“Janyl went above and beyond to provide amazing care to my two cats while I was away for two weeks. I was nervous to leave them for this amount of time especially because one is elderly and has some health issues. Janyl immediately put me at ease during our initial meet and greet. She was very thorough, asked great questions, and was clearly very knowledgable. Janyl had great intuition when it came to the cats' temperaments. She checked in with me daily, sent lots of pictures, and gave me a detailed run down of what she and the cats did each day. She even clipped their nails during her visit and vacuumed. When I got home about an hour after she had returned my furbabies from their walk they were excited to see me per usual but not jumping off the wall. She was conscientious of my senior dogs limitations but still kept her active and engaged. She expressed initiative in helping out with my furbaby's care that wasn't anticipated was sooo appreciated. “This was our first experience using Rover and Irina. She is a sweetheart and clearly loves dogs! She was very accomodating and I think my dog was very comfortable there.
