About: I take pride in my work and strive to treat each and every animal I care for as I would my own personal pets. I have worked in the pet care industry for over ten years now. I began dog walking in NYC, then managed a luxury boarding/daycare facility for dogs in East Syracuse. About: Originally from upstate NY, I spent time working as a professional veterinary assistant in Atlanta, GA while in school. One of our dogs just turned 15 and I’ve witnessed Alexis and her helper be very conscious and protective of her around the other more rambunctious dogs. She’s also super communicative and sweet, always responds to messages quickly, and sends photo updates. I am so happy that we found her!”

“Tiffany took great care of my dog. The photos she sent during my time away were comforting, in that I could see that the dog was both healthy and having a good time. I was a little worried because I haven't had her too long and she's a rescue, so I didn't want her to feel displaced again. However, she settled right in at Tiffany's and settled back in at home, easily, which shows that she was not overly anxious about having been dropped there, thanks to the wonderful care she was provided.”
“Cindy was the best! Would highly recommend. We were in a tight because our son's surgery was rescheduled for earlier than expected and she agreed to watch our dog Remy very last minute. She was thorough in understanding his feeding/sleeping/bathroom needs and sent pics of him during his stay! She was easy to reach at all times and responded very quickly. She took him out for walks and played with him indoors when the weather got bad. We are grateful for such a caring thorough sitter and will definitely be reaching out to her to watch our Remy again. “David and his family were incredible with my Moosey. This was the longest I’ve ever been away from her and I am extremely grateful to have found care that is so considerate and joyful. Moose has a ton of energy and personality, and David and his family ensured that she was loved, exercised, and understood like the puppy baby she thinks she is. He communicated thoroughly about her day-to-day and checked in about any deviations to their or her regular schedule. He is also very flexible and understanding, which I truly appreciated before and after a long trip abroad. Though they are moving, I truly hope (and know Moose does as well) to rebook their services in the future. Amazing, loving, knowledgable family with amazing snacks! Definitely recommend.”

“It is so hard for me to leave my pup behind when I travel. Working with Chester really put me at ease. He is very warm, authentic and kind. His daily reports, photos and videos helped me feel connected to my pup while I was away. Chester was able to see my pup’s personality strengths and struggles with insight. I was really happy that Fred had some other dogs to play with and hang with. It was a nice small group not too many, not too few. I would strongly recommend Chester as a caretaker for your furry friend.”
