About: I’ve grown up with Chinchillas, Cats, Dogs, Ducks, Chickens, & Reptiles. My Fiancé & I currently have 3 Cats (they love dogs- but if any issues - can be kept separate in their cat room to create a more comfortable stay for any pet that doesn’t like cats), between me & my partner- someone is always home to give attention to & play with pets. (Aside from when we go to the store or doctors appointments). Your pets will get the best care!!! Someone will always be home with your pets, either I am home or when I’m at work my fiancé Deanne is home & is also a huge animal lover. The only times someone isn’t home is when we’re grocery shopping or at an appointment. We have the rail trail right in our backyard that goes for miles- it’s a great trail to take dog walks on! We usually do that or use tie outs or the dogs leashes in our yard since we don’t have a fenced in yard, but your pets are never left unattended on the tie-outs, someone will be outside with them at all times

She answered all my questions before the day, and answered so promptly too. Maddy and Lori's dog Rees were very compatible, even though Rees is much bigger than Maddy. When I came to pick up my dog, Lori said Maddy missed me and was a bit subdued, but that's to be expected for the first time. Maddy was perfectly fine, and happy to see me when I came to pick her up. About: I’ve had my own animals, both cats and dogs (mainly cats) since I was 6 years old. I’ve had to administer insulin before to my diabetic cat that has since passed. My experience with dogs are mainly of the bigger size (I had a pitbull/boxer mix and a pure bred chow chow). I don’t just walk dogs; I use every visit as an opportunity to build confidence, improve focus, and reinforce leash manners. My approach is built entirely on modern, science based Positive Reinforcement and LIMA (Least Invasive, Minimally Aversive) principles. I believe in rewarding behaviors we want to see, helping dogs learn safely, without the use of intimidation or aversive tools. I am currently completing dog training and behavior studies through the CATCH Academy curriculum. This ongoing education ensures your dog is in the hands of an informed and committed professional. I currently work part time on Sundays and Wednesdays, so I have plenty of time during the week to give your pets plenty of attention, playtime, and care. I focus on leash manners during every walk to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience. I can work with dogs on impulse control skills to help reduce pulling through positive reinforcement and force free training methods. If your dog has any triggers I will work to maintain distance and reward when calm to ensure success and keep stress to a minimum for your pup.

I understand how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pet with someone you trust, and I make sure to provide a safe, calm, and loving environment. I’m patient, responsible, and committed to making sure your pet feels happy and cared for at all times. Your pet’s comfort and safety are always my top priority. At home I have a 4 year old neutered male golden doodle. He’s family, my everything🩷. I offer home visits, walks and home daily stays. I have a clean home, smoke free in a quiet wooded area. I’m currently taking a class Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm to 10 pm in the area. Besides those 8 hours a week, my availability is completely open. I’m someone that’s always cleaning. My home is clean and I leave others homes clean too. My home is always clear of choking hazards or any dangerous materials to keep the pups safe. I currently live in a 2100 sqt home on 11 acres. It is not fenced but my dog gets to explore on his long tie out.

“As I write this review I look down at my pup who is exhausted from her stay with Mary and Todd. They took Harper in last minute for an overnight/all day play date with their other dog pepper. Harper was treated as one of their own. Over the course of her stay we had daily updates and shared pictures of the trip to art Omi and for evening/morning walks. “This was the first time I used a Rover and it was definitely worth it. Jessica kept me updated on my doggy since this was his first time staying with a someone else and he has separation anxiety.
