About: Like many others, I am a dog lover and was raised taking care of family dogs. Unlike others, that passion led to training and classes, competing in dog sports, and now, competing in dog shows. I have experience with many breeds of all sizes, senior pet care, reactive dog care and training. I would love to help you with your pet care needs! I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate most dogs’ needs. I currently have open availability for boarding, daycare, walks, and drop in visits. Dogs are treated like one of my own! I take your dog out for leashed potty breaks several times a day, according to their needs. While I am working, your dog can settle on the couch or one of the many dog beds, or relax and play with my dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Foxhound). If your dog likes the crate, I have an extra for them. When I run errands, your dog will be crated or gated in a separate room from my dogs for safety. I live on 4 acres next and next to a cemetery, so I can take your dog for relaxing walks in a peaceful environment.

She sent pictures and updates each day to let me know how he was doing and that really put my mind at ease since I’ve never used Rover or left Munchkin with anyone outside of family before. Munchkin is a cavapoo, so his fur can get tangled pretty easily as well but Carol brushed him every day and he came home tangle-free which really shows the care she puts into the dogs she boards. She even had me fill out additional info regarding Munchkin just so she knew more about him and the best way to care for him while I was away. As soon as I was able to as an adult I rescued a dog and a cat because no home is complete without the pitter-patter of furry feet. I have a beagle/poodle mix that is two years old that loves to have friends to play with. He sleeps in the bed, but if you prefer your doggie to be crated I can do that too. I am a nursing student at Hartwick college and can easily work about my schedule to take care of pets. I am unavailable on Thursdays, but every other day works depending on my schedule. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 11 years old. It started with my family dog, along with family members dogs. I would walk them and feed them. I then got my own dogs that I do all care for. I started fostering with a local rescue in 2022. I’ve cared for dogs with medical issues. Anywhere from Seizure disorders, parasites and other various medical issues. I treat every dog that I care for as if they’re my own. I currently work full time, M-F 730a-330p. I am able to check in, walk, feed, etc, dogs before work, during my lunch and after work. I have 2 dogs of my own. We live in a 3 bedroom house. Unfortunately, I don’t have a fenced in yard. I do take my dogs on multiple walks everyday along with utilizing a tie out (if they want to stay out longer), and would do the same with yours, so they get some outside time.

There were two times that she canceled morning of and, with that late notice, I was not able to leave work or get anyone else to take him out.
