About: I’ve had dogs and cat since I was a child, as well as a lot of experience with pet sitting. I’ve had a lot of experience with big dogs (irish wolfhound, bernese mountain dog, etc) as well as little dogs. I also taken care of cats, both social and standoffish. The pets I have cared for have had very different personalities and I’ve done well adjusting to them. I understand how to respect your pet’s boundaries and adjust my care as needed. I was looking for a flexible summer job, so this is my only commitment. Therefore, I am able to spend as much time as needed with your pets. About: When I was about 8 years old my family got our first dog and helped my parents with basic training because it was fun, as a kid, to teach a dog how to shake and roll over. That's when my deep love for dogs began. Growing up I had a female Cocker Spaniel named Emily and a male Beagle named Fortitude. As I got older, I knew I wanted a dog of my own and when I was 20, I got a female lab mix and named her Tayla. She went EVERYWHERE with me and I trained her off leash unless we went on walks. She unfortunately passed in August 2024 due to a tumor. In February 2024, my beautiful dog Lenna crossed the rainbow bridge at the young age of 6, due to kidney disease. Loss is hard, but the memories we had and her heart lives within mine. I currently have a 2 year old female red Doberman named Maisie who is my service dog. Since I got her at 8 weeks old, she was also trained off leash unless on walks. She is a true Doberman being a Velcro dog which has made her become a wonderful service dog. I also have a soon to be 3 year old Belgian Malinois/Dutch Shepard named Reigny. She is high energy and loves to play, but also great during the day time to just hang out and sleep while I work. She is off leash and e-collar trained. She is friendly and loves snuggles, just needs to get to know someone first as she may bark a lot when you first meet her, especially in my home. I work remote full time for a therapy company, therefore I can generally adjust my schedule to be available for morning and afternoon appointments during the weekdays. Weekends I am generally open, especially in the summer months. Daycare can be in your home, I would just need access to Internet to be able to still work during the daytime. Leash manners are important, however I am more than willing to add that into walking/caring for your beloved dog. In home manners are also appreciated with not an excessive amount of barking or jumping, yet again, this is something I would be happy to assist with. Lots of attention, fresh water and meal times being met are important, especially when an outside caretaker comes in while the family is away. In my home or yours, I guarantee they will be care for like I care for my own girls! I will be certain to make sure your pet is not alone for too long when caring for them in your home and will always respect their responses upon my return.

Both Speedbump and Stella have gotten their AKC Canine Good Citizen certifications and have done some therapy work with a local organization. We have handled various things with our dogs through obedience training, managing heat cycles and raising puppies. We have a very large yard to help keep your dog entertained and engaged throughout the day. I work from home full time and am able to provide frequent potty breaks and play time. I work from home therefore am home with our pets all day, allowing for regular potty breaks and avoiding having to be locked up during the day. We have a fully fenced in yard to allow for run and play. We also keep gates available inside or can crate your dog if that's what their normal is. I want to recreate what home looks like as much as possible.

I have attended dog training classes for my own dogs where I have learned training skills. I have also been involved in virtual training lessons. We currently do not have a dog but the whole family loves them more than anything. There are kids in the household from 7- 14 yrs old. They are very gentle and loving towards animals, in fact there is nothing they love more than dogs. Your pet will be showered with love in our home. When dogs are here they are family! I don't work outside the home so I am usually home and available to pamper and play with pets and with my husband working from home someone is here 90% of the time. We have a large house with plenty of room to run around. We have a good sized yard and great neighborhood for going on walks. We typically only take one booking at a time so your dog(s) would likely get the whole place to themselves. Your dogs will be happy staying here and you can be assured they will get a lot of play time. I am home all day so the pets are the center of attention and completely pampered while they are here! My husband also works from home. We have a fenced in yard. We have a swimming pool that is uncovered from April - September so if that is a safety concern with your dog this is not a good fit. We do have a pool alarm that notifies us if anything enters the pool.
“Liz is great. She’s now been with me and my rescue, Georgia for a few months. I was using a few other walkers who just couldn’t work out for us. Liz came in and is now my primary walker. She’s attentive, and always leaves me an additional note of how the walk went and how Georgia did. My dog also loves Liz and always gives her love when she sees her. I highly recommend Liz!!”
About: I’ve been near pets basically my entire life. They’re more like family to me. Enjoy taking them on outdoor walks, play with them, and have a connection. On another note, I’m latina, so if your pet only understands spanish, I got it covered. I currently have three dogs and have them on a routine. I will keep the same routine. However, feel free to submit any instructions and will accomodate accordingly. I keep my dogs on a routine, so I try to do the same with others. I like to make them feel comfortable, safe and at home. It is key they can be themselves.
