Debbie not only took it upon herself to take out the trash after cleaning the litter box, but picked up packages for us that had arrived during our time away, and she brushed Theo daily and gave him a lot of love so he didn’t feel so lonely. About: I have a very dog friendly home with a dog door accessible to a large fully fenced in yard. If your dog enjoys swimming during the summer months, my pool is dog friendly. I enjoy sending photos and videos of your pup(s) all day long. I visit the dog park for ball throwing and safe, leashed walks 2-3 times a day. At home play breaks in the fenced in yard are common practice in my house. Snuggles on the couch are a must! My yard is completely safe for dogs. I always provide fresh water and enjoy spending time with dogs: petting them, playing with them, talking to them and walking them. Dogs are the best! They all have their own personality and there is something special and charming about every dog.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 5 years through a mix of personal, volunteer, and professional experience. I grew up pet sitting for neighbors, friends, and family, so I’ve been trusted with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities from a young age. My parents also have two yorkies who I’ve helped care for over the years, which taught me a lot about routines, patience, and understanding each dog’s unique quirks. I also spend a couple of years working in a veterinary hospital in a client-care role. Even though I wasn’t a vet tech, I interacted with dogs every day and learned how to stay calm, read their body language, and make them feel comfortable in a new or unfamiliar environments. On my work from home days, I’m able to do quick walks throughout the day, especially around lunchtime or early afternoon. I’m available for drop/ins with plenty of notice. I’m also able to house sit on the days I’m remote or on weekends, and I make sure your pet’s routine stays consistent and stress free. About: I have great experience with all types of animals in all ranges of age and necessities. I have worked at a barn as well as volunteer at my local animal shelter. I also grew up fostering puppies and kittens as young as days old. I have multiple pets of my own and they are my whole world, I treat any animal with the same level of respect. I work part time but my schedule is very flexible with an enough time in advance. I am free pretty much all day on weekends and most consistently after 3 on weekdays. However my schedule does shift and I am an early riser so I can make most other times work. I currently do not offer home services in my personal house. About: In addition to dogs and cats, I love and have cared for many animals my entire life. I grew up caring for the family cat, dog sitting for friends and family, and working for the Prospect Park Zoo in NYC. As an adult I've volunteered for multiple animal shelters, and now care for my own baby Tortoise. As someone with a pet myself, I know how important it is that your sitter adores and respects your animals' needs. I prioritize your animal's health, safety, and happiness! I am a graduate student, giving me a pretty flexible schedule! I am typically completely free Thursday through Sunday. Drop off visits are possible Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, especially in the mornings or later at night. Making sure pets get the attention they need is a top priority for me. Being a student, writer, and researcher, I work mostly at home. This allows me to spend additional time hanging out with those pets that enjoy some human company. I also love hiking, walking, and spending time outdoors. So if your pup needs to get some energy out in the woods, I'll be more than happy to be their guide! I can house small pets for a night or two - I live in a ~700 square foot apartment with a balcony and ample access to the outdoors. But someone cannot always be home, so cats and independent small dogs are preferred.

About: I've been involved in dog rescue for over 20 years and often board former foster pups. I give a lot of attention and soft play to minimize the stress of their owners being away. I recently completed a 220 hour veterinary assistant certification. I have a flexible work schedule Monday-Friday which allows me to leave midday for walks, feedings, etc. Weekends are typically wide open. I am available for sunrise and sunset walks at the local golf course or in your neighborhood. I am off for the summers and all school holidays. Pets in my home enjoy lots of exercise and soft play--fetch, tug of war, etc. Dogs that prefer to stay home will have a minimum of 3 visits per day for feeding, exercise and play. For golf course walks, I offer free pickup within two miles of the route from my house to the course.

My lower sitting fees are a result of a smaller service area and limited availability due to a separate work schedule. If you need a walk, please book a walk and not a drop in. Drop ins are for fenced in private yards, cat visits, and other similar situations.** I have a very flexible schedule and I am happy to commit to both long and short term care.
