“We are so lucky to have found Morgan! When our long time dog sitter moved away, we needed to find a new sitter for our two energetic German Shorthairs. From the beginning, Morgan was wonderful. She was responsive to all of our questions. She has a large, fenced-in backyard which was a must. During our time away, Morgan kept us updated with messages and pictures which helped us appreciate that the dogs were in great hands. We also appreciated her willingness to let us bring their big dog beds to help them feel more “at home”. When we picked up our pups, I could tell right away how happy and well-cared for they were. “This was our 4th time with Loida and it was just great, as always. My dog Yarra loves Loida and it is a real treat to stay with her. So I planned my vacation around the days when Loida was available because I can trust Yarra to her. Yarra was super excited to get to Loida's house, I rarely see my dog so acutely happy. It was like reuniting with family. Loida sent me updates and pictures during Yarra's 10-day stay, noting her appetite, activity and mood. Loida and her son played with Yarra and gave her plenty of love. My dog can be quite fussy about food, but Loida has been making perfect adjustments to her meals. 10 days is a long time for a German shepherd to be away from her pack, but when I came back to pick her up Yarra was healthy and happy. Getting an early start on the day during the week with your pups in the morning works with my schedule. If early morning doesn't work with you, I'm also available late afternoon during the week. Our space is huge and we have acres of land for the dogs to play :) Dogs are like children to me, to be treated like family and nothing less. I am home most of the time. I have experience with small, medium/large dogs, including puppies and seniors and I am comfortable reinforcing basic training and good leash manners. At this time, I'm excited to offer dog walking, drop-in visits, daycare and boarding Tuesday, Thursday through Sunday. Come summer time I will have 7 days per week availability. I'm currently offering discounted rates while I build up my Rover profile and reviews without cutting corners on care and attention. I am not offering doggy day care or boarding at this time until my own puppies are fully trained. My focus is 100% individualized one-one-one care for your dog in their familiar environment. You can expect a timely visit that includes safe and attentive walks, fresh water, feeding and clean-up, if needed. I can provide photo updates and a brief summary after each visit. About: I’ve taken care of dogs all of my life, and grown up with them since the day I was born. I’ve never not had a dog, my childhood dog lived to be 16 years. About: I’ve grown up with dogs, cats and parrots all my life. I’ve had the responsibility of walking them, feeding them and playing with them. Now that I’m post-grad I have a cat of my own and am solely responsible for its care. Ive helped neighbors and friends with their animals when they go away on vacation. I am home for the summer with a part time job and this would fit in perfectly with my schedule. i am able to schedule around my other job. In my home we have a fenced in yard and our dogs are sometimes crated when we leave. When they are not crated have gates to set up safe spaces in the house where they can roam.
