“My experience with Jenna and Nathan exceeded my expectations more than I can say. I have a rescue dog who is very shy. I have never left her anywhere and did not know what to expect. I had lots of anxiety about leaving her. But, they were so good with her. Their children were so attentive to her. They are genuinely very nice, caring people. They have a large fenced in backyard and their house is so perfect for the dogs comfort. . They really take their job serious. They walked Maddie. They took her for rides in the car. They played with her and the other dogs outside. They treated her like she was a member of their family. Sent at least two videos a day with comments that kept me informed about how she was adjusting. Towards the end of the week I was afraid Maddie would not even want to go home with us. I highly recommend Nathan and Jenna. I feel like I can actually go away for a couple days at a time now as long as they are able to babysit my sweet pup. Another wonderful thing about them is that one of them is home at all times. At least they were able to do that the week we were gone.”

About: There has never been a time in my life without a cat in the house. I grew up in a rural area where people would dump kittens so we always had cats we took in, and once had to bottle feed a little of 7. We still have one of the cats from that litter she is turning 11! We are happy to share our dogs food but would prefer food is delivered with the dog for stays. We are used to dogs that have a tendency to run if given the chance but appreciate heads up so we can be extra attentive.

I’m able to provide frequent potty breaks and check-ins, including hourly relief when needed, and I can do multiple drop-ins throughout the day. Because I’m home often, I’m also able to give pets consistent attention, supervision, and routine support. Care looks a little different depending on whether I’m in your home or mine, but my top priorities are always safety, routine, and clear communication. I expect to communicate frequently during your pet's visit with me. In my home: For daycare or boarding, I require that dogs are crate trained, since dogs will be crated overnight and anytime I’m not home. I also require up-to-date vaccine records to keep everyone safe. I have two dogs of my own, so I carefully monitor introductions and compatibility. We do have a yard, but it is not fenced, so all outdoor time is supervised and on-leash. In your home: During our meet & greet, we’ll go over your pet’s routine in detail (feeding, potty breaks, walks, medication, etc.). I ask that any important care instructions are also listed in your pet’s Rover profile in writing, so everything is clear and consistent. I’m happy to follow your household routines as close as possible during the visit.
About: Your pet is treated as my own and a family member. Your fur baby is not crated unless you request that and provide the crate. Your pet gets to go outside and run and play several times a day. I go out and encourage playing and running for exercise. When the weather permits, we walk through the field and explore along the canal. If your pet is older and doesn't want to play or explore, that's ok. I have plenty of shaded areas for them to just lounge and take a snooze while I sit with them and read. I would love to share your fur babies with you. Must provide proof of all shot records (including Kennel Cough vaccine). I insist on a meet and greet to make sure that your fur baby is going to be a good match with our family. I do not board pit bulls (or pit mixes), German Shepherds, Rottweilers it any aggressive dogs for my safety as well as my pup. I am retired. I never leave your pups alone. If I need to run to the store, my husband is here with the pups. When the pups are outside, I'm outside work them. I have a large fenced in back yard and a standard poodle that would love to play with your pup/pups and keep them company. She loves having new playmates.

About: I have grown up around so many animals such as dogs, cats, livestock, fish and hamsters! I’ve learned how to take proper care of and give them the life they deserve and more. I do then work full time monday- friday 10-12 hour days, but weekends and some weekdays i’m available and all for playing with puppies and any other animals! At home I do not have a fenced in yard and my dogs know the commands and know where they’re allowed to go and where they’re not allowed to go. At a clients house I will accommodate any needs their pets may have or continue with the animals routines as close as I can!

About: I love all animals, right now I only take care of my own two guinea pigs but I wish I had a dog or cat to take care of! I used to babysit two cats and one of them had diabetes so I know how to do that if your pets need at home shots! I am always off work Wednesdays but there are a few days I work every other week and can take care of of your pets mostly in the morning on those days but Wednesdays is all day if needed! About: I've had dogs growing up, five of them being German shepherds and the other four being a lab and two mutts and a dachshund, and we've had tons of cats. We currently have two German shepherds and I walk them a ton and I spend a lot of time taking care of them, and then we have a dachshund who I just rescued from the place I work at. The place I worked at does dog boarding/daycare/training. I was a kennel tech so I just took care of all the boarding and daycare doggies. And on the weekends I also took care of all the training dogs when/if the trainers were away. I worked there for over year and loved it, only leaving because I started college and moved away. I started at some neighbouring farms, doing farm work so I could ride their horses and earn some money. I then did a couple restaurant jobs and then found the place I currently work at. The most I have dealt with at one time was seven dogs in total. I have watched people's dogs get trained while at work and I have been trained to use an e-collar and a prong collar so I am able to use those correctly! About: I’ve had 2+ dogs in my entire life. In my adult life I’ve had 2+ service dogs that travel with me. I am a critical care nurse who has taken pet CPR as far as safety. I have emergency meds as well. I had lots of anxiety about leaving her. But, they were so good with her. Their children were so attentive to her. They are genuinely very nice, caring people. They have a large fenced in backyard and their house is so perfect for the dogs comfort. . They really take their job serious. They walked Maddie. They took her for rides in the car. They played with her and the other dogs outside. They treated her like she was a member of their family. Sent at least two videos a day with comments that kept me informed about how she was adjusting. Towards the end of the week I was afraid Maddie would not even want to go home with us.
