About: I’ve had many pets that I have taken care of throughout my entire life. I currently have two cats, three dogs, and two snakes that I help care for. About: Aside from having 4 of my own, I also have outdoor cat shelters and keep an eye on the neighborhood cats while offering treats, food, and medical attention or tnr if necessary. My youngest cat I bottle fed and cared for from 3 weeks old, she is now 2. She was successfully introduced and integrated with 3 other cats and 2 dogs (which she was terrified of and I really had low hopes for but slow and steady really pays off)! My eldest cats (11) do require senior care with special diets and medications so I can definitely handle any special needs. About: I grew up on a farm where I cared for a range of animals from chickens to cats. From there, I have always had a pet to share my heart with. I have had guinea pigs, cats, dogs in my own home and have yet to meet an animal I don't get along with. I am looking for flexible work so that I can finish writing my novel without letting the burden of finances fall completely on my husband. I figure walking and caring/sitting for animals to help keep my family fed is a great match for me, my personality, and my love for animals. I used to work 13 hour days, an hour from home, so I understand the importance of a pet nanny and would be honored to help you with that need! My two fur babies, Lily (9 year old Ragamuffin kitty) and Ellie (5 year old German Shepherd) have different personalities and co-habitate beautifully, but I would not want to introduce other animals into my home. Both of my girls are rescues from different shelters (Angels for Animals and One of a Kind Pet Rescue) and they both lived stressful lives before me so my job is to give them sanctuary and love. That said, in regard to care, Lily is pretty self regulated. Every other day, her food bowl is re-filled (no, you can't see the bottom of the bowl but she's my sweet princess who gets what she wants) and her kitty litter is scooped every other day and changed as needed. Ellie is a rescued Puppy Mill momma who grew up in a very confusing way and is forever married to routine. To keep her happy and healthy, we let her out same time each day (7am) where she eats 1.5 cups of food, potty break at 12pm and again at 5pm (1.5 cups). Ellie's gets let out 3 times a day, per her wants because I try to let her out more and if she doesn't have to go potty, she turns around and lays on her Tempur-Pedic bed. Otherwise, when the weather is appropriate Ellie and I take a minimum of a 15 minute walk in the park behind my house. I hope this description helps you trust that your fur babies will consider me "Auntie Marah" soon enough, and that they are in safe and caring hands with me. I am happy to answer any questions!

About: I’ve been caring for dogs, cats and rabbits my whole life. I’ve always had them and have even done 4-H with my dog and rabbits and was an advisor when I got older. 4-H taught me all about pet care and dog training and obedience. I’ve recently changed jobs so I can be home nights, weekends and holidays! This will allow me more time for watching your fur babies. I enjoy spending my free time on walks and being outside. Since I do work during the week, they will be home during the day and unable to go out. But once I am home, and on weekends, they can go out as often as they would like. I don’t have any pets at this time so your fur baby will be the only one in the home. I keep things picked up and out of reach for safety. I believe in harnessing and leashing before going outside and making sure they are secured properly. I also will not feed your pet any human food or anything not approved by you.

About: I have always had pets of all kinds growing up along with much love for all wildlife. Currently I have 4 cats, 2 dogs, 3 fish and many snails, and a lot of plants! My dog growing up became diabetic (also blind) and I provided him supportive care for the remaining 5 years he had (including special meals and insulin shots)! One of my cats was a bottle baby after finding her on the side of the road at only 3 weeks old, she is now almost 2. About: Your pet is treated as my own and a family member. Your fur baby is not crated unless you request that and provide the crate. Your pet gets to go outside and run and play several times a day. I go out and encourage playing and running for exercise. When the weather permits, we walk through the field and explore along the canal. If your pet is older and doesn't want to play or explore, that's ok. I have plenty of shaded areas for them to just lounge and take a snooze while I sit with them and read. I am also in the process of obtaining my wildlife rehabilitation permit for I always seem to be brought animals to care for and I would like to do more for them than just transporting to a rehabilitator! I have a lot of room at my house which includes the finished basement area with separate rooms, a mudroom, a large fenced in backyard, and kennels if needed. I'm willing to travel to you, or care for your animals here! All my animals are friendly (successfully introduced and integrated) but if yours needs some privacy I can absolutely provide it. I'm here to help, I hope it's clear how important your fur babies would be to me! I would love to make whatever it is you need happen. I am currently a stay at home mom with my own fur babies. My day starts at 6AM when I wake up to feed