About: Our property is a lush 5 acres. We have a fenced-in dog run, but we have lots of land for walks. We have two beautiful labradors: Abilene and Odessa (8 years old). They like having friends over to socialize and play. You can rest assured that we will treat your dog like one of our family. We love dogs, so care is easy! About: Originally from upstate NY, I spent time working as a professional veterinary assistant in Atlanta, GA while in school. In this role, I worked directly under a veterinarian to monitor, clean, and provide medical check-ups for dogs at local pet centers, while also providing care for other animals at a boarding and daycare resort. We sit on 10 acres of land, featuring 3 groomed acres for supervised play and 7 acres of private woods. While our yard is only partially fenced, we have two large, fully enclosed decks that are completely fenced in—perfect for safe sunbathing, lounging, and secure outdoor activities. We also utilize a collapsible fence that we can pull out and set up to create customized secure boundaries if necessary. For exercise, dogs are strictly supervised and kept on-leash as we head down the driveway to our private access point for the D&H Canal trail, keeping them completely away from traffic.

About: I've loved them all. From guinea pigs to rabbits, hamsters and ferrets, parrots and fish, cats and dogs. I have experience with dogs of many breeds, from German shepherds to Chihuahuas, newfoundlands and jack russells. I try and understand every dog breed to understand their unique needs. No dog is the same! But they all love unconditionally, so I try and give them the same. I have some training in puppies and have experience with puppies as well as elders. I've house sat in the pets homes where I know they are comfortable and can have their routines and environments. I just want to give each pet whatever it is they need. I have had pets since I was born, my first dog being a boxer. Almost never without a dog, but certainly never without a pet. Currently I have a german shepherd/collie mix named Blue. Even at six years old, he has the energy of a puppy! We run every day in a field nearby, sometimes visit the dog park, and have frequent visits with his dog friends. Making sure he is happy and healthy is a daily priority in my life. In the clients home, I get in depth information on their pets routines, food schedules and preparations, walking and play time, and whether they are crated or not.
