“Pat just feels like family at this point! We are so thankful for the amazing care she gives our energetic pup! Finnegan just loves her and we are so thankful we don’t have to worry. We were on a 10 day vacation and she provided wonderful updates and never had a worry! Thank you so so much again Pat!!!”

“Wrigley had a wonderful stay with Mark and Vicki! We received lots of daily updates and pictures, which made our vacation enjoyable because we knew he was in great hands. He came home a happy boy from all the love and snuggles he received during his stay. We would definitely recommend Mark and Vicki to anyone needing a sitter!!”

“Jessica took great are of our dog while we were away. The daily photos she sent showed that Sundance was comfortable in his temporary surroundings, which gave us peace of mind. She has a nice fenced yard where dogs can enjoy outdoors time. She was available for meet/greet and drop off/pick up. All went smoothly!”

“Wonderful experience boarding with Jenna! Lovely fenced yard, lots of love provided, and payed careful attention to my pups’ needs. Very friendly yet professional setting. Would reboard again without reservation!”

“Kathleen and Nathan took excellent care of our dog. We were passing through the area on our way home from the east coast and needed a place for Dilly to get some exercise and play before we continued our trip. Dilly enjoyed playing in their large, fenced yard and had fun playing with their kids. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Dilly was happy and relaxed and ready to go the next day.”

“Nathan and Jenna we're great. The dogs got 24/7 attention and love from them, the other dogs and the kids. We'll be called them up again for the next time we need a sitter.”

“Susan and Doug were excellent taking care of Russell for 2 weeks when we were out of the country. Russelll adjusted well and was happy getting a lots of walks, love and attention. We received daily updates. We are new in the area and was very lucky to have found Susan in Rover. Thank you so much!”

“We had our 2 puppies stay with Zachary and it was absolutely wonderful! They were playing and looked so happy the moment they got into his backyard. Will absolutely book with him again and highly recommend his services!”

“Kim is so wonderful! My dog is young and gets food aggressive with other animals, but she handled it great and was very accommodating to her needs. Her two dogs are so sweet and her home is a great environment for my dog. My dog seemed very comfortable and loved. I received plenty of pictures (which I adore). I would highly recommend Kim to care for your pup!”

“Sarah is very professional and thorough! She took notes about all of my puppy’s preferences and made sure to follow up with me throughout her stay. My dog got lots of love, care, and play with Sarah!”

“Anita was so great! My dog is super shy but she really enjoyed her stay with Anita and fern. I got updates two times a day while on vacation and was totally confident that Luna was ok.”

About: All K9 Solutions is fully insured and licensed here in Akron OH. I've been training dogs for 6 years and professionally for 4 years. After I worked for reputable training companies, one here in Akron area as the head trainer, I decided to open my own company called All K9 Solutions. I grew up with dogs, and have experience with cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, horses, chickens, and ducks as I used to manage a farm as well. I personally network all over the US with other dog trainers. One of my recent travels has been to Kansas to help host a working dog workshop with a few small departments. I have two Belgian malinois who I strive for their needs to be met daily. From mental stimulation to physical stimulation while giving them a “job”. My youngest is 3 years old and does many sports (PSA, AKC sports, and has been dabbling in odor work), and my oldest is 10, he’s a retired military explosives K9 who served on the boarder of Jordan up until 7 years old. Both the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet. All of my dogs have off leash obedience training that is kept up with. I have a background in dog training, boarding, and daycare; from puppies all the way to seniors. I strive for knowledge with dogs as there’s always new information to learn and dogs aren’t cookie cutter. I’m also an STSK9 MVP student for advanced obedience. I’m very passionate about teaching others about dogs from genetics and breeds to how their psychology works. My business hours run from 7am-10pm. My availability is open from the afternoon to night time, this way all morning routines are completed, walks, potty breaks, feeding, training sessions etc. All dogs are boarded in a home environment instead of a facility. This way your dogs aren’t as stressed being away from you, and they can comfortably enjoy their vacation too. All dogs are kenneled to ensure safety (not investing anything they shouldn’t, no free roam 24/7 with other client’s dogs you don’t know, and they have their own space to decompress). Since the yard isn't fenced in, all dogs must be leashed with a properly fitted collar with a longline when going outside, a harness, or a slip lead. However, a good peaceful walk with all the smells is always more mental and physical stimulation for the dogs than a fenced in area with limited access. Reactive dogs and fearful dogs are welcome as I have years of experience with them, and training them to grow confidence and obedience. I also have experience with special need's animals. Loud dogs are welcome too. If your dog(s) show healthy body language and do well with other dogs, my two malinois are gentle beings and always love a play mate. Minka especially, she follows the other dog's pace and reads their body language. I do ask that you leave your vet information with me and emergency vet information as well for an emergency contact if ever need be. Better safe than sorry. I also do ask for a second choice of contact incase the primary owner is unable to be reached. All dogs must be up to date on vaccines and bordetella for boarding and daycare. Safety precautions are always taken. For the well being of the dogs and myself. Please note that I do require all important behaviors are made aware of by the owners before hand and I will notify owners upon any concern of sickness or bite risks. I send updates each day as well or will add photos to your rover card.
“Sauddi was amazing with my two dogs! She sent pictures and videos every day and took them on plenty of walks. Her care was so good, I was worried that they wouldn’t want to come home 😂”

