About: I'll provide constant supervision of your pet. I enjoy interacting with animals. Although I am not a professional dog handler I have had a dog in the house for the past 12 years. I will do my best to provide competent care for your pet. I am currently retired from the Columbia County jail, after completing 23 years. I am a Navy veteran. My wife and I have twin boys who are all grown up and out of the house. As a result of this I have become a little bored. Then our work schedules got flipped and we were panicking on what to do with little man while we both had to work Christmas Eve and day and 12hr shifts. About: I am good at working with all sizes, ages and breeds of dogs. I have a large fully fenced back yard and live on a quiet street. For longer stays of 1-2 weeks I offer pick up within a 30-45 minute drive from Dalton (this includes Great Barrington, Stockbridge and Lenox). I love dogs and grew up with three mammoth Samoyeds and Malamutes as well as owning my own sweet cavalier Max until he passed. About: I grew up with dogs my whole life. My parents also run a dog sitting business on cape cod and I help out there when I can! I am also fully insured! I’m a current second grade teacher, so I’m completely free on the weekends and the summer months, as well as school vacations to take care of your furry friends! I will love your dog like my own!
