We have experience with a wide range of personalities, including anxious dogs, energetic dogs, and those who need a little extra structure or reassurance. We’re trained in dog leadership techniques that help dogs feel secure, confident, and part of the pack, along with advanced obedience experience for more challenging behaviours. But beyond the training side, we simply love spending time with dogs. Long walks, playtime, cuddles, enrichment, and making them feel at home are the heart of what we do. Our goal is for you to leave feeling confident your dog is genuinely cared for, understood, and loved while you are away. We work regular weekdays 8-4. I work from home 2 days a week, which I can usually schedule to be home as much as possible while your dog is with us. When in the office, your dog will be lounging in our comfortable home from 7am-4pm. We have no current pets and only take one family at a time, so your dog(s) will have plenty of individualized attention and avoid the stress of other personalities. Our large property is not fenced, so we will always personally walk your dog around the property. This helps create a trust bond quickly with your dog, and means that your dog will never be left unsupervised in a yard. We love to send you pics throughout the visit!

In fact, most people do not agree to board him once they hear about his anxiety issues. With Bridget, it was completely different. She agreed to board him right away so we could travel with the family for 7 days, and that gave us so much peace of mind. She is one of those people who, when you meet her, feels like someone you have known for years. She was like magic with Togo. He had fun, met other dogs, and for the first time he was actually able to play with them. He did great. Bridget was kind, responsive, and clearly loved Togo. I would recommend her to anyone who wants real peace of mind when going away. Her place is awesome, and the dogs get to live and play almost like they are in their natural habitat. About: My family started off with small dogs. By the time I was in middle school we were rescue housing huge dogs. I love cats. I might like them more than any other animal. I’ve dealt with puppies to old age dogs. I’m currently in PT school and looking to make extra cash. I’m open to discuss schedules and availability outside of what is listed on my calendar. About: I have had my own dogs for 9 years, In which I have taken care of their food, walking, medicine, and play time. I also love to hug them. I am a home-school mom of a 14 year old boy. I have a Yorkie Chihuahua who can play with your dog and make some new friends. I do not have a fence but I walk my dog with a chain, and at home they can walk freely. I preferably don't like them on my sofas or bed though.

I am the kind of person that will go see the dog and not talk to all the people that are there. I have taken care of a number of dogs in my life of all sizes and all the characters and can say without a doubt that I can definitely handle a lot with training or medication. You would not be disappointed in having me as your pet sitter. The dog will be a part of my family just like it was my very own and will have cuddles and playtime nonstop. I am retired. In the summer, I am out and about a little more, but when I have a dog, I will make sure that they are well taken care of with walks before I leave and when I return My house is very pet friendly. When I am home, they will have the run of the house. If I have to step out, they will be put in their kennel if they have one or they will be left in the family room with a baby gate at the door. About: I am a former dog owner of an 18 year old Cockapoo I lost 1,5 years ago. Prior to this I cared for my 19 year old Spaniel/terrier. In addition, I am listed on Trusted House sitters as a Five star House/pet sitter. My last girl, I took care of her in Pallative state, administering, meds, special allergy bathing , going to the Vet for fluids and other treatments. Carry her down the deck stairs for her potty time when her ability was no longer there to climb up and down stairs etc. I had both of my dogs as a puppy and trained them with some dog trainers and my own training. I still have bedding, dishes, wire and mesh crate, toys! I am retired, I have some spare time depending on some days between appointments and trips into Ottawa. I would be more available during the day and early evenings I have a fenced yard, with plenty of grass down below the deck area. I am close to walking trails and sidewalks outside of my home. When we walk our dogs are always leashed . Visiting dogs are free to lounge on the back deck or lawns and will always be tethered

I have experience with oral and injection medication as my previous pets (cats and dog) were seniors and had diabetes and renal disease in their advanced age. I can also apply eye drops. I’m currently living in the heart of Russell and looking to provide help for pet owners who might be in a bind. I have access to a car, willing to walk and play with your pets. I currently volunteer as a foster for Sit with Me Rescue and the Ottawa Humane Society, which means I have a clear criminal record check. I am bilingual (English and French), so can speak to you furry friends in their language of choice 🤗 I currently work from home 3 days a week and have a flexible schedule with my main gig. I can come visit, play, feed, give medication to your pet on a pretty flexible basis. I would care for your pet as I care for mine. Using common sense like not leaving door wide open and ensuring leashes are attached properly when leaving the home.