“Sydney is a great communicator and stays in touch often ensuring the safety, love and care of your pet. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter. I was at ease knowing that she communicated so well and also was able to identify potential habits that may be developing. This was the best process for us and so glad we chose this route vs boarding him. Thank you for all your understanding and patience with our baby boy.”

“I felt Savanna took good care of Felipe. He loves everyone and he is a good dog and that showed when he was with Savanna and her family. Yes I would have him stay with her again. He was taken in his morning walks and they shared videos. Nice home and family. Thank you guys”

“Great couple, loving to your per, they take great care of your pet, they provide pictures throughout your pet’s stay to keep you updated on their stay. I will always use them when needed and highly recommend them for sitting your pets.”

About: My name is Holly. I am an animal lover! I grew up on a farm, so I am familiar with care of many types of animals. I have never not had a dog in my life. I have a flexible schedue, own my own home, work remotely full-time , and am very dependable. When house sitting, i do prefer stays less than 4 days, but willing to consider longer stays. I'm looking forward to meeting and caring for your furry loved ones! Why I love dog sitting I have had at least 1 dog my whole life. I've had breeds ranging from Chihuahuas, to Boxers, to Bull Terriers. Dogs are a blessing and I love having them in my life. I will administer pills and liquid drops, but not shots. I work remotely, so I am fully available to your pet. No children or anyone else in the house, so if your dog or cat needs a relaxing stay, I can provide that.
About: My parents bred dogs, so I grew up learning how to guage a dogs personality and adjust to their needs. I am comfortable with the anxious, the high-energy, the easily triggered, the "aggressive breeds", etc. I am confident in administering medication as needed to your animals. I went to school for zoo-keeping. Providing enrichment and taking great care of your animals is something that I take pride in. If you have any other animals I am more than happy to include them in my care- I have experience with them all, almost. I currently work alongside my husband. We are renovating a few homes in the area, therefore I can usually adjust my schedule and am available almost 24/7. I have a reliable Chevy Cruz that is fondly accustomed to dog hair. You will receive updates from me often, but feel free to request additional updates. I am very communicative and quick to respond. You can count on me being observant, responsible and proactive with your animals at all times.
About: I’ve loved dogs my entire life, and now that I’m recently retired, I have the time to give them the attention, care, and companionship they deserve. I treat every dog like part of the family—whether we’re going for a walk, playing fetch, or just relaxing together. With a calm, patient nature and a flexible schedule, I can focus fully on your pet’s needs and routines. You can rest easy knowing they’ll be safe, happy, and loved like one of my own. I am recently retired and am available all of the time. I currently have two small dogs of my own and watching an additional dog would be no trouble at all. If you dog stays with me, they will be treated just like my own pet. I am able to walk them, feed them special diets, or administer oral medication. I am home almost all of the time and can give them the attention they need.

“I had a great experience with Emily walking my dog, Rocket! She let me know when she arrived, sent me photos, and provided a detailed summary of how the walk went. Because the conditions near my house meant Rocket could not walk a long distance, Emily spent the remainder of the time allotted for the walk working on some command training - she was very thoughtful in asking me beforehand to confirm what commands I was working on with Rocket. I'll be happy to book with Emily again!”

About: I have 6 years of hands-on experience walking and handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I worked as a veterinary assistant for 1.5 years caring for dogs and cats. Prior to this I spent 3 years at a shelter specializing in abused pit bulls. I’m comfortable with high-energy, strong, and rescue dogs, and I also have work experience as a kennel technician caring for cats. Whatever their personality type or energy level, my goal is to make your pets feel safe, understood, and cared for like they’re my own. Im currently in the processing of completing a 10 week pet grooming course that i attend Mon-Fri, 9-4. So, I will be available for house sitting on weekdays, 5 pm to 7:30 am. I can house sit and provide constant care on the weekends if needed. I can walk dogs or do check-ins any day of the week, however Mon-Fri i am only available in the early morning and also after 5pm. I will keep your pets' home environment, clean, safe and calm. For kitties, I can clean litter boxes, follow specific feeding/play routine or simply just be a calm caring presence. For dogs, I can also follow any feeding or enrichment routines you may have, nothing is too elaborate or complex! I have much experience caring for animals in need of highly specific care. I live an active lifestyle so i will have no problem wearing out your puppy or higher energy dog! I can do brisk walks or even runs. I also have a special place in my heart for older pups. I pay especially close attention if a dog is elderly or arthritic. I will never make them feel rushed or forced and I will let them set the pace for the day, depending on their mood and energy level.
“Nathan did a great job with my new rescue dog who was scared and timid of a stranger in the home. He was patient and able to win him over to make a new friend. Will definitely use Nathan in the future.”

