About: 2 years ago I got my first dog, Taro, as a puppy of not even 2 months. Since then, I've immersed myself in dog training and constantly get compliments on how well-behaved my dog is. In the middle of the COVID pandemic I took some time while my classes were remote to learn and travel. One of such experiences was a 3 month stay in North Carolina with a family who had raised a number of award-winning, hunting dogs and had just adopted 2 new puppies for training. In that time I learned alot about dog obedience and good manners training. I believe my unique experiences with dogs the last nearly 2 years set me apart from a standard pet carer. I'm willing to walk dogs who have difficulties with pulling on the leash or jumping on strangers during walks. If given a regular schedule with your dog and your permission to use training treats I would be happy to help your dog improve on these problem behaviors. *Note* *I would not be bringing mine or any other client dogs on any scheduled client walks unless you give permission to. When Taro was a puppy I would sometimes take him on walks with well-behaved, older dogs to get him socialized to other dogs. If this is something you'd like me to work on with your dog that can be discussed* I have generally open availability. I walk my own dog twice day with some longer walks reserved for training sessions. I am available after 4pm most weekdays and as needed on weekends. To the specifications of the owner. I take great care to not disrupt the life of my client pup too much just because their parents are out of town.

About: I have had my own pets since I was 18yrs old. Large ones, small one all different personalities. For some reason animals love me as much as I love them. I enjoy forming that bond with them. I will treat your animals as if they are my own. I will respect you home as I expect mine too be treated. I used Rover in my home before I decided I wanted to take care of others animals. I expected no one to touch anything of mine unless it pertained to the animals. I currently work a fairly flexible job so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pets! I have two of my own dogs so house sitting needs to be flexible I have a fairly large sized yard that your pups can run in. My two fur babies are very friendly and will gladly keep your pups company

About: I've owned cats since I was a child, but I first started working with them in a more professional setting when I started volunteering at the Hornell Humane Society. Since 2023 I've rescued 6 cats, and have successfully found loving homes for all of them. It all started with a young grey tabby cat named Katherine, who currently lives with my mothers partner. Last summer I recused a litter of 5 kittens, 3 boys and 2 girls. I hand raised them from 4 weeks until I found them good homes. I currently own 2 cats, 2 girls named Juniper and Olive Oil! Both were adopted from the Hornell Humane Society in late 2024.

About: I've been around animals my entire life. I had 2 dogs and a cockatiel growing up that I helped care for. I have personally owned dogs, rats, fish, rabbits, chickens and ducks. I also used to foster small animals for a local rescue and have found fantastic homes for over 50 small animals. I work a few hours a day from home so I have plenty of time to interact and take care of your pets & fur babies. I'm available most days and nights. I am self-employed and work from home so I can take care of your pets needs at any time of the day since my schedule is flexible. I personally have 2 dogs, a rabbit, chickens and ducks at my home so there are plenty of things to help keep your pets occupied and happy. I also used to foster small animals for a rescue I helped out with. My yard is unfenced, but I live on a quiet street and have an open area across from my home to play fetch or throw a frisbee with your dogs and mine. In regards to caring for pets in your own home I follow any directions you give me for food/treat schedules, how often they need to go outside, things your pets can and cannot do, etc.

About: Albeit having no years of 'professional' caring, I have been a dog and cat mom all of my life. Since I was born my family has had 2-3 dogs and 5-6 cats at a time on our farm, and I raised, trained and took care of all of them myself since my parents were not too big on animals. The sole reason we had so many is because we lived on a farm and I adored them. Every year of my life I have cared for at least one animal or another, ever since I was in grade school. For cats and dogs alike, I myself used to bathe them, feed them, groom them and take them to the vet if they were sick. As of right now, I have no animals to look after, so I would love to put those skills to good use. This being said, I have ample experience with animals, and I adore them. I have babysat animals for my friends several times, always without incident. I understand their signs and needs, have plenty of patience and can be gentle but firm when needed. I treat them as if they were my own children. I am also a trained emergency service medical provider, so I know how to perform first aid and lifesaving measures if need be (not that it will ever be needed, don't worry!). I am flexible with the services I provide: if your pet has any special needs/medications that they need to take/any sicknesses, or anything else, inform me and I will be happy to babysit for them and care for them for as long as you need! Some of the services I can provide include but are not limited to: bathing, walking, training, and cuddling! I will treat your babies with love and kindness while you're away! Rest assured, they will be in good, trained hands. I currently work from home, and would have no problem going on walks or playing games such as fetch to tire out high energy dogs! I already have a daily routine with my own dog, which consists of taking him on regular potty breaks, brushing his teeth, and playing games to tire him out if its too cold to go on walks outside! We have a yard thats not fenced in, but have lines and long leashes to take your fur baby outside! There is one senior dog, one younger dog, and to cats all to give company to your pet! Both dogs are very friendly, and the cats mostly keep to themselves in the room. The dogs will always be in my sight, so that we can hang out, play, and I can tend to their needs! There are plenty of toys to share, plenty of treats to go around (unless stated otherwise) and plenty of friends to play with.

