experience with a facility. I will definitely use them again whenever I need to be away from home!”