About: I have owned cats my entire life, and I have been raising my own for the past 7 years. Animals have always had a special place in my heart. I am a student and working part-time this summer, so I will have a lot of availability and can be available on short notice if needed. I have a calm energy and can read your pets body language very well. Perfect for if your furry friend is more on the anxious side! I will bring patience and understanding to any type of personality.
About: Life long animal lover, I have experience with dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, ducks, fresh water aquariums and hamsters. It delights me to give other pet owners peace of mind while they are away from their furry, feathery or even scaley family members by providing care, companionship and security. Pet care is my main schedule priority, I also work as a wellness counselor part time but generally have a lot flexibility in my schedule as I mainly operate remotely for that and I am happy to work with you and your furbabies schedule needs. I do not currently offer care within my own home due to limited space but I am very happy to care for your pets within your own home or by taking them to a trail or park where they can be their happiest and most comfortable. It's important to me to ensure animals stick to their routines to ensure the least amount of stress while owners are away so the more detailed care instructions provided the better, I'm not afraid to adust my personal schedule to best fit the needs of any pet!
“Marie is always willing to help me out with anything Winston may need while she and Jorge are with him. Such a relief to know they have my back and love on Winston when I'm not able to!!! Highly recommend”

Keeping your pet happy and in good care is my goal, always. From walks, to playtime, to just keeping them company, to anything else (i know each dog’s personality is unique and that they each have different needs, and I will treat them as such), I will always be happy and willing to do what I can. I am lucky enough to have a pretty flexible schedule, so depending on what your needs are, I am happy to do whatever I can to make that work! Keeping your pet safe is my top priority. I know that what that means specifically will always depend on each person and their fur baby. However you want your little friend taken care of, that is what I’ll do.

