“Jessica and her family were amazing. They watched our 6 month old puppy and 7 year old dog for 4 nights while we were on a vacation. The older dog gets anxiety when she would stay at a boarding facility due to being around lots of dogs, barking and sleeping in a kennel. She experienced none of that while with Jessica. She came home happy, calm and most importantly, with an appetite. She took them on long walks everyday, played with them and treated them as her own. She is great about communication with pics and constant daily updates. Your dogs will be in great, loving hands with Jessica. I will certainly use her again for all my dog sitting needs.”

He's pretty cranky for a 9-pound ball of fluff and Jennifer kept him happy and exercised with multiple walks per day and lots of chances to explore outside. Kodi can be avoidant or sometimes fearful of larger dogs, but he seemed at ease interacting with the other pups he met during his stay. Jennifer was super flexible and accommodating, thank you!!”

About: Like many others, I am a dog lover and was raised taking care of family dogs. Unlike others, that passion led to training and classes, competing in dog sports, and now, competing in dog shows. I have experience with many breeds of all sizes, senior pet care, reactive dog care and training. I would love to help you with your pet care needs! I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate most dogs’ needs. I currently have open availability for boarding, daycare, walks, and drop in visits. Dogs are treated like one of my own! I take your dog out for leashed potty breaks several times a day, according to their needs. While I am working, your dog can settle on the couch or one of the many dog beds, or relax and play with my dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Foxhound). If your dog likes the crate, I have an extra for them. When I run errands, your dog will be crated or gated in a separate room from my dogs for safety. I live on 4 acres next and next to a cemetery, so I can take your dog for relaxing walks in a peaceful environment.

About: Pet care found ME... I did not find it. After cuddling with random dogs I'd meet on the street my whole life, someone finally asked me "Why don't you take care of pets professionally?" And thus a career was born (which I've adored ever since). I owned my own pet care company for over 15 years while living in NYC and NJ. Now, I’m based in Ithaca, and look forward to taking care of your fur baby! I am not working full time and have plenty of downtime. Thus, my schedule is super flexible and easily adjustable to your pet care needs! I treat all pets as if they were my own. I had a chow chow for many years, which was a member of our family and that is how I view ALL animals. About: I've cared for dogs of different sizes over the years and I love to cuddle, walk, and pamper pups. We have a fenced in back yard and I like to take long walks with dogs if they're up for it. We have a 4 year old boxer/hound mix who is sweet with people but not great with other dogs. We keep him away from guest dogs, there's lots of room in the house for each dog to have their own space and still get lots of love from me and the family. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I take breaks through the day to care for puppies, whether that's a quick potty break, fun walk, or play time with balls and toys. When boarding, I make sure pups get any meds they need, plenty of time outside, and snuggles on the couch (if they're the snuggling type). I know some dogs need longer or shorter walks, and I make adjustments based on what they need.

About: I've had dogs my entire life from puppies to rescues! I've also been a grooming salon manager in Ithaca for 9 years. I've cared for many different breeds, ages, temperaments, and quirks all dogs have and I love them all the same. I have two dogs of my own Luke and Yoda. Luke is a 6 year old lab mix around 35 lbs. He is very loving and playful. Yoda is a 5 year old miniature fox terrier mix who has unlimited energy and is the sweetest snuggler. I am home all day with my baby and two dogs of my own so I can give the same care to some extra dogs! I treat every dog as if they are my own. I have lots of extra blankets to make sure they have there own space (i do recommend to bring some of there stuff like blankets, beds, and toys to make them more comfortable) and have extra room to separate them if they need to be alone. I will always make sure they are comfortable, happy, loved, and safe!
About: I have raised and cared for my families dogs as well as my own personal pets since I was a child. From puppy days to senior life, I have experienced it all and have enjoyed every moment of it. For me, having dogs around is a must! I currently work 4 days a week at a brewery in Rochester. I am available for walks and check-ins Tuesday/Wed all day, Thursday-Friday 8am-11am. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 11 years old. It started with my family dog, along with family members dogs. I would walk them and feed them. I then got my own dogs that I do all care for. I started fostering with a local rescue in 2022. I’ve cared for dogs with medical issues. Anywhere from Seizure disorders, parasites and other various medical issues. I treat every dog that I care for as if they’re my own. I currently work full time, M-F 730a-330p. I am able to check in, walk, feed, etc, dogs before work, during my lunch and after work. I have 2 dogs of my own. We live in a 3 bedroom house. Unfortunately, I don’t have a fenced in yard. I do take my dogs on multiple walks everyday along with utilizing a tie out (if they want to stay out longer), and would do the same with yours, so they get some outside time.
About: I always loved having pets growing up. I grew up in the country so we had a lot of space for animals to be able to run around and be outside. Dogs, cats, birds...practically every creature you can imagine. Currently I have a cat of my own, and a friend’s dog who I watch fairly regularly. It works out well because I’m a very active person who likes to get outside as much as possible—hiking when the weather permits and bringing him along with me. This is in part due to my ever-changing, flexible schedule. About: Like many others, I am a dog lover and was raised taking care of family dogs. Unlike others, that passion led to training and classes, competing in dog sports, and now, competing in dog shows. I have experience with many breeds of all sizes, senior pet care, reactive dog care and training. I would love to help you with your pet care needs! I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate most dogs’ needs. I currently have open availability for boarding, daycare, walks, and drop in visits. Dogs are treated like one of my own! I take your dog out for leashed potty breaks several times a day, according to their needs. While I am working, your dog can settle on the couch or one of the many dog beds, or relax and play with my dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Foxhound). If your dog likes the crate, I have an extra for them. When I run errands, your dog will be crated or gated in a separate room from my dogs for safety. I live on 4 acres next and next to a cemetery, so I can take your dog for relaxing walks in a peaceful environment.

About: I’ve cared for dogs for 10 yrs and have owned a cattle dog mix for 6! I’ve fostered and pet sat dogs, cats, and kittens throughout that time. I have experience giving medication, basic training, and am detail oriented when it comes to any special instructions. My priority is following your lead when it comes to what's best for your pet's safety, nurturance, and play! Right now, my care schedule is flexible! I'm available for boarding in my home or pet sitting in yours. I work part-time, two days a week as a direct service provider from my home and 1-2 events per week at Cornell. I'm intentionally staying open so I can spend time at home with my dog and am never away for long! I love taking long walks around my quiet, rural neighborhood or spending time exploring the area. I live in a quiet, rural cottage with a screened in porch, backyard and tie out. My cattle dog mix is super playful and loves other dogs! Happy to also provide care in your home, especially for cats and other animals.
“We recently had our daughter with her large very active puppy visit us for 5 days necessitating our finding a place for our dog, who is very dog reactive , to stay while she visited us. Kyle took our little dog, Toby, in at his house and gave him as close to the daily routine at his house that he has in our house everyday. Kyle gave daily updates with photos and clearly gave Toby the attention, daily walks, feeding and even held him close during a thunderstorm. We are very appreciative to know how well Toby was cared for by Kyle in his four days and nights away from home!”
