“You can tell how much Natasha and Hamir really care about dogs and they took such good care of our 6-month poodle puppy Jujuba during our 10-day trip. We were very worried as it was our first time away from our puppy but they did an amazing job treating him as if he was theirs and putting all our worries at ease. Natasha sent us updates everyday with pictures and prioritized Jujuba’s safety. The dog area is separated from the kitchen by gates, so you don’t need to worry about puppy swallowing something that’s not good for them. Natasha and Hamir not only took him on regular walks, but also kept him away from heat when it was too hot outside. Our puppy gets some eye allergy and Natasha cleaned his eyes as I asked. We could see how comfortable and happy Jujuba got with them when we picked him up. We will definitely use them again in future! 🥰🥰”

“We had great experience leaving our boys with Nicole and Csaba! I was initially nervous, this is the first time using Rover and finding a place For our dogs. We are from Washington State and wanted to go into New York City and not e on a short time constraint.. Nicole and Csaba are definitely dog people and the boys were very comfortable with them!! “Terrance was kind and communicative from texting to the day we picked up Moose. We needed a sitter in the area last-minute and, as soon as we met him, knew our girl was in good hands. He answered questions about the space she’d be spending the most time in, encouraged us to bring stuff that would make her feel comfortable, assured her safety, and sent updates with pics. His kind demeanor and professionalism was so reassuring and allowed us a peaceful weekend. 10/10 recommend Terrance and would book his services again!”
“Cici was wonderful with Ruby! I had another rover fall through and Cici worker with me to find a solution. We were able to have a very slow and steady meet and greet. It gave Ruby a ton of confidence for the stay. All the updates about how my pup was fitting in with her family were great. She handled the pup well. Would highly recommend”