and walk the dogs and check to see if the cats need anything. I would be more than happy to care for your animal(s) here or get out of the house and care for them in their home! I have a large fenced in yard, a finished basement with separate rooms, a separate mudroom, and kennels if needed! My 4 cats and 2 dogs roam the house and would love to make new friends, but if your animals are shy, we have plenty of space to accommodate. About: I have handled small animals and reptiles for 9 years, cats and dogs for 7, and horses and livestock for 6! About: I grew up on a farm where I cared for a range of animals from chickens to cats. From there, I have always had a pet to share my heart with. I have had guinea pigs, cats, dogs in my own home and have yet to meet an animal I don't get along with. I am looking for flexible work so that I can finish writing my novel without letting the burden of finances fall completely on my husband. I figure walking and caring/sitting for animals to help keep my family fed is a great match for me, my personality, and my love for animals. I used to work 13 hour days, an hour from home, so I understand the importance of a pet nanny and would be honored to help you with that need! My two fur babies, Lily (9 year old Ragamuffin kitty) and Ellie (5 year old German Shepherd) have different personalities and co-habitate beautifully, but I would not want to introduce other animals into my home. Both of my girls are rescues from different shelters (Angels for Animals and One of a Kind Pet Rescue) and they both lived stressful lives before me so my job is to give them sanctuary and love. That said, in regard to care, Lily is pretty self regulated. Every other day, her food bowl is re-filled (no, you can't see the bottom of the bowl but she's my sweet princess who gets what she wants) and her kitty litter is scooped every other day and changed as needed. Ellie is a rescued Puppy Mill momma who grew up in a very confusing way and is forever married to routine. To keep her happy and healthy, we let her out same time each day (7am) where she eats 1.5 cups of food, potty break at 12pm and again at 5pm (1.5 cups). Ellie's gets let out 3 times a day, per her wants because I try to let her out more and if she doesn't have to go potty, she turns around and lays on her Tempur-Pedic bed. Otherwise, when the weather is appropriate Ellie and I take a minimum of a 15 minute walk in the park behind my house. About: I am a second year zoology major with the intention of further education in animal care. I have cared for the family dogs for just about six years (a combined number of four at this point). I am my family and friends' go to sitter. I am reliable and consistent. I am comfortable with pretty much anything, and have plenty of experience with reactive/aggressive dogs. During the summer I work full-time, and I'm a full-time student during the school year, however I don't have much going on outside of that and have plenty of time for drop-in care throughout the day. I’m also totally okay with overnight stays. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide boarding services due to my living situation. I am happy to provide whatever services you need within your home!
About: I can sit and board during any holiday! I am new to the site, so that is why I do not have any reviews. I try to respond in less than thirty minutes. In the evening, I usually respond within a few minutes. I walk on a daily basis personally and am used to taking dogs on walks at least a few times a day. I have worked with all different breeds and do my research on breed specifications before taking care of any animal. I have helped taken care of animals that have to receive oral and injections daily. I have taken care of all ages of animals from babies to seniors. I have owned dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, and rabbits. I currently do not own any animals, so that I can focus on your pets. I do usually send updates/pictures during the time your pet is with me, so that you know how they are doing I work as a nurse full time Monday through Friday. I started work usually no earlier than 745 am and am done no later than 5 pm. I have an hour long lunch break. I board on weekends so that I can be with your animal 24/7. I can dog sit throughout the week and dogs will receive a morning and evening walk as well as a lot of love and affection. I can do dog walking in the evening and if you live in the Fairlawn/Montrose area, I can do drop in visits between 12 pm-1 pm. I keep my availability up to date on this calendar as well. I live in a two bedroom apartment, but I live near a dog park I can take them to and can take them out every hour or two during the weekend if the board with me. I would take them on at least one walk minimum whether staying at my apartment or taking care of them at yours. The walks can vary from an half an hour to an hour or more depending on the dog and how your dog is feeling. I always ask their feeding schedule and an dietary restrictions. At my home, I have intellectual toys as well as just typical toys. If allowed, dogs and cats are more than welcome to sleep in bed with me. I allow animals on my furniture and have locks on cabinets to ensure they cannot get anything to harm them. I keep treats and food at my apartment. For walks, I have a hands free leash that goes around waist, so that way there is not a chance that the leash slips out of my hands.
