About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs nearly my entire life, and have served as one of the primary caretakers in my family for almost all of the dogs we’ve had. I’ve taken care of dogs of all types and ages from puppies to seniors and chihuahuas to huskies I work on a contract basis and have more free time than time I’m working. I often have full weeks off and can spend that whole time with your pets. I have a cozy apartment with plenty of space for a dog, big or small. I have room to put a crate or dog bed if needed. I’d also feel comfortable staying in your home if that’s what is best for you and your dog.

It took a few days for Miso to adjust to his first ever sitter and Aaron handled it well - checking in with us when he noticed that Miso wasn't eating and seemed a little home sick. By the end of the week, Miso seemed to be having a great time. Aaron sent pictures and updates throughout the week, which was really appreciated. We would highly recommend Aaron. He was open to meeting with us before we left on vacation and asked great questions (vet info, local contacts, likes and dislikes, etc). “Our sweet Vera was recovering from ACL repair, and we are deeply grateful to Deb for taking care of her so beautifully while we attended a 3 day series of wedding events. She made sure Vera had walks of the length and nature she is permitted and cuddled her at night when she needed reassurance about our absence. Her home is incredibly suited to doggie fun and safety with a fenced play yard and even a poo;l on her deck for hot days. Vera loved sitting in the pool while cooling off during our recent heat spell. My Aunt has about 10-15 dogs on average at a time and the rescue organization had close to 50 dogs at a time I was volunteering there. “I would highly recommend Dawn to take care of your fur baby; she cared for my rambunctious Goldendoodle as if he were her own. She is conveniently located in a quaint neighborhood that has limited traffic and no unleashed dogs; so, in addition to getting exercise in Dawn’s fenced in backyard, my puppy got exercise when Dawn walked around the neighborhood. After playing with toys supplied by Dawn, my dog cozied up to her dog for a nap. About: I've had pets my entire life. For over 40 years, I've raised puppies and kitties into well-behaved, loved members of my family. I have some experience giving medicine and training. I work from home 4 days of the work week and even on the day that I’m away, pets are never left alone for more than 5-6 hours a day, which is rare at that. I walk our dog daily and there is plenty of time to go out and play in a fenced yard multiples times during the day. As mentioned above, we lets our dogs get plenty of fresh air and exercise and they are rarely alone for long stretches at a time. If I'm taking care of a pet in their own home, those pets can get walks and regular visits based on their needs.

He had a very nice setup in his home for her with multiple dog beds and even one setup by a front window for her to lookout. He was also very communicative and kept us updated throughout the day with pictures which I really appreciated. Safety, trust & environment; There are many safe trails throughout the Adirondacks that I’m comfortable walking dogs on and I always bring water to share with a on the go water bowl! When traveling with animals I always put on a gentle playlist I made for my own pets to ensure they don’t get any anxiety from the sounds of being on the road. I have a great amount of experience with bathing/ washing dogs and cats for either sensitive issues or just a routine bath for a muddy pup. I have lots of experience with handling and providing medication to animals, as well as bottle feeding with a gentle approach.

About: As a dog mom of three, I understand how important routine, safety, and trust are when someone else is caring for your dog. I provide in-home sitting, walks, and drop-in visits. I’ve cared for both large and small breeds, as well as puppies and senior dogs. I’m comfortable administering medications if needed. My goal is to make sure both you and your dog feel completely at ease while you’re away. Since I work online from home, I can be with your pets throughout the day, giving them love, attention, walks, playtime, and everything they need. Occasionally, I step out for short house cleanings, but I would only be gone for a couple of hours at most. In your home, I make sure your pets are safe, cared for, and loved. About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs nearly my entire life, and have served as one of the primary caretakers in my family for almost all of the dogs we’ve had. I’ve taken care of dogs of all types and ages from puppies to seniors and chihuahuas to huskies I work on a contract basis and have more free time than time I’m working. I often have full weeks off and can spend that whole time with your pets. I have a cozy apartment with plenty of space for a dog, big or small. I have room to put a crate or dog bed if needed. I’d also feel comfortable staying in your home if that’s what is best for you and your dog.
“Aaron was a great fit for our dog - Miso loved spending the week with him. It took a few days for Miso to adjust to his first ever sitter and Aaron handled it well - checking in with us when he noticed that Miso wasn't eating and seemed a little home sick. By the end of the week, Miso seemed to be having a great time. Aaron sent pictures and updates throughout the week, which was really appreciated. We would highly recommend Aaron. He was open to meeting with us before we left on vacation and asked great questions (vet info, local contacts, likes and dislikes, etc). We usually leave Miso at a boarder, but since our trip was going to be longer than usual we were hoping to find someone local that could give Miso more personal attention and affection - Aaron made us feel comfortable leaving Miso with him for an extended period of time. “Our sweet Vera was recovering from ACL repair, and we are deeply grateful to Deb for taking care of her so beautifully while we attended a 3 day series of wedding events. She made sure Vera had walks of the length and nature she is permitted and cuddled her at night when she needed reassurance about our absence. Her home is incredibly suited to doggie fun and safety with a fenced play yard and even a poo;l on her deck for hot days. Vera loved sitting in the pool while cooling off during our recent heat spell. Deb's extensive knowledge of dog behavior provided new insights to us; she helped us understand some of Vera's responses when we arrived and affirmed the findings of our pet shrink (yes we had one when she was a puppy). Frequent photos and updates from Deb not only exceeded expectations but they also reassured us during a difficult time for leaving Vera.