About: Hi! I’m Tawny — a lifelong pet owner and dedicated animal caretaker with hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and horses of all sizes. My life truly revolves around animals. At home, I care for my three large dogs, three horses, and two barn cats (who are just as spoiled as the rest!). I also have a boarder horse, Irish, who has been in my daily care for over four years, and I regularly care for pets belonging to family and friends. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets, and I take that responsibility seriously. Whether you’re looking for reliable dog walking, drop-in visits, or in-home pet care, my goal is to provide consistent, attentive care while giving you peace of mind while you’re away. I offer: • Dog walking for all breeds and sizes • Drop-in visits (days, nights, and weekends) • At-home care for dogs (with up-to-date vaccinations and dog-friendly temperament) • Cat and horse care I do my absolute best to replicate your pet’s normal routine and care exactly as you would. During visits, I provide thoughtful updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. As a self-proclaimed “helicopter dog mom,” I’m very detail-oriented — I check gates, crates, trash lids, counters, and anything that could pose a safety concern before leaving your pet alone. I’m dependable, communicative, and genuinely passionate about animal care. I would be honored to care for your pets as if they were my own and would love to become your go-to sitter or dog walker. I am offering drop-in visits and dog walking days/nights/weekends during the winter months (Nov-March). I also offer at home care for pups, as long as proper vaccinations are provided, and dog is friendly with others! I will do my absolute best to replicate the owner’s care during my shift. I will also provide photos if requested! I’m a helicopter dog mom/care-taker…so before leaving, I will do a walkthrough of the area to ensure pets will be safe when no one is home. I will check trash can lids, make sure no food or anything that could potentially be harmful is on the counter(s), and I will be sure to check that safety gates and crates are secured.

About: I've been in the pet care industry for around 3 years. I discovered my passion for animals when I got my first dog as an adult, a golden retriever named Molly. I found my calling and I never looked back. Since then I've volunteered with the Hornell Humane Society, taken on pet sitting clients and am currently being mentored by Ash Osborn, the head trainer at the Pawsitive Pups Academy. I'm also a student studying The Social Approach, a course by dog trainers Amy Cook, PHD, and Josefin Linderström of Canine Consilience. I'm comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments, including dogs with behavioral issues. About: I have a lot of experience with all kinds of animals, from dogs to hamsters to creased geckos. My dog cookie is one of the most kind, loving animals, along with my hedgehogs. I’ve been told that my animals are very well taken care of and I pride my self on that. I promise to care for your animals the same way I care for mine. One of my goals in life is to pet as many dogs as I can throughout my life, gotta live your best life you know? Throughout my 9 years of caring for my dog the only health problem she’s ever had was to fatty tumors and I caught them fast so it wasn’t a big deal because we got them remove. And I know how to cut nails and groom so that’s a bonus. My schedule revolves around my dog and others. We train everyday and go on many adventures. Whatever to make my dog happy or anybody else’s. I love it I care for pets as they are my own, very safe and very cautious. Feed them when they need to be feed, I can do medicine if needed, if they’re on a special diet I can do that. If sick around me I will inform you and try my best to make the dog better, I treat them like family

About: I am a huge animal lover with professional experience as a dog walker/sitter. Right now my schedule is pretty flexible. Ideally, I would like to find a few dogs that would like to be walked throughout the week or checked on. I have a 10 + years experience dog sitting short/long term. I'm able to provide great references for the pets I've cared for in the past! I am energetic, fun, and easy to get along with. I like to make the most out of our time together! I like to be outdoors as much as possible. If your dog is comfortable, I would love to take your dog to events, the dog park, and short hikes. Your dog will love the experience I will provide! Dogs usually immediately like me and feel comfortable around me. Dogs of all ages and sizes welcome! I'm looking forward to meeting you and your fue babies! I am currently working part-time. I have plenty of time, as well as a flexible schedule, to attend to your pet with my undivided attention. I pride myself on treating clients pets the same as my own, with lots of love and affection! I am respectful of my clients homes, as well as their desired schedules.
