We set up a meet-n-greet with Christina and it was like love at first sight! Roxy absolutely looovvveedddd her and that was extremely comforting for us. We felt good leaving her for 2 weeks because we knew she'd be in excellent hands. Christina genuinely loves dogs, is super duper friendly and was so great about sending us updates and pictures while we were gone. We could tell Roxy had a fabulous time with her! Their kindness and attentiveness are extraordinary and they ensured to make our dog as comfortable as possible giving her love and care which made her feel as if at home. Natasha and Hamir were communicating daily with brief recap of the day and Laika’s photos from her walk and during her cozy downtime. They were willing to accommodate any requests we had. We took a two week, international trip and this was our first time leaving both dogs for this long and our first time hiring a sitter on Rover. “Arsenii was wonderful with my dog Genevieve while we had to be away for a family’s memorial. He was always kind, understanding, and sent me updates with pictures everyday without me having to ask. He also brought all her things (bed, food, toys, etc) back to my car when I picked her up, which was so generous. Genevieve also had the best time with them, and was very happy and relaxed. I’ll definitely be asking Arsenii to help out again in the future. Fully recommend him!!”
