About: My name is Heidi and I have loved working with animals my entire life! I went to school for veterinary science but, unfortunately, I dont have the stomach for it. I grew up with rotties, a Shepard and I used to have have a Yorkshire terrier so I'm comfortable with pups of all ages and sizes. I also have always had cats so I'm more than comfortable with them as well. Building up trust and relationship with the animals I work with is one of the best feelings in the world. I do work Monday through Friday and due to recent changes have no availability before 5pm. I'm more than willing to come to a meet up before the sit date to make sure all connections are good! I do work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and have no availability durring that time. I can watchbyour pet overnight on weekends as long as theyre capable of being alone for that time frame. I do have open availability on weekends. Please tell me any guidless, rules or typical schedules for your pet so I can keep things as comfortable as possible for them. “Michael responded quickly to a short notice request to do 2 drop-in visit per day for 3 dogs for 3 1/2 days (a funeral requiring cross-country travel). He was very professional, & kept me posted with photos and videos. The dogs are terriers (2 seniors & a 7-month pup), not the easiest breeds to handle, especially without a fenced yard. Michael spent time playing with them, as well as walks, food & cleanup. They were happy, well fed and the house looked just like I left it! Thank you Michael!”
About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats! Very familiar with both big and small breeds. We have a 6 year old yellow lab, Bodhi, who is extremely friendly and obedient. We could easily give lots of love and attention to some more animals!! I’m currently a stay-at-home mom to two kids. We’re home a lot, always out in our backyard playing. My weekly routine revolves around them and their school schedules, but for the most part I am at home. I have a large fenced in backyard in a safe neighborhood. We have motion sensor lights and camera in both the front and backyard. We also have baby gates up all around the house with garbages and cabinets all baby proofed as well! Super safe environment, nothing unsafe they can get into. We can crate or just separate and give them their own space with baby gates. We also have a nice cool finished basement that’s set up like a spare bedroom with king size bed and tv if that’s more their style :)

About: Raised a well trained border collie in high school and recently fostered a puppy that became a service dog through Dogs For Better Lives. We trained it for 14 months to prepare for service training. Typically the professional training takes 4-6 months but our boy graduated in 2.5. I love short, fun training sessions and consistency. I was a solo traveler living the vanlife but am back home helping my folks in Maryland. I love dogs but owning one would radically change my lifestyle. I’m hoping that through Rover I can still have some dog time on the road and take some good boys and girls for adventures outdoors. Primarily I like to do drop-in visit for walks and short training sessions. Once we build a rapport, I’d like to do hikes and overnight adventures.

About: I have 15 years experience caring for dogs of all ages and sizes, as well as small animals and exotics. I foster dogs for a breed specific rescue, with medical and severe behavioral issues so I’ve seen it all. (Dog and human aggression ect…) If dogs are boarding in my home they must be crate trained and/or fully dog and cat friendly. We can always work something out, message me! I do not board cats but would be happy to stop by and spend some time with them. I’m home full time right now! I may go out for a couple hours for dog walking, but other than that someone is always here. We have a spare room if they need their own space. We have lots of experience fostering and crate/ rotate. I have taken obedience, agility, and Nose work from local professional trainers and have done puppy, beginner, intermediate and advanced obedience with three of my dogs. I also worked for 1.5 years at a doggie daycare in Utica. I want to do my doggie daycare on a small scale so your pet receives individual attention. I have seen places doing 25- 50 dogs with only one or two people watching them and I feel there is a great need for care on a much smaller scale. So here I am! I retired from banking and with my husband live on our small farm in the country. We built what we call the dog arena for exercising our personal dogs and I intend to use it to also exercise my clients dogs. I am available most weekends and week days. I was working a part time job at a doggie daycare but recently decided that I would prefer to be home with my pups and yours! I have a large fenced in exercise area. I have gates in my home so I can gradually introduce our dogs or can keep them separate depending on individual needs.

About: Hi! I’m Kasey. I have lot of experience with dogs with special needs, reactive / aggressive dogs, all sorts of breeds and sizes, etc. I used to train hunting dogs from 17’-18’. I also have plenty of experience with cats, birds, reptiles, fish and small mammals. I have been working as a sitter since 2017 & have acquired over 75 repeat clients, on AND off of Rover. I am patient, reliable and am very transparent and honest with the care that i will provide for your fur baby(s). I am currently unable to stay full time during the day or overnights, BUT am able to stop by for a few hours early in the AM / and again in the PM. Sometimes i will also be able to stop midday. I will make sure your fur babies still get the care & attention they need during each visit. You can expect to have your pets and home treated as if they were my own. In your home you can trust and i will look after it and lock up when I’m not there. I will treat your home like my own as well and will always leave it in better condition than when I came. You can expect LOTS of pictures sent to you while I’m with your pets! You can reach out to me at any point during our booking for any reassurance, or any questions you may have. I will provide your pets with the best possible care they can get!
About: I have loved and cared for all kinds of pets throughout my life. I’m nurturing, caring and responsible when it comes to caring for your pet aka member of the family! I am available on weekday and weekends all day. I live on 2 acres of land that is surrounded by trees and bushes so there’s no easy escape and can always keep an eye on your pet while they’re doing there business and playing. I also have a dog myself. He’s a 3 year old Australian Shepherd/Poodle mix. He has the biggest heart. He’s extremely friendly, playful and full of energy. He’s the perfect pal for your pet if they were to visit. I live right next to a rail trail for beautiful walks and hikes. I am currently not working so I am available all day every day. This includes holidays and weekends. I can also provide care at any time of the day. I have an older Aussie doodle. He’s 13 years old and is almost blind. He’s extremely friendly and loving. I live on 2 acres of property that is not fenced in. It’s very private.

About: I would want my animals to be to be treated with love and compassion when being cared for by others so If you choose me to be your pet sitter your animals will get the same love and compassion in return🥰I am the type of person who will sit on the floor and rub your dogs soar hips for 10 mins. About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats! Very familiar with both big and small breeds. We have a 6 year old yellow lab, Bodhi, who is extremely friendly and obedient. We could easily give lots of love and attention to some more animals!! I’m currently a stay-at-home mom to two kids. We’re home a lot, always out in our backyard playing. My weekly routine revolves around them and their school schedules, but for the most part I am at home. I have a large fenced in backyard in a safe neighborhood. We have motion sensor lights and camera in both the front and backyard. We also have baby gates up all around the house with garbages and cabinets all baby proofed as well! Super safe environment, nothing unsafe they can get into. We can crate or just separate and give them their own space with baby gates. We also have a nice cool finished basement that’s set up like a spare bedroom with king size bed and tv if that’s more their style :)

About: I'm a Certified Professional Dog Trainer, Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA), and I have over 15 years of working with dogs in veterinary clinics, humane societies, boarding kennels, grooming parlors, and most recently, managing a doggy daycare and teaching classes for a dog training institution. I own 13 acres of woods and fields that allows for dogs to run and play, though boarders use long lines for safety. Each dog who comes into my home will retain basic manners, including waiting at doors, loose leash walking skills, and come when called commands. I'm experienced with and capable of handling under-socialized or even aggressive dogs. I simply work with dogs on an individualized basis, to develop appropriate relationships with each pet.