About: I have had dogs my entire life. Over the past 15 years I've become quite fond of special needs and rescue pups. I have 3 awesome dogs and a cat that have chosen us to be there family. I know how terrifying it can be to leave your fur babies with a sitter but I can promise they will be happy and comfortable with me. So if you're like my family and need someone you can trust with your pets we are here to help. We do have 3 kiddos that love the animals too. We are all very pet friendly and we all work together to take care of our fur friends and make sure they are happy and feel loved all the time!
About: Hi! I’m Erin, an Ohio State graduate with over 10 years of pet sitting experience, specializing in dog/cat care. I offer both drop-in visits and overnight stays, with a big focus on making sure your pet stays in their normal routine. I’m confident handling different sizes, temperaments, and leash behaviors, and always prioritize safety and consistency. What sets me apart is the level of care and attention I bring. I’m very detail-oriented and tuned in to behavior, so I pick up quickly on what makes each dog comfortable. I keep communication clear and consistent with updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I also keep things clean, calm, and organized in your home during visits or overnight stays. I’ve been an animal lover my whole life and have two cats of my own, so I truly understand the trust that goes into leaving your pet with someone. With years of building my long term clientele, I can assure you your pets will be treated like my own everytime! My goal is to make your dog or cat feel secure, cared for, and as close to their normal routine as possible while you’re away. If you’re looking for someone reliable who goes beyond the basics, I’d love to connect and meet your pets:) I have dedicated my days and weekends to providing loving care for animals! I’m fortunate to have a flexible schedule that allows me to make pet sitting a priority in my day to day life. Most of my experience has been pet sitting in the owners home or drop ins! I provide overnight services as well. Since I have 2 cats of my own, I would allow dogs to stay at my home if they have experience being around cats. I am dedicated to making each animal feel as comfortable as possible and making sure they feel loved while you are away.
About: Hi there! I’m a lifelong animal lover and proud dog parent to my 7-year-old lab/german shepherd/golden retriever mix, Sophie. With over 10 years of pet sitting for friends, family, and coworkers, I’ve built a reputation for being responsible and attentive. I work full-time in marketing and own my home, that includes a fenced-in backyard for plenty of playtime. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and have family members and friends who work in veterinary care, so I’m well-equipped to handle any situation that arises. My heart is big for all animals, and I’ve even helped reunite lost pets with their families on more than one occasions. From kittens and puppies to seniors, I can’t wait to care for your furry companions! I’m currently working full time, but I work 5 minutes from my house and am available to check on pets throughout the day when in my care. Additionally, my fiancé works from home, so there will almost always be a responsible adult in the home to look after fur babies. The company I work for allows us to work flexible schedules and we are able to adjust our in/out time for our work days whenever needed. I have a fenced in back yard and currently have one pet in my home, Sophie. Sophie has grown up living with other dogs in our home (up until a few years ago), since she was a puppy! Shes very friendly and patient with other dogs usually, big or small, but a very high energy level dog might not be a good fit for our home. Sophie is great with seniors and medium to low energy dog/puppies. She is great about knowing when another animal wants to play or if they’d rather have their space. There is plenty of space to crate your animals in my house as well. I have a consistent feeding/walking/medication routine with Sophie, and will provide your pets with a reliable routine as well to help them feel as little of a disturbance to their regular schedule as possible. I’m an attentive person and will send you updates and photos of your fur babies often. There is an emergency vet clinic less than 6 miles away from my house in case of any emergencies.
About: Since I was young, I’ve always had a pet. After college I finally got a pet of my own and they’ve just multiplied over the years! Dogs are my specialty - I’ve taken care of dogs belonging to friends and family & I’ve trained both of my dogs since they were puppies. I’d say what sets me apart from others is that I have plenty of time in the afternoons (and any time during the weekend) to take care of your pup because my job ends early in the day unlike a 9-5 job. I have years of experience under my belt and I just really love animals. Always have and always will! As a teacher, I am always home early on the weekdays so I’ll have plenty of time every afternoon to play with & walk your dog! I am available any time on the weekends and I can board Fri-Sun. My husband and I have a big fenced in yard and 2 friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company! We are firm believers in lots of walks, lots of playtime, and positive reinforcement.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals ever since I can remember. Started with having my own pets as a child and raising orphan wildlife, then moving on to a carrier in veterinary. I’ve been working as licensed veterinary technician since 2009 and going strong. I still work part time at a clinic but spending more time at home now to raise my family. I am very comfortable with medical needs, including injections, and hold a special place in my heart for the elderly pets. I do still work part time at a vet clinic, but half days so your kiddos wouldn’t be going long periods without potty breaks and attention. I have a large fenced in yard that has direct access from the walkout basement where boarding pets stay. Your kiddo will be treated as one of the family, playing out in the yard and a lot of Netflix and chill on the couch. While I do have 2 dogs of my own, they will be kept separated from any boarding pets. We are surrounded by woods and wildlife so rabies vaccine and flea/tick prevention is a requirement to stay in our home.
“First time using Rover. My Remy enjoyed his stay with Warren especially his fenced-in backyard where he can roam around freely. He sent us pics and videos of his stay so we are confident that he is being taken care of. We'll definitely use him again. We highly recommend him.”

“Isabel was a gem ! She’s an obvious dog lover who took Lily on daily walks and to the dog park. She texted and sent photos daily which helped me immensely. She has a huge fenced in backyard so there’s plenty of room for the dog(s). Isabel was a great fit for us and I would use her again.”

“Cassie and family were great with Buckeye. He seemed like he was on vacation while we were on ours. The pictures and chats were very helpful in keeping us informed. We will definitely use Cassie again for Buckeye if she will have him. 😊”

“Shannnon was amazing with my boys! I’ve never really left them with anyone but family and she made me feel like they were her family! She sent lots of photos and updated me throughout their stay! I would be happy to let my dogs go stay with her any time I needed! The dogs didn’t want to come back home when I picked them up!”

“Megan and her family were wonderful!! My pup Zoey seemed to have a great time and is wore out from all the fun! She got to play with Megan's two sons, their dog, neighbor kids, went on walks, and tagged along doing errands for the car ride! Thanks so so much for caring for our girl, Megan!”

“Lindsay was an amazing sitter for my baby Theodore. She was attentive, patient, sweet, and also gives updates on how he was doing the whole time. I got daily pictures of him and it made me really happy. I will book her again and again. Highly recommend.”

“Paula and Bill (and Marty!) were absolutely wonderful. When another solution fell through at the last minute, they quickly stepped in to care for Loki during a family event with very short notice. Their warm and caring personalities put me completely at ease, and their home is lovely and welcoming. The attention to detail they showed in caring for him was exactly what I needed during a stressful time. They turned what could have been a difficult situation into an absolute relief. Highly recommend! Thank you!”
