“Kayla was awesome! My dogs are very “needy” (lol) and require a lot of time and attention. I needed a day where I could just solely focus on work and getting things done. Also, they hadn’t had a bath or groomed in awhile and their fur was starting to get matted so thought I’d get that done also. I messaged Kayla asking if she was available that week to watch them/bath & brush them. She offered to take them immediately that day! She was very nice when I met her and made me feel comfortable. She took so much care and time with grooming them while also making sure they were comfortable to make sure that she got all the matts out that she actually kept them until 9pm with no extra charge. She also kept me updated every step of the way. My boys came home so soft and clean and I could also tell she tired them out because they both came home and went straight to sleep. November 2025 started year five of me owning and operating a pet care company that is listed as an LLC in Ohio, and I have loved every single second of it! While on a walk your dog will be my sole focus. I will be sure to select a different route (if possible) during each walk to help them get familiar with their area, but to also help stimulate their brain with the different scents. If you have multiple dogs that need to be walked separately, for any reason, I will rotate my routes so that each dog is exploring a different area instead of where their fur sibling just was. I am happy to go as fast paced, or as leisurely as Fido wants to take our time together. My typical drop-in (play date) visit consists of the following: enter and greet your beloved furkid who will be totally excited to see me (hello treats!- only if it's okay with you first), and then take them outside to potty. While outside I am happy to play fetch, or any other activity they're interested in. Once we come back in I check the water/food situation, and am happy to take care of any medical needs that may be required at this time from giving pills to injections. There's time for a snuggle, or a game, and then it's one last potty break before I head out for the morning or afternoon. For boarding and daycare we are located on 30 acres in Tipp City, with 6 private fully fenced dog parks to choose from. I have an open schedule currently so I’m open to flexibility during the day and some afternoons. I’m on break from my Masters program so my time is pretty open. I would make sure that any special needs your sweet baby needs is taken care of with extreme amount of love and care. My longest day at school is on Tuesday and I am there for about 6 hours. On Wednesdays I am at school for about 5 hours. On Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays I am at school for about 2 hours. I will devote the majority of my time to your pets aside from having to leave them to go to school for a few hours during the day. About: Ever since I was a child, I was responsible for the care of a variety of animals, and I mean solely responsible. Growing up (and today), I was the one that friends and family came to for pet sitters and care/training advice. I prioritize following pet care instructions to a tee- I do not cut corners on even the most “meticulous” of care instructions. With me, you can trust that your fur babies will receive the highest quality of care and attention because of my intrinsic love for animals. My days vary a lot, but I am often able to make time if you give me a week’s notice. If you need urgent pet care, do not hesitate to reach out. About: All my life I've been interested in animals. I grew up with a dog, a cat, and a snake, and my work in the field has involved all sorts of animal husbandry, from shearing sheep to catching alligators or banding songbirds. I've taken care of cats at my house, however, and have found that they quickly feel at ease in my home environment. My kitty passed away last year, unfortunately, but I am home often and will provide as much company and attention as your pet desires. I want them to know they have a friend in me.
